#no but fr#the Garlean Empire in FFXIV gets compared to the Galactic Empire in SW CONSTANTLY and for good reason#the marches/theme they have playing as their motifs are literally just FFXIV riffing on the SW Imperial March#and within FFXIV? Space Wizards with laser swords are Not the weirdest thing to happen#and then depends how the FFXIV is put into SW but it's kind of similar but with one of the FFXIV flavours of magics instead#on the empires being similar the antagonists being mostly fully suited with no face in sight while petty offucers and navy have no helmets#very Galactic Empire of you Garlemald#there's also all the Lore about the Garlean Empire that I won't get into because of spoilers but yeah#I'd say the comparison is apt#rb
