Russian/Slavic Bimbo Core

The Russian/Slavic Bimbo is an aesthetic trend that became popular on TikTok in 2022 and 2023. The visual markers include: heavy furs, ushankas, neutral colors (particularly whites and creams), snow boots, grainy images, and eerie backgrounds. As the name suggests, this aesthetic is heavily associated with former Soviet countries in Eastern Europe, or rather an American fantasy of these nations. This aesthetic follows a growing American fascination with Eastern Europe within the past few years. In 2019, A$AP Rocky released “Babushka Boi'' and donned a floral head scarf tied below the chin in the traditional style of a slavic grandmother. In fashion, designers such as Demna Gvasalia, Gosha Rubchinskiy, and Lotta Volkova have incorporated their slavic heritage into their designs. However, the Russian Bimbo harkens back to a bygone era of furry fashion that has largely disappeared. The aesthetic combines y2k bimbo sensibilities (such as micro-mini skirts and chunky boots) and a fantasy of a Soviet princess. Interestingly, the aesthetic is embraced by slavic girls as well, but they tend to take a more authentic approach and use their mothers’ and grandmothers’ clothing to achieve the look. Non-slavic American girls are more likely to emphasize the bimbo over the Russian and pair a micro two piece skirt set with a acrylic ushanka. In addition to the y2k bimbo trend, the Russian Bimbo also plays on the sugar baby glorification on TikTok. There exists a stereotype of Russian women as transactional when it comes to romance and sex, which provides them with a luxurious lifestyle. Lastly, a theory I have about the appeal of European ethnic cultures such as Scandi-chic, French girl and this Slavic Bimbo is an ability to pull influence from other cultures without the fear of being accused of cultural appropriation. In the 2010s when cultural appropriation became a buzz-word, the accused included Selena Gomez for Indian-inspired performances, bindi-wearing Coachella girls, a teenage girl who wore a qi-pao to her prom, and many more. People have looked to other cultures for inspiration for millennia, and there exists no “pure culture” that has not incorporated aspects from many others. I believe the Russian bimbo aesthetic is so appealing because it offers the satisfaction of the exotic without the fear of being called a racist.

Laressa is inspired by Jessica Rabbit and Betty Boop (and a teensy bit of Morticia Adams). I actually took a Jessica Rabbit pose to use for her for this. She was meant to be an antithesis to Alice Angel but she has become more of a friend to her as she has evolved

Brian was meant to be an antithesis to Bendy and I had a mini AU where they were brothers, but now he's just a guy. The Gomez to Laressa's Morticia, if you will (also, he originally was going to be Alice's bf but you can clearly see that the idea was scrapped for his hot demon wife)

Prompt: Christmas Ornaments

With: Milly and baby gomez or whoever turned into baby at the time

Milner had pondered it since dinner, but he just couldn’t find out why Alisson had turned into a toddler. It went against every explanation he could think of, even in the weird magic books he’d found in the basement, and the lack of explanation was beginning to make him feel stupid. So when a very adult Alisson showed up to the table, Milner relaxed, knowing that it was all over.

And then he completely freaked out when Klopp carried a squirming toddler, wrapped in a Liverpool jersey, towards the table.

To make things worse, Milner had been given the duty of babysitting mini Gomez, who the others decided to call “Lil’ Joey”, during his regression.

Unlike mini-Alisson, Lil’ Joey was very wiggly and energetic. At first Milner just let him run around while he tried to complete his daily to-do list, but the youngster also happened to have a clumsy streak. Milner soon grew tired of having to constantly chase and pick up after Lil’ Joey. So the vice-captain decided to kill two birds with one stone—sit down Lil’ Joey for lunch.

Milner had tried to make a healthy lunch for the two of them, but it turned out that Lil’ Joey was a much pickier eater than Alisson had been as a young child. The only thing Milner could convince him to be interested in was a peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich with the crusts cut off.

But when he’d set the sandwich in front of Lil’ Joey, the toddler had frowned at Milner’s salad bowl, carrying it away from the table and setting it on the floor. Milner tried preparing two more lunches for himself, only for Lil’ Joey to do the same thing. Milner finally realized that Lil’ Joey would only eat the PB&J if he ate the same thing himself.

So with a long sigh, Milner put away his lunch and settled for a PB&J sandwich as well. Something about the simple combination of peanut butter and jelly was surprisingly appealing.

When lunch finished, Milner cleared the table—no use asking Lil’ Joey for help—and opened a closet. He found what he was looking for: a pink crate, neatly perched on the top shelf, which said “Art Supplies” in sparkly blue lettering.

He set the box onto the table, piquing Lil’ Joey’s interest. Then he took a bag out from the same closet and revealed its contents—little foam balls.

Milner had been meaning to make shatterproof Christmas ornaments for some time now. With Christmas around the corner, the little ones would surely be interested in decorating the Christmas tree. A lot of the ornaments were fragile, though, and both youngsters and adults alike would surely appreciate a set of child-friendly ornaments.

And considering the situation, this was the perfect opportunity to keep Lil’ Joey in one place for an hour.

“Okay, so you’re going to paint these,” Milner explained, setting five foam balls in front of Lil’ Joey. “Then you’re going to decorate them with more things: glitter, crayons, whatever. Okay?”

“Kay-kay,” Lil’ Joey murmured, dipping his finger into the red paint pot and smearing a foam ball.

Milner sighed, making sure the toddler’s craft smock was secure and the table was covered with newspaper before taking a seat across the table. It would take Lil’ Joey a while to paint the ornaments, so Milner could afford to take a short catnap.

Milner woke up about an hour later, refreshed and feeling just a little less annoyed than before. Then he felt what seemed to be wet paint on his nose. He wiped off some of the liquid and confirmed that it was paint; forest green, to be precise.

He gasped, stealing a quick glance at Lil’ Joey. The toddler was asleep, much to Milner’s astonishment, but there were five painted foam balls on the table. Silently adjusting Lil’ Joey’s head to rest on his own jacket, Milner inspected the new Christmas ornaments.

One was red with gold dots and silver glitter, and another was light blue with a messily drawn snowflake. Milner rolled his eyes as he saw the third ornament. It sported Lil’ Joey’s vague idea of a reindeer—which meant a oval body, a warped head, and four sticks for legs with two more for the antlers.

The fourth ornament was dipped in multiple types of glitter paints—all of the types in the box, if Milner was correct. His suspicions were confirmed when he found pink, silver and yellow glitter in Lil’ Joey’s hair.

Milner took up the fifth ornament, turning it round and round in his palm. He couldn’t quite make out what the splotches of tan, red, brown and black were supposed to be—until he identified two smiley faces. Then the rest of it made perfect sense.

In the picture, Milner was holding a kid who could only be Lil’ Joey, judging by the huge Afro. They both wore the team’s colors, and Lil’ Joey held a teddy bear in one hand.

“I didn’t want to babysit you at first, you know,” Milner whispered, brushing a tuft of curly hair out of Lil’ Joey’s face. The Yorkshireman couldn’t help but feel his heart melt as he watched the footballer-turned-child peacefully snoozing. “But yer a sweet little laddie.”

While Klopp appeared calm on the outside, carrying the newly-regressed Alisson and joking with Lijnders, his mind was in overdrive. How did Alisson turn into a toddler? Why? How were the boys going to react to this? How were they going to change him back into an adult? Where would they get the stuff they needed? Why was Alisson calling him Papi? The last one was especially important.

Among those questions, one was answered as soon as the three entered the dining room. Upon spotting the squirming toddler, the Liverpudlians had instantly fell in love with him—especially Van Dijk and Firmino.

“Oh my goodness, you are just so adorable!” Van Dijk had long since stolen little Alisson, cuddling him for the umpteenth time. “Look at you, I could just eat you up!”

“Papi!” Alisson complained, reaching towards Klopp with tiny hands. “Papi, Papi!”

“Why does he keep calling you Papi, boss?” Diaz wondered aloud, taking Alisson from Van Dijk's arms. “Is he your kid or something?”

Klopp was about to answer, but Lijnders jumped ahead of him. “Actually he is, sort of. This is little Ali.”

Almost forty mouths dropped open at the same time.

“Little Ali?” Diaz ruffled his hair, eliciting a squeal from the toddler. “Okay, then. We’ll call him Ali until he switched back.”

“Papi!”

Diaz sighed, handing Ali back to Klopp. “Bien, bien, I’m giving you to the boss now.”

“On the subject of that,” said Merlin, ever the practical one. “How do you think we’ll make him turn back to an adult? We need him to play on Wednesday.”

“I don’t know Merry—hey, stop that, Ali!” Klopp pried Ali’s tiny hand away from his hair. “No pulling my hair.”

Ali whined in dismay, hiding his face in Klopp’s shoulder.

“Ah, tut mir leid, Ali.” Klopp ruffled Ali’s hair in apology, taking his seat at the head of the table. Ali arranged himself on Klopp’s lap, much to the German’s surprise. “I’m going to have to get used to this.”

Throughout the meal, Klopp barely ate. Ali kept stealing bits of food off Klopp’s plate, whining whenever he realized that his hands were covered with bacon grease and mayonnaise. The same happened when Nemmer served a chocolate flan, if not twice as messy thanks to the caramel sauce covering the custard dessert.

“Ay, Ali.” Klopp shook his head, cleaning off Ali’s hands for the third time. “I swear you’d eat anything off my plate.”

Ali just giggled, smearing chocolate custard onto the sides of the plate.

After dinner, Klopp glanced at the clock and realized that he should probably put Ali to bed by now. He took Ali to the nursery to find some pajamas, but all of Kairo’s pajamas were too big for him.

“You really are a tiny boy, aren’t you?” Klopp found a small set of Liverpool pajamas from the kit store, quickly dressing Ali in them. “And to think you grew to be as tall as I am.”

Ali gazed up at him with wide eyes. His hair fell into his eyes, and he batted it out, yawning.

“Looks like Ali’s ready for bed,” said Lijnders, entering the nursery. “All thanks to you, Papi.”

“Do you really have to do that, Pep?” Klopp scooped Ali up from Kairo’s bed, careful not to bump him around too much. Ali protested, squirming in Klopp’s arms. “What’s wrong, kleine Mandel? You don’t want to get down?”

“Ursinho!” Ali pointed to a teddy bear nestled on top of the toy chest. It had ginger-colored fur, with a red and green gingham bow around its neck. “Ursinho, Papi!”

“Oh, you want that?” Klopp handed Ali the teddy bear, watching as the toddler buried his face in its fur. The teddy was a gift from Robertson to Tristan, but the baby was too small to sleep with such a large teddy bear now.

“Ursinho…” Ali’s voice trailed off, as he was half-asleep already.

Klopp rolled his eyes, struggling to carry both Ali and the teddy bear. “Okay Junge, time for bed.”

Ali yawned again, settling in Klopp’s arms.

Klopp decided to let Ali sleep in his usual hammock, instead of a different bed. It had all his pillows and blankets there, and his teammates would do a good job making sure he didn’t fall.

“Alright, Ali,” said Klopp after Ali was tucked in the hammock, pillows, blankets, teddy bear and all. “Gute Nacht. Süße Träume, Kleiner.”

But Ali, half-asleep as he was, had one more request. “Papi, staaaay!”

“Fine.” Klopp dragged a chair next to the hammock, extending his hand to Ali. The toddler wrapped his whole hand around one finger before drifting off to sleep. Klopp quietly snapped a picture of the moment, watching Ali with a fond smile.

Until he heard the shutters clicking behind him.

“Well, that proves my theory.” Robertson sported a devilish grin, which gleamed even in the moonlight. “Not your kid, eh? You almost adopted him right then and there!”

Klopp shook his head, ruffling Ali’s hair when he began to stir. “Go to sleep, Robbo.”

The next morning, it took Klopp a while to remember why he was sitting in a chair in his players’ bedroom. Then he remembered the events of last evening.

Ali is an adorable little thing. He closed his eyes, letting the warm sunlight wash over him. He looked so cozy and happy yesterday in his hammock. Just one more head ruffle won’t hurt…

Klopp reached his hand towards where Ali’s head was supposed to be. His hair wasn’t as soft as it was the night before…but there was a lot more of it.

Klopp yanked off his eyemask, shaking his head in an attempt to get the sleep out of him. But there was no residual dreams left over from last night; his goalkeeper, fully adult-sized, was fast asleep in the hammock. The shreds of tattered red fabric surrounding him only proved the point: he was back to normal.

“Oh, Ali, always full of surprises.” Klopp rolled his eyes, securely tucking the blanket around Alisson before heading for the door. As much as he liked hearing the stories and banter at breakfast time, he preferred not to be part of this awkward situation.

“I’m glad you’re back, Ali,” Klopp said to himself as he made his way towards the exit. “But I’ll confess: I kind of liked caring for you as a little shrimp.”

A rustling in one of the nearby beds, Joey Gomez’s bed, to be precise, grabbed Klopp’s attention. He pulled off the sheets…only to find a small toddler, around two, with a gigantic Afro puff.

“Daddy!”

“OH, SCHEISSE!”
