If I had a nickel for every time I've seen a spanish bat/vampire-associated character who is a knight, can control An element with a form of magic that wasn't initially inherent until The Event happened, plays up a character for their public image, and has fought the main character(s) of their franchise/series before allying themself with said character(s), I'd have 2 nickels.

Not a lot, still weird it happened twice.
