A/N: Here’s a coloured doodle to kickstart the whole thing. I got caught up in another of my art projects , so the first chapter will be published later than originally expected.

On order of the Theraprism, under the jurisdiction of OoHL D-SM5, Father Time and the Axolotl, patient n°0326 [formerly known as patient #323322]: BILL CIPHER, will be put on a probatory parole under the form of a personalized project involving karmic rehabilitation.

Said project will put Bill Cipher within any space, time and form of their choosing. He will be given conditional freedom, the trespass of any of the agreements settled in the covenant will and shall be punished by immediate return to incarceration.

During the Vogelfrei trial, he shall no longer remain under the care of the Theraprism’s personnel, nor be granted assistance in any matter—unless it be posing an imminent threat to his existence or be compromising to the Theraprism.
