Something my mutual pointed out while we were speaking and I wanna know your thoughts on it, no pressure. (My mutual's words, not mine and I got permission from them to share it):
‟I have a eerie feeling that Maki's family enforces extremely strict gender norms. I don't know why though. Her mom honestly seems like another victim in the situations. Since there was proof along in the manga saying that "You've sidelined mom!" implying that her mother was allegedly doing well before meeting/marrying/beginning a romantic relationship with her father.
Now, due to Maki having trouble with her body and having a...complicated relationship with femininity, her father and brother's body-shaming and rude comments affect her even more. Stuff like "Your arms are getting fatter" and "Aren't you over-doing your work out?" pretty much speaks volumes and kind of makes me think that they think that (mostly the ones they find women "small and delicate." It's pretty much like the One Piece women situation where there's only two body types: Supermodel figure and Old Hag figure
Oh and her brother's misogyny and double standards? Even worse. It pretty much shows that he doesn't really see women on the same level as men, as shown as he was baby-talking his girlfriend—which I found extremely uncomfortable and weird, but maybe that's just me. His true colours really showed when Maki (rightfully) called him out on his possible hypocrisy (saying that the nether is a dangerous place, yet he has went in it twice) and he said "You're a woman!"
To me I wish Maki would've called him out on his behaviour and sexist ways more but, they were in a life or death situation..
Pretty much, her father and brother contributes onto why she has problems with her body. All bodies of different shapes and sizes are beautiful, don't let anyone think otherwise”
That's it

Oh the wife and I were just talking about this actually! She got to the Company Two arc and the Oze arc this morning.
Gonna put it under the cut for season 2 spoilers and bc it's probably gonna be longer than it should lol
Ok first off 100% agree with whatever the FUCK is her brother's issue. That weird fixation he has on gatekeeping Maki I honestly feel like it surpasses her parents. By a long shot. Idk if its a combination of the ideas he morphed from his parents, being in the military and all that "guy" time/"locker room" talk, or if he has a sibling rivalry with Maki. If it was a golden child vs other child I could understand it more. As Maki is certainly doted on a little more than the first born is but it's not that cut and dry and when the weird amount of anger he has at Hinawa "corrupting" and "manipulating" Maki just honestly goes past even their parents. The brother is a piece of shit. I didn't even like him at the end. I wanted Maki to punch him in the nuts and tell him to fuck off.
As for her parents, I'm going to play the devils advocate for them both here. Where I see it's easy to point out "Her dad is a bad guy, her mom is a victim and both of them control Maki" I just wholeheartedly don't believe that's the case.
From the conversation we got with the actual parents (who seem to have genuine feelings for each other and communicate well), it seems both of them were continuing their military careers until Maki's mom got pregnant. It sounded like she was working even while they dated and were married. But it seemed like the dynamic took on a new form once kids came into the picture.
And frankly, that's what happens. Things drastically change when you bring kids into it. You can't keep doing the same thing. And who's to know if her mom had an easy pregnancy? It might have not been an easy time (bc its not even easy when you do have a smooth pregnancy) Discounting if it was a hard pregnancy or not. The fact is problems pop up.
What if her mom wanted to breastfeed exclusively? What if her mom couldn't handle going back to work and post partum? What if there just wasn't enough support outside their marriage to help a new mom who wanted to do things a certain way? (as we saw she was and is a stubborn woman)
Taking into consideration all the things you feel and want for your kid(s) when you bring them into the world. The fact her mom stayed home just makes more sense. If she's breastfeeding it wouldn't make sense for her husband to stay home. If his salary is higher paying it doesn't make sense to take the pay cut (kids are expensive). These are all questions that my wife and I had to deal with when planning for our son. And I think to treat their situation different bc "ones a man and ones a woman" is just looking to be pissed about something. I stayed home. Giving birth was hard. Having a baby is hard. I miss my work of course. But I don't regret my choice to be a stay at home mom.
I don't feel like the mother was ever a victim. Bc frankly she still holds control over her husband and her kids and her home. Maki's dad was very doting on their mom and very clearly in love with her. And her mom obviously has the final say when they're acting up at the table so I don't feel like she was a forced housewife that just did what her husband wanted. She's a mom who values being a mom and that's part of her identity. Which is totally as legit as people who choose to not have that be a big part for their lives.
As for the "forcing Maki" back from the 8th. I honestly get it. I will with every fiber of my being dissuade my son from going into the military. It's bad enough he has to sign up for the draft. Bc if I could guarantee a job that's well paying, safe and close to home, no freaking duh I'd want him to do that. No parent (worth a damn) wants their kid in danger and wants to give their kid the world. Obviously as parents we learn in the end that our kids will do and make choices on their own. Whatever they might be but we always worry about them being safe and coming home to us.
I think the only way it would have really been depicted as "abusive" is if her parents didn't get past it. If they still spent all their time trying to control Maki. But they don't. After Maki states her wants and needs they accept it without a second thought. They don't try to keep making her do what they want. Or gaslighting her into thinking she can't do it. They just let her do what she feels is right with their support.
Between Maki and her parents I def feel like there was some communication issues and accepting your kid isn't you little baby is hard. But they grew from it and it changed so I don't think her parents are that terrible. They're just worried parents. Her brother on the other hand, is gross. And I don't know where the fuck he got his weird ideas from honestly. Their dad is not that bad.
#sorry that got long XD#the brother is gross and creepy and i was so bummed hes hot#sighs#ill stick to kurono bc hes pretty much what he is <3#three.talks#🎲.♡#anon#fire force#enn enn no shouboutai#enen no shouboutai#maki oze

It's 2007 and somehow, miraculously, Supernatural survives yet another rocky (?) season of mediocre ratings to come back for a third season, or at least, half season, but that season starts out with a real bang! Like, just a real solid trio of an opener for season three. It reminds me of all the things I love about SPN and also it reminds us of all the things that frustrate the hell out of me on SPN. So where did we leave things off?
First up, there’s Dean, who sold his soul to the devil in order to bring Sam back from the dead. Sam, you’ll remember, was part of some overly complicated ponzi scheme to find the perfect vessel to open a door - yep, open a door - and lost to Aldous Hodge who just straight up murders Sam in the season finale. So Dean get’s Sammy back, but in exchange, he’s only got one year left before he permanently moves down south. Oh! And even though they got Sam back and Sam kills Aldous Hodge (RIP pal), they neglected to keep the door from opening. The door to Hell, that is, and now they’ve allowed a shiz ton of demons out to freely roam the earth. Way to go, boys, you lost again! They are two for two on these season finales guys!
OH but they DO kill the Yellow Eyed Demon, so that’s a plus, but not before he plants the most perfect seed of doubt in Dean’s mind - “How do you know what you brought back is all Sammy?” Like, ugh, UGH, ugh!!!! What a way to drive the knife in deeper! What a way to make the heart of this show slowly start to crumble! C’est Magnifique!! *chef's kissy fingers*
So with all that emotional baggage weighing us down, how do we start season 3? How else - with a threesome of course! And also some technicolor grading, it’s wild guys.
Oh boy guys, let’s talk about this opener for a hot sec. I got into it a little bit last season, but as much as I love Dean, you HAVE to admit that that boy is gross. Just like...he’s a little gross. I’m also old enough now to see exactly how many red flags he’s raising through the last 45 episodes. Like, sorry Little Me, but he is not boyfriend material. Not to mention that all this debauchery is 1,000% him distracting himself from the consequences of his own actions, but we’ll get into that later.
Meanwhile, Sam is doing something constructive and trying to figure out how to reverse the curse and save Dean’s soul. And here we have the culmination of two seasons worth of character development - faced with the imminent demise of Dean Samuel Winchester, Sam tries to step up and take care of his brother for once in his life; Dean parties like it’s 1999. There were two things I thought of during this episode - 1) isn’t this not unlike the sort of behavior you see in suicidal people who have finally decided to take their own life? Which is just, like, further held up by the fact that Dean’s big monologue at the end literally has the line “Truth is I’m tired, Sam. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel.” and like...dude, you are NOT ok! Why isn't??? ANYONE??? ADDRESSING THIS????? And 2) Dean is sharing a lot of similarities with the demons in this episode.
Because MEANwhile, there’s demons! So many demons! Specifically, the Seven Deadly Sins ones, but also, spoiler alert, Ruby, who is gettin’ reeeeealll into that ketchup.
All these baddies just really taking advantage of their time topside cuz Hell is, as they so artfully put it, it’s like Hell, so they’re just livin’ it up while they still can ~almost like foreshadowing or something~?!?!?
Real talk though, it being a real long time since I’ve watched this season, it’s these kinds of details that I’m impressed with this time around. There is so much character work that goes into this show and it’s something I definitely connected with the first time around, but not on conscious level. Now I can look at it through time and experience and articulate what I’m seeing, which makes this re-watch infinitely more enjoyable.
Episode 1 of this season continues what they started in season 2 and just keeps building out that Hunter Community. Like, there really is a whole Community out there that keeps in contact and works together and makes sure everyone’s up to date on the latest hot goss, and it all makes John Winchester come off like a real creepy splinter cell lone gunman type. And that in turn makes the Winchester sons look like total, unprofessional boneheads who managed to open a portal to Hell. “UGH Great Jorb Guys, but can we blame them? They’re John’s kids,” is a conversation between hunters that I am headcannoning, but also 100% support.
Honestly, I love the idea of the Winchesters being just these real, like, b-grade, Walmart Brand Hunters that other Hunters are just SO done with. We kind of see a little bit of that with Isaac and Tamara, but by the end of the episode, the Winchesters prove that they’re...better Hunters? I hope somewhere in the next 12 seasons I get an episode that is told from another Hunter’s POV who is legitimately better/more emotionally balanced than the Winchesters and the whole episode is them just, like, cleaning up a bunch of Winchester messes like, SONuvabitch, these two ASSholes. I think we see a fair amount of episodes from the POV of people who are less qualified than the Winchesters who end up being mentored by them, but I’d be stoked for them to run into just a group of people who hate them for totally legitimate, professional vs amature reasons.
Bobby does not count because Bobby signed up to be their Dad and so he agreed to take care of their messes when he took that job.
And then we get to “The Kids Are Alright” which showcases one of my fav changes for this season - BRIGHTLY! LIT! HIGH! SATURATION!!!! And of course, by fav, I mean, Most Hilarious.
I do walk a fine line on this one truth be told. Like, season 1 was definitely going for A Look. It’s super gritty and high contrasty and stylized. Now, I got what they were going for but I wasn’t always crazy about it, mostly because the quality on the DVD’s was terrible. Quick tip for everyone: in order to get 2+ hours worth of content on a DVD, you have to compress the final edit of the program to a pretty small bitrate. When we drop videos onto DVD’s at my work (it isn’t often, thank goodness), the discs themselves only hold, like, 2GB worth of content and that is NOT A LOT when it comes to video files. The more compressed a video file is, the less detail you’re gonna get in the visuals. Watching episodes on Netflix (where everything’s probably at a higher bitrate and therefore is a better quality visual), it’s not bad, but on my DVDs, the compression is so heavy that we get SUPER hot highlights and SUPER crunchy shadows - what a lot of people would called “crushed blacks” because you’ve lost all the detail in the shadows and you’re left with a grainy, noisy, black hole on the screen. Like I lost so much detail in the pilot episode guys, I could not make out this guy’s face.
A rough approximation of my DVD quality. Still recommend it over Netflix for the Accurate Soundtrack tho.
Season 2 SPN toned that Look down a lot, like, a lot a lot. Enough that you still got the general vibe they were going for but not enough that you couldn’t make out faces anymore. But through this whole process, the CW execs kept pushing for the show to look lighter, more colorful, less film noir more...well, CW. And in season 3 it finally happened!!!
I get what those execs were going for, but also, I feel like the colorists on these first few episodes just REALLY went wild out of spite. Lookit this shot from “Magnificent Seven” right before Envy causes some rando innocent bystander to beat a girl to death for her shoes -
GREEN GREEN GREEN GREEN!!!! I WONDER WHICH SIN THIS GUY IS????
Then in “The Kids Are Alright” the birthday party looks like everything is coated in day-glow neon.
The Winchester Bros look like they just got back from 3 weeks in Aruba - LOOK at the saturation levels in these skin tones! LOOK AT THEM!!
My screencap ability aside, only in SPN can a cemetery at night have brighter lighting than a diner in the middle of the afternoon.
This is definitely a thing I will be tracking the rest of the season because I have a distinct memory of a future episode where the brothers have been magically gifted completely different lives where they were never Hunters, they know nothing of Hunting, and they’re completely normal until the end when everything gets snapped back and the episode literally changes colors. V. Excited to see just how saturated this season stays through the end.
But maybe more importantly in “The Kids Are Alright” we learn that Dean does NOT, in fact, have a son. Not that he would be a good father...well...maybe? I mean, this Dean, this season 3, definitely-suicidal, completely-reckless, can’t-keep-it-together Dean, is not good Dad material. Later seasons Dean? Probably fine? Earlier seasons Dean might ALSO be fine? And if he’d found out that Ben was his legitimate kid, it could have made a WORLD of difference, who knows. I know he ultimately does become father-like to Ben and that gives me a lot of feelings. But this Dean is not in a good place to take care of anyone, including himself and really, someone ought to do something about that.
I gotta say, this is an actual bummer. I can’t remember if, in the later seasons, they do any clarifying on this or not, but I am legitimately bummed that Ben is not Dean’s kid and that as far as we know, Dean has no natural children floating around out there with surly attitudes and soft hearts. Dean’s motivation from Day 1 has always been family and despite what comments he may make in early seasons, Dean’s secret desire is to have the wife and the kids and the dog and the white picket fence. And honestly, we’re only 3 seasons in and I just want Dean to have nice things!!
And then guys, we come to “Bad Day at Black Rock,” and I just...WHAT a masterpiece. I had almost NO memory of ever watching this episode before and I don't understand why. What a glorious masterpiece this episode is. Let’s make a list -
More Hunters™, who should be really annoying but were actually kinda charming in a Marx Brothers kind of way
Gordon’s in jail, where he belongs, but also is masterminding a coup against the Winchesters which is A+ spooky stuff
Slapstick comedy that I didn’t know I was missing from my life
Bela F*cking Talbot
Guys, I think this is my fav episode so far purely because I felt, while watching it, that the last 10 years of my life were not in vain and that I had in fact grown as a human person. I remembered hating Bela Talbot. Like, I DID. NOT. LIKE. HER. To the point that I questioned if her British accent was even real. It is, her mother is from the UK and she lived there for a time, but like, honestly, the audacity of Little Me.
This time around? Oh she’s defs my new fav. Just everything about her is like, A+, Great Job, Why-Did-We-Cancel-Her??? Like, oh yeah, probably because somewhere in here they try to shoehorn a romantic side plot with Dean. I don’t actually mind rioting over shoehorned romance, but also, if they’d let this play out for a season or two and then got the two of them to bone? I’m on board. I’m 100% on board.
Maybe it’s just that she is unapologetically out for herself, maybe it’s the fact that she is definitely a match for the Winchesters in a non-murdery way, probably it is both of those things. She's smart, she’s crooked, she has impeccable taste, she’s honestly a helluva lot of fun and I am so excited to see more of her and so BUMMED that she will not make it past this season.
Despite the fact that I absolutely adore all three of these episodes, they also bring up the problem that I was starting to see in season 2 - WHO is this show about? Isn’t it supposed to be about the Brothers as a whole? But the majority of these first three lean pretty heavily on Dean’s emotional arc. Granted, it makes sense. I mean, of COURSE Dean’s demon deal is gonna be the BIG thing in a season where he is literally staring down the barrel, but knowing that there’s a side plot about Is Sam Evil?? seems like...something we should really explore more? I believe it comes up in season 4, or at least, Sam’s demon-blood powers become a bigger deal in season 4, but I would have enjoyed seeing Sam have a more active stake in this season. I can see planting some weird new ticks being planted for Alive-Again Sam that just get weirder and darker and then a mid-season finale or a run up episode to the end of the season where Dean (finally) decides he needs to stop his demon deal because he needs to stick around so he can keep Sam from going completely off the rails. As much as I love Dean 5ever, I do think the show works best when the emotional weight of the season is distributed equally is all. And to be fair to the writers this season, there could have been a bigger plan for something like that but they ran out of time - their season was cut by about a third due to the Writer’s Strike.
Still, all in all, a solid opening to the third season. I want to say that these episodes feel like Classic SPN, but then I remember that this is season three out of fifteen. These ARE Classic SPN. Mostly self contained with enough emotional drama to remind us of the overarching plot. Maybe a little heavy on the emotional drama, but Dean’s only got a year to live and the show’s only got 16 episodes to resolve that crisis, so it’s fine.

Setting Up The Prank — Corazon x Reader
Request by @attack-on-onepiece: Not sure if this qualifies as fluff, but since you wanted something for Corazon ^_^. Could I ask for a scenario where Corazon and his s/o, who's also part of the crew, keep their relationship a secret from Doffy and co. But then one of Doffy’s men (your choice who) starts hitting on/flirting with her, like in a really creepy way with stalking and so on. So they decide to make it clear that they are taken.
Fluffvember Post
A/N: I swear to god, I’ll fling myself into the sun if I can’t post this on my 6th attempt. If you guys see this, then I’m okay, if not, I’m already crisping myself in the sun. Also, this turned longer than expected.
Word Count: 1.6K
Warnings: swearing, stalking.
It didn't come as a surprise to anyone that you two eventually became close friends. Corazon, the clumsy man prone to accidents, always followed by the only one who can treat them. Whether if he was your second shadow, or you were his, people could not tell. You two were always together.
Doffy once accidentally saw you two going at it. You on top of his brother rocking your hips back and forth, low grunts and soft escaping the passionate kiss you were sharing.
However, he didn't think much of it at first. Thinking, maybe you two were dealing with some sort of dry spell, and dealing with it.
It wasn't until other occurrences in which he found you two asleep, cuddling next to each other. Bodies tangled in such a way that only lovers did. That's when he started suspecting about the affair Corazon and you kept secret from the rest of the family.
Not that Doflamingo minded, he certainly did not care who his brother slept with, or whether he told him something or not. Yet, Doffy wanted to have his share of fun.
One morning, Doflamingo was ready to wreak havoc and see the length Corazon would let things go before admitting your secret affair.
"Hey, Trebol, look at that" Doflamingo gestured with his hand, his cup of coffee in his hand. "Don't you think [Name] looks particularly fine lately?" From the corner of his eye he could see how Corazon shot his eyes open, drinking from his coffee, no particular look in his eyes.
"She does look sexy, doesn't she?" Trebol smirked, his usual gross smile reflecting the not so good thoughts he just had.
At this, Corazon clenched his jaw, knowing the kind of dirty guy he was and hating that he was talking about you.
Doflamingo noticed the way his brother's knuckles were turning white from how firmly he was holding his mug.
"Doffy, you think she'd go out with me if I asked her out?"
Several things happened within the seconds following Trebol's question.
For starters, Doflamingo smirked, pleased with what Trebol had just said, thinking he didn't have to work his way there and instead Trebol did it on his own.
Secondly, such question made Corazon almost choke on his coffee. Coughing, he accidentally knocked over his mug, not really minding the hot coffee pouring on his leg, or his unstoppable coughing, as his entire mind was focused on the idea of Trebol thinking about making a move on you. You were Corazón's girl and no one else's.
Unfortunately for you, the next week was horrific. There was a reason why you usually avoided all the high ranks in the family, most of them either creeped you put or you were slightly afraid of them. But Trebol, holy shit, Trebol.
The man simply disgusted you. He was creepy and physically he was also repulsive. Ever since he started chasing after you, it all became a living nightmare.
And needless to say, Corazon was pissed. Very annoyed. And since Trebol started his hunt, Rocinante would hardly leave your side, and would always be defensive, standing up for you.
One day, the highest ranks were simply hanging out in the dining table, everyone else had just finished having breakfast and went to attend their respective duties.
"Oi, Corazon, how the fuck am I supposed to ask her out if you're always with her!" Trebol complained.
Blowing smoke out of his mouth and nose, Corazon wrote on a small notebook he usually carried around.
"Leave her the fuck alone, you're creeping the hell out of her" it read in long stylized handwriting.
"Aren't you just jealous of Trebol, Roci?" Doflamingo joked poking his brother's buttons. Corazon, however, scoffed sarcastically. "Aren't you afraid he'll steal your precious little friend?"
Corazon kept writing.
"As if!" Doffy laughed loudly as Corazon once more wrote in his notebook. "Stay away from her"
"Are you reading this shit, Trebol?" Joker smirked.
Corazon's attitude annoyed Trebol, very much to Doflamingo's attitude. And driven by said annoyance, Trebol was more careful to hunt you down, more silently, more carefully. Creeping from the shadows and the corners like a worm or a ghost.
While you were cleaning the many drawers with all sorts of medication, you heard the infirmary's door slide open. Your first thought, sparking flutters in your stomach and missed beats, you thought maybe it was your lover.
Such was your disappointed, only surpassed by your fear when you saw Trebol's wide smile lurking from the entrance. The coldest of shivers running down your spine as your.mind quickly entered fight or flight mode.
"You're not busy, are you, [Name]?" It was hard to hear what he'd just said from your strong heartbeat pounding blood to your lumps, the adrenaline spiking the hairs on your neck, as unconsciously you scanned the room for the quickest escape route. "You don't seem very busy" he hissed walking closer to you.
You stepped back, still paralyzed by the fear
Tripping on the bed behind you falling flat on your bum on it.
"You're looking a little pale, [Name]-chan. Let me take care of you" his voice was sour, tainted with malice as one of his slippery wet hands stretched, reaching slowly towards your face.
As much as you wanted to stop him, you couldn't. As much as you desired to hurt him, you'd be dead before you even knew it. And as much as you wanted to scream, you didn't have any control over your body.
Before Trebol could lay one of his sticky gross hands on you, another hand stopped him.
A strong grip, menacingly stopping him. And before Trebol could complain, knowing perfectly well who it was who stopped him, he still felt an ice cold shiver wash over him when he met Corazon's dreadful stare.
He'd never seen such a look in Corazon before. The look alone was enough to remind him who his brother was, making him realize that if Doflamingo was unstoppable, his brother should be too. After all, psychopathy was a genetic trait, thought Trebol.
A low gasp echoed inside the infirmary, as you noticed a few more members of the family poking inside, curious, confused, alarmed.
“What is going on here?” Diamante aked, walking inside.
“I was about to ask the same thing” Doflamingo followed, gazing into the scene. “Everyone, out. Except you three. You need some explaining to do”
Just as commanded, everyone else dissipated, fearful of Doffy’s low frightening voice.
“What is going on?”
“Co-Corazon intervened with…”
Rocinante glared at Trebol, feeling the same cold shiver run down his spine, he shut up immediately. As Corazon pointed at you with his index finger, motioning his arm, now pointing at his chest with his thumb.
The silence was dense, almost palpable. A cold consuming silence until Doflamingo spoke.
“What the fuck do you mean by ‘she’s mine’?” He hissed, comprehending what Corazon tried to say.
Corazon pulled out the small notebook he usually used to communicate and quickly wrote in it.
“She is my girlfriend” It read in Corazon’s handwriting, his eyes glued to his brother’s sunglasses.
“Is that so?” Doffy murmured. “You, nurse, what exactly do you have with my brother?”
“I-I’m in love with him…” Nervously, you felt your heart in your throat.
Corazon turned around and looked into your eyes, a special kind of warmth showing in them as he smiled gently, happy to hear those words coming from your mouth. He mouthed, not a single sound coming out of it, but you could clearly read his lips.
“I love you” He mouthed.
“How long?” Doflamingo interrupted the sweet little stare exchange you two had
“Two...years now?” You said exchanging stares with Corazon, not really sure of how long it had been, yet Rocinante’s nod confirmed your answer.
“Corazon, why keep your relationship a secret?” Doffy asked.
“Because of the rank difference” Corazon wrote, to which Doffy nodded as it made sense. The highest rank with a lower rank.
“Oi, lady” Doflamingo addressed you defiantly as you felt a slight sense of fear. “You hurt my brother, you better leave this island before I find out, otherwise, you’re dead. Understand?”
“Yessir” You nodded. “Don’t worry, I don’t think I’d ever hurt Corazon, he’s far too dear to me” Suddenly you were feeling confident while talking. And felt slightly shy since you could feel Corazon’s stare on you.
“You better be telling the truth” Doffy hissed in a lower voice before turning towards the other commander “Trebol, leave, now”
“Bu-but Young Master…” He whimpered, however, Doflamingo interruted hi, not really caring about what he was going to say.
“Stop creeping on my brother’s girlfriend. If he hurts because you were messing with his girl, I won’t interfere and let him beat the shit out of you, understand?”
“But...Master…” Trebol’s voice shook nervously, however, Doflamingo interrupted him once more.
“Did I make myself clear?”
“Y-yes ir” Trebol’s voice shook slightly nervous, as you were looking at the scene fascinated by how intimidating Doflamingo could be. Corzon, however, was still looking at you lovingly, not minding the mess happening before him.
“Good, now get your sticky ass away from her... “ Doflamingo said leaving the infirmary.
Trebol followed him soon after, leaving you and Corazon alone. You sighed loudly and sat on the bed. You felt a slight change in the atmosphere and looked around, recognizing the slight faint bubble surrounding you and Corazon.
I’m sorry about that…” Rocinandte said, sure that only you could hear him.
“It’s okay, thank you for standing up to me. Especially in front of your brother….” Grateful, you smiled at him, while he sat on the bed next to you.
“Don’t thank me, darling…” Wrapping his arm around your shoulders, he kissed the top of or head “I love you” He purred.
Looking up, you smiled back at him, leaning closer and placing the softest of kisses on his lips, and brushing your nose lightly against his.
“I love you too” You whispered before Corazon leaned closer, kissing you with a wide smile on his face.
