The day Hinata meets Kageyama Miwa, he's completely awestruck, because she's just so uwahhh pretty. I imagine she's visiting her hometown for the first time in a while, so this could be at the Kageyama household, or maybe even at Karasuno, if she wanted to watch her brother play for a bit.

Either way, Hinata is trailing after her the whole time, blushing madly and stuttering and overall making a fool of himself every time she talks to him. Hinata can't help gushing about her, so at some point, he pulls Tobio aside and whispers to him, completely thoughtlessly, "Dude, your sister is so pretty! She looks just like a female version of you!"

Now, Tobio was already pissed enough about this whole thing, that was just the last straw. He explodes, shouts "Then why are you drooling all over her, you runt?!" and smacks Hinata in the head.

And maybe the force of the blow knocks something into place inside his brain, or maybe it was the fact that he got called out on it for once, but Hinata has the sudden realization that he looks at both boys and girls in a weirdly similar way.

Cue bisexual panic.
