I am here to tell god and my past self to kiss my ass I am so strong now
#19 miles an NO niggles NO aches NO pains JUST fatigue#mentally I am PUMPED and physically I am SO TIRED#but goddamn we powered thru we DID NOT STOP we only GET STRONGER IN THIS HOUSEHOLD#and I got a motherfucking 30K PR even tho I haven’t run that far since like college#AND it was a PR even tho I stopped every 5 miles to do what I call ‘aid station things’#i am CAKED in salt#finding the point of fatigue and then running farther is obviously physically not the best feeling#but mentally is exactly what I be aiming for and the fact that now I can get there without risk of injury is LIT AF 🔥🔥🔥🔥#the body is weary but the soul is ON FIRREEE#running#also the cherry blossoms r blowing away in the windddd it’s so pretty
