hello! i don't have any fancy promo graphics for now, but this is a new multimuse for characters from uri's strange men series, including the crooked man, the sandman, the boogie man, and the hanged man. if you're interested in stories of trauma, healing, and battles against depression and grief - or if you're a fan of horror games and watching various protagonists try to escape from the monsters out to hunt them down - this blog might be for you!

I FORGOT TO ADD MORE TO MY TAGS IN THE HORROR RPGMAKER VOTING POST BUT crooked man is also my another fav horror rpgmaker game bc that game RLLY knows how to get under people's skin w/ its atmosphere and use of unsettling horror aspects that can just make you feel paranoid. it's also the reason why i can't play uri games at all even mermaid swamp when learning it's the tamest one bc those games Rlly set off my paranoia fast like a lot and makes me panic badly so i can't play those games 💔 however crooked man was v fun to watch through as a kid even if it gave me long permanent paranoia of uri games freaking me out

I'm watching manly's playlist for Uri's collection of horror games and by god. I love it so much. Uri's story telling is so good and their art is incredibly nostalgic and beautiful. IM IN LOVE. also, manly is adorable as per usual especially in his response to the voice acting he did in The Boogie Man. I love him lol

Do you like to play / watching youtuber playing horror games?

I absolute love watching people play horror games, more so when it's story driven.

On that note I wish it was more popular for people to play the rest of the "Strange Men" series by Uri. I know Crooked Man is fairly popular, but I wish "the Sandman", "the Boogieman" and "the Hanged man" were more widespread too.

I’ve been really busy at work lately but it’s felt really good overall. Sure I’m feeling a little pressure and I’m a bit stressed but that’s par for the course.

A random aside. There was a time when I did a Movie Line of the Week post on this here blog. It’s been seen from time to time but I thought I’d throw one in here this week.

When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: “Have ya paid your dues, Jack?” “Yessir, the check is in the mail.”

I love this film. It’s a great action comedy.

Dick Butkus, arguably the fiercest Monster of the Midway, has died at age 80, the Chicago Bears announced Thursday.

This man was an animal on the football field. I for one loved that style of play. I know it’s not great but I can’t help it. When I played football I always wanted to make folks remember I hit them. Problem was, I was a beanpole and was the one getting hammered! 🤣
