The very first live performance at Cathouse was Guns N' Roses, Jet Boy, LA Guns, and Faster Pussycat, all taking turns playing acoustic; nobody had record deals. We probably had five hundred people there. Nobody knew Guns N' Roses would become the biggest band in the world.

Candy

Candy was a Sunset Strip Glam Pop Band who were contemporaries of bands such as Poison, Faster Pussycat, Guns N' Roses, Jetboy, The Zero's, Femme Fatale, D' Molls and others. Gilby Clarke replaced original lead vocalist, Kyle Vincent, then went on to join Kill for Thrills, Guns N' Roses, Slash's Snakepit, became a producer, and is still an active musician today.
