It does put a smile on my face to see antis seethe over published reylo fanfics becoming wildly popular and profitable. They try to cope by denigrating the authors, the readers, the state of literature, but the reality is that there’s a huge market for Enemies to Lovers nowadays because (shocker) it’s a trope with enduring appeal. So it’s not surprising that publishers seek out these reylo authors and develop their stories into published works!

It’s so hard not to be smug about it when the fandom has been through so much over the years and are now finally being vindicated with mainstream success. I’m so proud of those authors!
