As planned when I wrote the text for the Daily Repost of YWAMag this morning, NO FUCKING ONE went to watch Ding Ren’s Instagram to tell me if he had posted recently - I don’t have access to IG because of a technical problem... This Chinese/American photographer who has a big gallery in Yes We Are Magazine has never given me anything back, not even a like I think, in about 7 years, but it doesn’t matter. First, I’m used to this by scornful neo-leftists or by many Asians in particular Japanese, and also, the topic here is the safety of a photographer, to know if he’s alive.

As I wrote in my text of this morning about the English photographer Thoughtful Bird Police who recently erased her successful Tumblr, I have learnt over the years that people were here, and in many other places, JUST FOR THEIR FUCKING GLORY or even slight web glory. Take take take, never give.

To harass, THERE IS energy. To get some glory, there is energy. To tell whites which “whine” about racist slaughters, rapes and assaults against them that they are “Islamophobic” and “racist”, there is energy. As I often wrote it, it’s the web that has taught me what “human” being was : a piece of shit disguised under pretty clothes and attitudes. BP.

YWAMag Tumblr - come back, or almost

Hi to all,

After a few months without posts, here is how the Tumblr version of the mag will function for a while : Daily Reposts, as it was the case before, but integrated to a lot of other things. For a while, the only posts here will be one, or two, DR per day, and some days, you won’t have anything. The Fb mag has kept on during the pause. Basile Pesso, YWAMag director since October 2 014 I wrote this in the mag about 10 days ago, so it restarted 10 days ago.

Text (in end of post) going with the daily repost of today, which has been masked a few seconds after posting. The ones who were here saw the “bit of nipple” in semi-chiaroscuro. I have lived with this censorship for more than one year here, when YWAMag was largely based on eroticism for 3 years and a half. The “staff” and its robots went in the mag’s archives, and masked all stupendous erotic pictures, plus all the texts I had written for them. Don’t be fooled ! I see every fucking where that the problem comes from America...please re-read me last year (November, December, text posts in archive). For anyone who knows what’s happening in the world and that Tumblr and its boss jeff d’onofrio see themselves as the epitome of “left-wing” and “progressism”, the reason of this crazy censorship on artists and femininity DOESN’T come from “far-right white bigots” (TM). Are you seriously stupid ‘n manipulated enough not to see that well, Tumblr is not precisely Trumpist and Christian extremist ? The Tumblr text spoke of fucking INCLUSIVITY and “evolution of the world” and the “necessity of respecting cultures of the world” (you still don’t get the stuff ? Buy a Koran, read a bit !). Think think think, people. I’m tired of your inability of seeing an elephant in the corridor ! It’s really unbelievable to have to fear to broadcast and highlight female magnificence, to fear each time that a bit of nipple, even in chiaroscuro, even in transparency, appears. As you might have seen, there hasn’t been Daily Repost nor Choice of the Day of the mag in the last weeks, because of a technical problem. I hope to solve it soon, meanwhile, you still have the Choice of the Day of the Fb version of YWAMag, which can be found on Anne Pangolin Guéno’s Fb. Brandy Eve Allen, American Photographer : One More Unfortunate Tumblr Loss...

Another brilliant photographer gone from Tumblr, after, among others, Marta Bevacqua (ex.here, a recent mag’s Daily Repost) the Italian master of Paris, the American master from Washington DC Joel Andrew (Seen and Known / Drunk Delight : ex. : selection in the mag here), Nicole Vaunt/Vauntastic happily not erased blogs but doesn’t want to post here anymore.

The Side Look of a Barcelonese / The Daily Repost

I’m glad of the success today of the choice of the day, but not glad that the choices of the day don’t get success in spite of the fact that I take a lot of care to select the best of the best among wonderful images. The reason is that there is a click to do to get to the image. Dammit ! We’re supposed to be, for many of us, high level artists, and not to be tired by one more click that leads to stunners carefully chosen. The Daily Repost is, by the way, not the choice of the day. It’s just great images reposted years or months after, without notion of “top of the top”. To sum up, I’d love you to pay more attention to these Side Looks of a Barcelonese (choices of the day) whose Faceboook version can be found here, and which is different as the Fb version of the mag is also different.
