simm!master whump pt 2
tags: sleep deprivation, blood/bleeding, tied up, electric shocks, description of (poorly done) stitches, passing out, unethical experimentation, Torchwood, that should be its own warning, simm!master, it/its Master, poor baby 😟, hurt/comfort is coming guys, pt 2 of ???
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
The Master passed out at some point. It knew they were prodding at its hearts when it lost consciousness because it could still feel them beating in its chest, far drier than any internal organ should be ("Oh my god, I can feel how dry my guts are. I can fucking feel them. Oh my god, make it stop"). As it shook itself awake, it shivered at the feel of cold metal looped around his arms and legs. Still chained up. The next thing it noticed was the room. It was no longer bound to a table, but propped up against a cold concrete wall. There was a single large observation window across from it. A metal chair was the only piece of furniture to be found. A chair. A stupid thing to be in there, especially since the chains that shackled the Master to the wall were too short for it to reach ("They're teasing me. They're doing this on purpose"). Finally, finally, it registered the throbbing, aching pain coming from its front. It wished it hadn't. Thrashing around in its chains, screaming, it could feel its own cut skin sliding against itself, blood leaking from the seams and dripping down its torso. It looked down to find large, haphazard stitches sewn into its body, just barely tight enough to keep its innards from spilling out onto the concrete in a bloody mass. The string was too large. It was more like cotton twine than surgical thread. The Master could feel every single stitch than ran from its chest to its abdomen; stitched in so loosely that they warped and curved as it moved.
"Good morning, Subject TL301," came a voice, echoing through the room, "I do wish you would stop that screaming. It's giving the poor medical team an awful headache." The Master simply continued to writhe on its back, anger beginning to bubble in its chest. It was a Time Lord! Their superior! To be treated like a living cadaver was not only cruel, but insulting! The voice sighed. "Come now," she cooed, "Don't be like that! If you won't keep your voice down, we'll simply have to keep you quiet, you know." It didn't like the sound of that.
Still flailing about, it bit back its cries, not wanting to find out what would happen if it didn't. But oh, gods, was it hard. It was so very hard. It wanted to scream until its voice went hoarse, demanding for this torture to end. It wanted its pain to be heard by every living thing. Although its tears stung the gashes on its body, it yearned to wail as loudly as it could. But no. It couldn't.
Slowly but surely, The Master's muscles began to tire. Its once frenzied movements became little more than feeble jerks of its arms and legs, making the chains jingle ever so softly. It found its eyes growing heavy. It was so tired. It was tired of having to feel.
The Master drifted into an uneasy sleep, panting out its exhaustion. And then it felt like every single nerve was on fire.
The woman's voice came again. "Ahh, very sorry 301, but one of our researchers has requested to study the effects of sleep deprivation on Time Lords, and it seems you're our only specimen." Gods, how could she sound so calm? So composed as the Master's eyes flooded with tears? It wouldn't be allowed to sleep. It might never sleep again.
At first, it wasn't too difficult to stay awake. It focused on the feeling of its own innards resting heavy inside it. It focused on how gross it felt after having all those human hands grabbing it and maneuvering it around. It focused on the blood. The white-hot pain. It allowed itself to bathe in the sickening sense of betrayal in its bones; the leader of its own people had bartered it off for technology made by inferior species. That's all it was to the Time Lords. A thing to be traded to the highest bidder.
After wallowing in its own misery began to fail, it slipped back into an unwilling sleepiness. Then came another shock, this time causing it to curl in on itself, forcing thin streams of blood out from its wounds. It wanted to rip its own nerves out. Even its brain felt the pain, making its head pound somehow harder than it had before.
Ten hours. It went on for ten hours. It wasn't allowed to shut its eyes for any more than a few seconds before another jolt of electricity rocked its body. And once those ten hours had passed, it was hauled back into the operating room and strapped into place (like it even had the energy to fight it anymore), ready and waiting for the stitches to be unceremoniously ripped from its body.
As The Master's eyes drifted shut, finally, after being shocked so many times it was sure one of its hearts stopped beating, it realized: the only time it was ever going to rest was when it passed out from agony during a vivisection.

Hellsite Nostalgia Tour 2023 Day 107
99 Problems/The Stolen Earth
“99 Problems”
Plot Description: Outnumbered by demons, Sam and Dean are saved at the last minute by a hunter and his very religious townspeople
Would I Survive the First Five Minutes??: no one died but I…don’t think I’d survive this
Ew. Look. I know that this town is “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”-ing with the Winchesters but holy fuck I would hate it here. But it’s like…”this is the future conservatives want”
You really don’t HAVE to flirt with the preacher’s daughter, Dean
Cas’s inability to understand technology is always adorable. If Dean called, he’d answer the phone…show up right away. Why are we having Sam call?
Is it me or are the two constant hunters in this town a little…? (Edit: they were not)
Nooo, that kid wouldn’t have died if he hadn’t asked to get a ride back with Sam and Dean
Ohhh, this town’s gonna turn on them REAL quick. It’s not their immediate fault this kid died, but they can’t deny starting the apocalypse. Are heaven and hell working together on this one? Or am I expecting too much from this show?
Good lord, keep me as far away from a town like this forever (I say from the US where the RESTRICT bill is a thing and rights are being rolled back constantly).
Is this “I found a liquor store and drank it”!Cas?? It issss!! He needs more than a hug but I wanna hug him so bad
Cool cool cool cool cool. You can’t drink, gamble, or fuck in this town or you’ll anger the angels, but MURDER is chill?? That makes sense to this town?? Sure. Sounds like America
Cas will never not fascinate me. He’s ancient, the names of every prophet are seared into his mind, he can’t fathom why his cellphone would ask for his name to let people know they’ve reached the correct voicemail box, he translates jokes from enochian…and that’s JUST. THIS. EPISODE.
Yikes, Dean. Context is important, but you can’t say that like this is GTA
The writers are taking WAY too much glee in being able to call this girl a whore just because revelations mentions a false prophet named the Whore of Babylon
HEY DEAN??? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?? WHERE ARE YOU—oh, hi Lisa, I guess.
Maybe it’s because I’m ace but I just don’t buy the “history’s best one night stand” Lisa and Dean over him and Cassie
“Been On My Mind…”: Nope 7
“The Stolen Earth”
Plot Description: Earth’s greatest heroes assemble in a time of dire need. Can the Doctor’s secret army defeat the might of the new Dalek Empire?
That pause before you said yeah to it being good that Rose is coming back was too long, Doctor
This poor milkman was just trying to do his job…
That newscaster is so over everything happening here
I just…have very little patience or interest right now for the Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures tie-ins
Fictional women with large guns >>>
I’m not saying things aren’t bad, but it’s not like y’all haven’t gone up against the Daleks before. Sure, the Doctor’s not here YET, but damn…have a LITTLE faith in yourselves
He’s so proud of Donna sticking up for herself
God that woman’s creepy. But…talking about her being “something new.” I don’t want her to goooo. I know what that means but I don’t want it to be that wayyyyyy
Wilf has such good instincts. Why would anyone who’s not come across Daleks assume that was an eye? HELL YEAH ROSE
Man this is a hella downer episode. Which makes sense as the middle episode
…that…that’s the sound of drums
Harriet!!
Finally! Some hope!
Hahahaha first time the Doctor has had to tell his companion no in regards to Jack instead of telling Jack no
Dalek Kahn is possibly my favorite Dalek. He’s completely insane. But also don’t the Time Lords do this same thing to The Master?? Try to bring back Gallifrey through him and all it cost was his mind??
Yeah I guess mid-regeneration IS the logical cutoff point for the cliffhangerrrrrrrrrrr
RIP all my happiness over the next couple of days

2. Favorite episode from each era of new who? + 13. Any show/ book/ fandom/ etc you’ve been meaning to get into?
2: okay I'm gonna be a grown up and put more thought into this than just going "end of time. World enough and time/the doctor falls. Spyfall. Thanks for playing." But I did feel the need to call myself out for my first instinct so here we are.
RTD era: I think it might be Utopia, actually. We've already addressed the Master Bias I have, but it's not because of that lmao but um. Martha is my favourite companion from this era, undoubtedly, but most of her actual EPISODES are uh.... Not my favourite so much..... At least, not when looking back at them. I enjoy them as I'm watching them for sure. And I'm sorry but I've got a soft spot for Jack the size of Canada (lol) so having those two together just WORKS. And the plotlines of the episode are just? Fascinating to me? Idk man I just like it.
Moffat era: I've heard that people don't really like this one (?) but I think for me it's actually gotta be The Beast Below. I'm sure everyone thought I'd pick a Clara episode but they're mostly all good overall so it's hard to pick ONE stand out fave, whereas this one has always been a stand out fave for me. It IS one of the first episodes I ever watched, so maybe that's why I'm so attached to it, but something about it just..... I'm into it 🤷🤷
Chibnall era: This one is hard, not because I do not like the era (i do!!) but because I am the least familiar with it (the only chibnall episodes I've watched more than once are, well.....) I've not rewatched the seasons. I haven't watched each episode of flux yet lmaoooo I think I might genuinely put Spyfall 1 as my answer here, but barring THAT. The one with the Solitract is pretty stand out in my mind. It Takes You Away. Is that what it's called? Unfortunately I don't have a lot to say about individual episodes in this era......
13: there is always SO MUCH MEDIA that I am Meaning to consume but have not. Just yesterday my friend gave me heck for still having not watched Bridgerton. Looking at fandoms I'm already in, I'm incredibly behind on the buffy reboot and never finished the original continuation comics despite still intending to do so, and I've got PILES of DW books I want to read. Actually speaking of DW I still never watched TORCHWOOD rip there is SO MUCH SHIT I started but never finished but uh limiting myself to stuff i never got around to even starting.... *Looks at the sealed DVDs on my shelf*
You know what i think I don't like this question xDD on a more positive note though I finally started watching Angel recently.

A Comparison of RTD and Steven Moffat: Saving The Day
So for this analysis I’m going to compare when Moffat and RTD save the day well and when they save it poorly. There are a few bits of criteria I need to explain.
First I will only be including main series, no Torchwood, no spin-offs, and no mini episodes.
Second, I have to define what makes a good and a bad ending (my examples will come from episodes written by neither of them):
Bad endings include when the sonic saves the day (see The Power Of Three) (there are exceptions, see below), when a character spouts some useless technobabble that doesn’t make any scientific sense/when it doesn’t make logical sense in general, when the Doctor invents/presents a machine/equipment that miraculously stops the baddy and is never referred to again (see Journey To The Centre Of The TARDIS), and any other ending I deem to be bad (see The Vampires of Venice)
Good endings include when the sonice activates a device that has been well established to save the day, when technobabble is used that actually makes some scientific sense, and just generally when the baddy is destroyed in what I deem to be a creative manner that makes sense with all the things that had been set up in that episode (see The Unquiet Dead).
There will also be cases where there isn’t really a day to be saved, however this happens more often with Moffat.
Let us begin (obviously there will be spoilers but the last episode in the list aired nearly 4 years ago so what you doing with your life).
RTD:
Rose: Bad
What even is anti-plastic?! Like seriously, he’s faced the Autons loads of times and has never thought to use it any other time.
The End Of The World: Bad
The Doctor just goes up to the appearance of the repeated meme (ha meme) and rips its arm off. He then just summons Cassandra back by twisting a knob which apparently everyone can do if “you’re very clever like me”.
Aliens Of London/World War Three: Good
Just nuking them all was a bit dodgy but I’ll give it to him purely because it had been set up earlier in the episode and it is a genuine option that could have been taken.
The Long Game: Good
The heating issue was set up within 2 minutes of the episode starting. It’s always good to see the Doctor using his enemies weakness against them.
Boom Town: Good
Only just. It’s technology that hadn’t been showcased ever before and came out of nowhere, but I’m allowing purely because it was setting up The Parting Of The Ways.
Bad Wolf/The Parting Of The Ways: Good
See above. It was set up the story before so it works.
The Christmas Invasion: Bad
This was so close to being good. If RTD had just let the Sycorax leader be honourable then everything would have been fine. Instead he had to let him be dishonourable and then the Doctor through the Satsuma at a random button that for no apparent reason caused a bit of floor to fall away.
New Earth: Bad
It only makes sense if you think about it for less than 10 seconds as just pouring every cure to every disease ever into a giant tub and then spraying said supercure onto them all, then having them hug each other to pass it on. That is suspending my disbelief just a bit too far.
Tooth And Claw: Good
Everything is set up in the episode so I’ll allow it but I fail to see how Prince Albert had the time to ensure that the diamond was cut perfectly.
Love And Monsters: Bad
It’s Love And Monsters. Need I say more?
Army of Ghosts/Doomsday: Good
It was very clearly set up throughout the episode.
The Runaway Bride: Bad
I don’t like how a few bombs can supposedly drain the entire Thames.
Smith And Jones: Good
All the events were well established
Gridlock: Good
It’s a fairly bland way to save the day, just opening the surface to all the drivers. But how else could he have done it?
Utopia/The Sound Of Drums/Last Of The Time Lords: Bad
As much as I like the idea that he tuned himself into the archangel network, he basically turned into Jesus. It is arguably the least convincing ending in modern Doctor Who history.
Voyage Of The Damned: Bad
Why was he the next highest authority? If he’s the highest authority in the universe why didn’t they default to him in the first place? If not then why not default to Midshipman Frame? And if he’s somehow in between them then why? Also Astrid killed herself for no reason when she easily could have jumped out of the forklift.
Partners In Crime: Good
It works in the context of the episode, but I don’t see why they needed two of the necklace things.
Midnight: Good
It’s human nature, you can’t get more well set up than that.
Turn Left: Good
It works logically
The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End: Bad
Donna just spouts a load of technobabble whilst pressing buttons and then the Daleks are magically incapacitated.
The Next Doctor: Bad
Why do the infostamps sever Hartigan’s connection with the Cyberking? As far as I remember it ain’t explained.
Planet Of The Dead (co-written with noted transphobe Gareth Roberts): Good
A good couple scenes are dedicated on getting the anti-gravs set up.
The Waters Of Mars (co-written with Phil Ford): N/A
The day isn’t really saved cause everyone still dies anyway.
The End Of Time: Good
Using a gun to destroy a machine is much better than using the sonic to destroy it.
Summary for RTD:
Out of 24 stories written by him, I deem 10 to be bad endings with 1 abstaining. That’s 41.7% of his episodes (43.5% if we don’t count any abstaining).
Steven Moffat:
The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances: Good
You’ll see this a lot with Moffat, he knows how to explain things without stupefying levels of technobabble. “Emailing the upgrade” is a perfect example of this.
The Girl In The Fireplace: Good
Some basic logic, the androids want to repair their ship, but they can’t return to it, they no longer have a function so they shut down.
Blink: Good
Always loved this one, getting the angels to look at each other, however they do look at each other sometimes earlier in the episode.
Silence In The Library/Forest Of The Dead: Bad
This is more of a problem with the setup of the episode, I don’t like that he can negotiate with the Vashta Nerada. I’d rather see them comprehensively beaten, but I guess it’s good for the scare factor that they can’t be escaped from.
The Eleventh Hour: Good
He convinced the best scientists all around the world to set every clock to 0 all in less than an hour. In the Doctor’s own words “Who da man!”
The Beast Below: Good
The crying child motif pretty much ended up saving the day (well for the star whale, life went on as normal for pretty much everyone else).
The Time Of Angels/Flesh And Stone: Good
The artificial gravity had briefly been set up earlier so I’ll allow it.
The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang: Good
Everything had been set up perfectly, the vortex manipulator, the Pandorica’s survival field thingy, the TARDIS exploding at every moment in history.
A Christmas Carol: Good
Literally the entire episode is the Doctor saving the day by convincing Kazran not to be a cock.
The Impossible Astronaut/Day Of The Moon: Good
The silence’s ability to influence people is their whole thing, so using it against them is a good Doctory thing to do.
A Good Man Goes To War: N/A
The day isn’t really saved, Melody is lost, but River shows up at the end so is all fine? I love the episode it’s just the day isn’t really truly saved (yes I know Amy was rescued but she still lost her baby).
Let’s Kill Hitler: N/A
There isn’t really a day to be saved. They all get out alive but no one is really saved other than maybe River but we all knew she was gonna live anyway.
The Wedding Of River Song: Good
Whilst opinion is divided on the episode, the ending still works. the Tesseracta was established in Let’s Kill Hitler, and the “touch River and time will move again” was established well in advance.
The Doctor, The Widow And The Wardrobe: Bad
I don’t like how the lifeboat travels through the time vortex for no reason but to rescue the dad. It don’t make no sense and I don’t think it’s explained
Asylum Of The Daleks: Good
Oswin had access to the Dalek hive mind so of course she should be able to link into the controls and blow everything up.
The Angels Take Manhattan: Good
Paradoxes really do be something powerful, and they even acknowledge how nobody knows if it’d work so I’ll let it slide.
The Snowmen: Bad
Lots of people cry at Christmas, why are the Latimers anything special?
The Bells of Saint John: Good
The whole episode is about hacking so why shouldn’t the Doctor be able to hack the spoonheads
The Name Of The Doctor: Good
It was the story arc for the season pretty much, so of course it was explained well in advance.
The Day Of The Doctor: Good
Both the storing Gallifrey like a painting and the making everyone forget if they’re Human or Zygon works in the context of the episode.
The Time Of The Doctor: Bad
Since when were the Time Lords so easily negotiated with?
Deep Breath: Good
I like the dilemma over whether the half-face man was pushed or jumped.
Into The Dalek: Good
It’s set up well with this new Doctor’s persona of actually not being too nice of a guy (at first).
Listen: N/A
There isn’t a day to be saved. It’s just 45 minutes of the Doctor testing a hypothesis and I low-key love it.
Time Heist (co-written with Steven Thompson): Good
It works logically so I’ll allow it however it isn’t very well set up at all.
The Caretaker (co-written with noted shithead Gareth Roberts): Good
The machine to tell the Blitzer what to do was set up well in advance so I’ll allow it.
Dark Water/Death In Heaven: Good
The fact that Danny still cares even as a cyberman is set up fairly early on after his transformation.
Last Christmas: Good
He does use the sonic to wake up Clara but he convinces the others to wake up through talking so I’ll allow it.
The Magician’s Apprentice/The Witch’s Familiar: Good
It’s set up well with that little scene from actually inside the sewers.
The Girl Who Died (co-written with Jamie Mathieson): Good
IDK why the vikings would randomly keep electric eels but they’re set up well so I’ll ignore it.
The Zygon Inversion (co-written with Peter Harness): N/A
Not including this one as it’s only the second part and I’d argue the ending is most likely Harness’.
Heaven Sent/Hell Bent: N/A
Again there isn’t really a day to be saved, yes Heaven Sent really is amazing but it’s only the first part and, being completely honest, he dies several billion times before finally getting through the wall.
The Husbands Of River Song: N/A
Again there isn’t really a day to be saved here.
The Return Of Doctor Mysterio: Good
He gets Grant to catch the bomb which is good. But he does just sonic the gun out of Dr Sim’s hand and says UNIT is on its way which just sort of wraps it up very quickly.
The Pilot: N/A
No day to be saved here.
Extremis: Good
You could technically call it the sonic saving the day, I consider it to be the Doctor emailing the Doctor to warn him of the future.
The Pyramid At The End Of The World: Good
The fire sanitising everything makes sense and it’s in character for Bill to love the Doctor enough to cure his blindness in return for the world
World Enough And Time/The Doctor Falls: Good
Yes it is the sonic just blowing the cybermen up, but it’s blowing them up with well established pipelines so I’ll allow it (also the story is amazing).
Twice Upon A Time: N/A
No day to be saved here. Just Doctors 1 and 12 getting angsty about regenerating.
Summary for Steven Moffat:
Out of 39 stories written by him, I deemed 4 to be bad with 7 abstaining. That’s 10.3% of his episodes (12.5% if we don’t count any abstaining).
Conclusions:
Moffat was much better at saving the day than RTD
Moffat liked telling stories where the day didn’t actually need to be saved
I’ve spent way too long on this and I need to sleep
If I spent as much time on this as my coursework I’d probably pass
If you’re still reading this, you probably need to get a life

Ok, I couldn’t sleep the other night so I took my first tongue-in-cheek stab at fan-fiction. Here’s how I want the Thirteenth Doctor’s regeneration to go down, and yes it is a rip-off of Avengers – Endgame:
She’s in Park Hill Flats with Graeme, Ryan & Yas but the Master has found a way to control Sheffield’s mutant spiders to burrow into the foundations of the building, causing it to collapse. 13 climbs out of the rubble but her companions are nowhere to be seen. The Master rides up to her on the back of a giant spider, dismounts and tells her that he’s going to force open the heart of her TARDIS and use the power of the time vortex to destroy the universe, and that she’s got no way of stopping him. Loads of villains’ ships appear in the sky like in ‘The Pandorica Opens’.
But then they hear the sound of TARDIS engines and a different TARDIS materialises a few meters away. The doors open, revealing three silhouettes at first obscured by the light of the console room. As they approach 13 sees that it’s 12, Nardole and a Cyber-converted Bill. At this point (I don’t even care) Portals by Alan Silvestri starts playing. Another TARDIS materialises, in a darker shade of blue. The doors open and Rose Tyler steps out, followed by Mickey, Martha, Donna, Jackie & Wilf. They part down the centre, revealing 10 striding forward.
Silurians start teleporting in, as well as Judoon from the Shadow Proclamation, basically anyone from ‘A Good Man Goes To War’. The Paternoster gang show and maybe Strax says something funny. Another TARDIS appears and out steps 11, Amy, Rory and River circa-‘Day Of The Moon’. An American diner lands awkwardly amid the rubble and Clara and Ashildr climb out. Kate Stewart and the Oswins show up with a bunch of UNIT troops and at the same time as Gwen Cooper arrives with whatever’s left of Torchwood. A final TARDIS appears, it’s 9’s! Out comes the ninth Doctor with another Rose and another Captain Jack.
“Wow that’s a lot of people” says Ryan gormlessly. “I reckon that should do it, don’t you Doc?” says Graeme. At the sound of a screech, everyone looks up to see the 8th Doctor flying in on the back of Ramsey the Vortisaur. 13 turns to Yas and explains to her what Vortisaurs are for ten minutes while everyone awkwardly waits for her to finish. When she’s done, the six Doctors that I, as millennial, actually care about line up facing the Master’s army, screwdrivers in hand. Twelve somehow produces his electric guitar and starts shredding the Doctor Who theme and then they all charge.
It’s brilliant! River’s zapping Silents, Graeme’s using his laser shoes to zap Kasaavin and Amy’s duel wielding a hand mirror and a sledge hammer to smash up Weeping Angels. Clara and 12 have a memory-loss themed reunion just like Star Lord & Gamora’s one in Endgame, only he doesn’t knee her in the crotch. 9s headbutts the Master because of course he does and both Cpt. Jacks keep making dirty jokes about there being two Roses, only no one’s actually listening.
When the battle takes a turn for the worse, they fall back to their TARDISs to protect the time vortex. They all start piloting around the battlefield, evading attack. Lady Christina (who’s also there) gets immediately arrested by UNIT so Graeme takes her flying bus and starts flying it round the battlefield along with Ryan & Yas. 11 ends up in 10’s TARDIS and starts flying it but Sontarans keep jetpacking on board. He uses his sonic to jam their guns while Donna, who’s still on board, whacks them in the back of the neck. A jolt makes her fall and nearly touch the Doctor’s severed hand from ‘The Christmas Invasion’. 11, knowing what happens if she touches it, snatches it away from her but that forces the metacrisis to happen anyway, this time with his own DNA. Another Sontaran jetpacks onboard and is about to shoot Donna but suddenly falls over with a clunk, revealing the metacrisis Doctor who just hit it on the back of the neck. Only this time, he’s half 10, half 11 – 10.5, if you will. 11 chucks him a prototype screwdriver that looks like 12’s one from series 10 and tells him to get to work. He dives out of the door, still naked, yelling “Geronimo!”
Series 4 Rose, who followed 10 into 11s TARDIS, goes on the intercom and tells them that the only way to defeat that many enemies is to do what she did in ‘The Parting Of The Ways’ – open the heart of the TARDIS before the Master can and use it to stop him. But no ordinary human is strong enough! “I can do it” says Bill, who’s much stronger since her Cyber-conversion. Still, she’s on 12’s TARDIS and the weakest console is onboard 9’s. “You’re not gonna like this, Bill” says 12, piloting his ship high into the air. “Big ears, you’ve got incoming!”, he shouts, then unceremoniously boots Cyber-Bill out of the door, sending her plummeting toward 9’s TARDIS. She nearly makes it but a Crillitane catches her first and they start tussling in the air. It drops her and she nearly plummets to her death but 8 catches her on the back of Ramsey and gives her a lift back up to 9s TARDIS.
The Master and Ashad (who’s alive again now) jet onboard 8’s TARDIS (which is there for some reason, I dunno, maybe he parked nearby). It’s manned by 10.5. The Master villainously shoots Ashad, activating the death particle, before jumping out of the front door. This kills 10.5 before he can regenerate (presumably, after all this 10 cuts his hand off and puts it back in the jar) and cripples the TARDIS’s flight systems which, as it’s the oldest iteration of the TARDIS in the battle, does the same to all of them. The six Doctors manage to land their ships in a hexagon, with the doors all pointing inwards, meaning enemies can only get in from above. Series 4 Captain Jack gets a big gun and mans the bottle neck, fighting off wave upon wave of enemies, getting killed sometimes but then resurrecting, each time letting in a few monsters who end up in the various TARDISs.
The Master gets through and ends up in 11’s TARDIS. 13 and her companions follow him but he runs deep inside the internal corridors, losing them. He finds a part of the TARDIS where time passes in reverse so that when he comes back into the console room he’s on board 8’s ship again which he then materialises inside 9’s. Bill tries to stop him but he threatens 9 with his shrink ray and forces her to use her strength to tear open the console and expose the time vortex. She does and he’s about to absorb its power but all of a sudden, the floor panel gives way and he falls down below. Camera pans down revealing Wilfred Mott, holding a regular screwdriver that he just used to loosen the floor panel. He gives everyone a little salute.
13 steps forward and absorbs the power of the Time Vortex. It’s even cooler than when Rose did it because she’s a Timelord. She rises up in the air like Captain Marvel and tells all the villains they have a chance to leave (earning an approving look from 10). Most of them do except the Daleks, obviously, so she melts their asses. Then she floats back down and returns the energy to the heart of the TARDIS, restoring its flight systems at the same time (except for 8’s, sorry). The 6 Doctors look down condescendingly at the Master like in that shot from the end of the first Avengers film. Only the Master hit his head falling down so he’s died (and pooped himself). He regenerates into… Missy! Which makes so much more sense for her character arc. “I’ll take her off your hands” says 12. Then they all go and get chips like in ‘The End Of The World’ and eat them outside Sheffield train station before the various Doctors and companions go their separate ways.
13 feels the regeneration coming, just like the last time she absorbed the time vortex. She and her friends go to Graeme’s house. She normally does this in the TARDIS but she’d rather be with the people she cares about. There’s no big speech, I reckon she just says “Laterzzz” and actually clarifies that it’s spelt with a z. She regenerates, leaving big scorch marks on the walls, setting fire to all Graeme’s furniture. The companions are freaking out. When it’s over the new Doctor slumps to the floor before getting to their knees to reveal… a handsome young Indian guy with floppy hair and a moustache!

You were catching your breath as the Quinjet came to an abrupt hard landing. Quickly you unfastened your seatbelt the same time that Clint and Natasha did, as Steve opened the ramp. You and the super soldier ran down the ramp followed by Clint and Natasha. The four of you arrived in the middle of a four-way street it was controlled chaos, as people were running and screaming. Your mind raced, as it seemed the whole of midtown Manhattan came to a lurch, when a deep - primal rage roar bellowed out throughout the city as a shadow came over the four of you.
With another roar, the shadow flew over you and your teammates. From what came out of the portal, was a Chitauri Leviathan, carrying hundreds of Chitauri solider. As you watched the Chitauri Leviathan passed over, as from both sides the Chitauri Soldiers cling off and attached themselves to the sides of the city's buildings, sliding down. Some crashed through the windows and began firing their energy rifles at innocent people.
"Stark," Steve called through the comm. "Are you seeing this?"
"I'm seeing, still working on believing." You heard the billionaire's voice in the comm. "Where's Banner? Has he shown up yet?"
"Banner?" You asked as you were watching the Chitauri and looking in around in hopes that it just wasn't you and the rest of the new found Avengers fighting these aliens.
"Just keep me posted." Tony stated as he was quietly flying behind and parallel with a Chitauri Leviathan. "JARVIS, find me a soft spot."
As you were running with the group on the streets, it was raining fire from the Chitauri, almost in a chain reaction of explosions, smashing cars and people running. You took shelter with the three of them behind upturned cars, as you and Steve looked down that the street below.
"Those people are sitting ducks down there." Steve said catching his breath.
Shaking your head you spoke. "It's like shooting fish in a barrel."
"We got to do something," Steve said looking at you, his blue eyes meeting yours.
You took a breath, and pulled out your pistol. "I've got your, six."
As you said that a group of Chitauri soldiers landed near you and the group and started firing. The Black Widow stood up pulling both pistols and fired at them, "We got this, Cap. It's good. Go!"
Steve turned to Hawkeye. "Think you can hold them off?"
Clint gave a smirk. "Captain." He said as he pulled a trigger on his bow, and drawing the arrow. "It would be my genuine pleasure." And with that he shot the arrow into one of the alien's head, gaining a few seconds for the super solider as he jumped off the bridge to the street bellow.
As you ran towards the bus, to help get the civilians out something caught your eye. A blue police box. With that  you felt someone grab your hand pulling you in another direction. "Hey!" You said pulling yourself free, "Get to cover." You stated as you pulled your pistol shooting a Chitauri, and another one.
"Oi, isn't that what you should be doin' as well?" The accented voice was familiar, causing your head to spin looking at the person.
"Doctor?" You asked shocked.
"Y/N?" He asked as he pulled you into a hug.
A smile came to your face as he embraced you. "My Doctor!"
"My, Y/N!" He said finally pulling away.
"Uh, now is probably not the best time. We got an alien force trying to take over New York, here." Another familiar voice sounded.
"Jack!" You smiled, "What took you so bloody long?" You asked as you looked him up and down as you shot another Chitauri in the head that was about to attack, Clint, who was now helping the civilians out of the bus.
"Well, I had to get the Doctor now didn't I?" Jack asked as he shot a Chitauri.
"Gwen, Owen, Toshiko?" You asked as you walked closer to Jack, "Please tell me they are safe."
Jack gave you a soft smile as he watched the Doctor look around at the scene before him. "They're still in Cardiff. The incident is isolated here."
She took on a could of Chitauri as your other two teammates did the same thing. Catching your breath you looked around, "None of this is going to mean a damn thing if we don't close that portal. Doctor, please tell me you have an idea."
"Yeap!" He smiled, his typical sassy attitude, as he pointed to the Stark Tower, "We just need to get up there."
You nodded and looked at your best friend the Time Lord and at your other best friend, the Captain. "Follow me." You said grabbing their hands as you took off running.
"Y/L/N," Clint's voice rang through your comm, "What are you doin'?"
"Clint, I need you to cover us. We've got to get to the tower." You yelled back into the comm as the three of you fought your way through the Chitauri to the tower.
"Right." Clint's voice sounded as arrows started to fly your way into the on coming Chitauri.
Soon as three had gotten to the top of the tower, you ran over to Selvig who was totally unconscious lying next to the Tesseract, "He'll live." You said as you watched the Doctor scan the device with the sonic screwdriver as Jack went to the laptop. "Boys?"
"This is fascinating!" The Doctor started rambling as he looked over the Tesseract. "He's used the Iridium as a stabilizing agent so that the portal isn't collapsing in on itself, along with the quantum tunneling effect. This is bloody brilliant!"
"Since when were you a expert on Thermonuclear Astrophysics?" You asked frowning. "Wait, never mind. How do we shut it down?"
Jack was scanning the barrier around the Tesseract. "The barrier is pure energy, we need away to get past it."
"Okay, well I heard JARVIS on the comms earlier saying something along the lines that it's unbreachable." You added looking at the two. "And I know we don't have anything in Torchwood that is even close to this."
"Torchwood?" The Doctor asked.
"Later." You spoke as you looked up at the open portal. "We need to shut it down, or we're never going to win this. Jack, is there anything in that laptop that Selvig did that might be a built in safety to cut the power, anything?" You running over to the computer.
"I might have found something, but I'm not sure." Jack stated showing you a graph on the computer.
"Doctor, anything?" You asked sighing.
"We would need something with power, lots and lots of power." He said pacing as his mind raced.
"Loki's scepter worked a lot like a Hyrda weapon," You thought out loud raising your eyebrows. "I mean, it seemed to have a mind controlling aspect as well. Maybe that is the power we need."
Jack looked at you and back at the Doctor, "What else do we have to lose?"
"It might be able to close the portal." The Doctor smiled. "So let's give it a shot."
You looked over the ledge to where you had seen Loki and Thor fighting and saw the scepter. "And I'm looking right at it."
♥♥
You held Loki's scepter, aiming it at the portal. Jack stood behind you holding the scepter as well, as you weren't sure what to expect. The Doctor on the other hand was running circles around the force field with his Sonic Screwdriver taking readings. As you and Jack slowly broke into the force field, the scepter almost touching the Tesseract you spoke into your comm. "Can anybody hear me? I can shut the bloody portal down!"
"Do it!" You heard the tired voice of Steve in your comm.
"No wait!" Tony's voice sounded.
You shook your head. "Stark?"
"These things are still coming, and she can shut it down!" Steve countered.
"I got a nuke coming in," Tony explained, "It's gonna blow in less than a minute, and I know just where to put it."
Your eyes went wide as you looked over your shoulder at Jack and at the Doctor, "You two get out of here." You stated, "Back to the Tardis, and get the hell out of here. If Tony can't stop that nuke, this is going to be ground zero. I want you two safe."
Jack's grip around you tighten as he held on to the scepter. "I'm not leaving you."
"And neither am I." The Doctor chimed in. "We're in this together."
"You blokes are bloody idiots." You gave a soft smile. "No wonder I love the both of you."
And with that, you almost jumped with Tony had caught the missile as it sped towards the tower and he wrenched the rocket off it's course, steering it from behind, flying it straight up towards the portal.
"Stark." You spoke softly into the comm. "You know that's a one-way trip?"
"Save it, sweetheart." Tony's voice rang, "You still owe me a drink."
Suddenly the comms went quiet, and all the Chitauri soldiers and Leviathans keeled over, dropping like flies. Your eyes flew up looking at the open portal, "C'mon, c'mon!" You prayed, hoping that you would see Tony fly through the portal in all his Iron Man glory.
Seeing the supernova coming towards the opening in the portal, the Doctor looked at Jack and nodded. "Close it." He stated.
Cursing mentally, you and Jack pushed the scepter in further, so that the tip touched the Tesseract, causing it's energy beam to shut down and the portal started to quickly close at a steady pace. Looking up at the portal that's when you noticed a small figure plummeting towards the ground. "He made it!" You smiled as you pulled Jack into a hug and then the Doctor. "We did it!"
"Sweetheart," Jack spoke as he looked up at Iron Man, "He's not slowing down."
That's when you noticed the Hulk snagging Tony out of the air, the two of them crashing and sliding down one of the nearby buildings and smashing into the ground. The three of you stood on top of the building watching the scene before you, as Thor ripped Tony's helmet off.
"Is he?" You asked through the comm waiting an answer, as you glanced from side to side, first at Jack who had his arm around you and then to the Doctor.
Within a beat of you asking the sound of the Hulk roaring filled the silent streets below.
"What the hell?" Tony's voice filled the comm as he spoke to Thor and Steve. "What just happened? Please tell me nobody just kissed me."
A smile came to your lips. "He lives and we won!" You cheered as Jack pulled you into a kiss.
