something about hank being this large scary threatening manifestation of hyperfixations who can turn people to smoke from their fear of him but he also gets so soft and kind whenever he’s around the interests that never got nurtured enough to grow big and strong like he did as he gets down on their level and listen to what they have to say and ruffle their hair and tells them fun facts just makes me want to uncontrollably sob idk what to tell you
