The power of end of world content…
#that one song ‘it’s youuuu that I lie withhh when the atoooooom bomb locks innn’ is just SO GOOD and the POWER of the lyrics and their voice#the bittersweet nostalgic almost desperate tone…in voices or writing honestly#‘when I watch the world burn all I think about is you’ by bastille…#that one old jungkook fic from inktae that I think about WAY too often#and I ADORE apocalyptic Aus but also the mood/vibes of there being NO chance of survival and just having to accept that it’s the end…#and trying to make the most of it with the ones you love#I jus timagine the soft handholding as you watch the sky and then turn to the other with the gentlest of smiles as you cup their cheek and#brush your thumb over their cheek as you tell them how beautiful they are…bc rather than worrying it’s just a time to appreciate even with#the overtones of pain and panic but it’s just the VIBES of a room bathed in an almost too warm golden hour the almost too gentle billowing#of the curtains by an open window the silence in the streets when there should be chaos and scream and sirens as the sky paints itself in#streaks of red you can almost admit are pretty in the worst of ways#I just <333 I think about it a lot that strong feeling in your heart of straight nostalgia and bittersweet acceptance mixed with that#suppressed dread and overwhelmingness it’s one of my favorites#rambles
