yuuji manages to find the guts to hold megumi’s hand once and not more than 5 seconds later he gets the shovel talk from 90% of the people in megumi’s life. they truly mean their words that if yuuji ever makes megumi feel bad even by mistake, the higher ups r going to be the least of his problems. the same goes for sukuna.

the other 10% of people r frantically trying to book an immediate flight back to japan after his toes started tingling that something was up with His Boy.

just as yuuji thinks he managed the worst, he feels the hair on the back of his neck stand up and narrowly dodges assassination attempt courtesy of the zenin

The thing is that Megumi is actually such a low maintenance, chill boyfriend. Best boyfriend ever. He always replies to texts quickly. He’s on time to dates. He’s never jealous. They rarely fight, and when they do, it’s always because it’s legitimately important, and they always end up working it out. He lets Yuuji hold(!) his hand(!). The tips of his ears turn fire engine red whenever Yuuji does anything that shows off how Strong and Fast he is, which can be fun for Yuuji. It’s not a competition but also yes it is and Yuuji won it. He locked down The Best Boyfriend Ever. And it only took him 83 days of hardcore crushing, a 27 step plan, and nearly throwing himself off a cliff because he said “hooray” when Megumi told Yuuji he liked him.

He’s Done It. He Secured The Bag. Megumi Is His Boyfriend And The World Is A Perfect Place.

But everyone else seems to have some very strong opinions about that fact. Much stronger opinions than Megumi himself, who lets Yuuji hold(!) his hand(!).

There's a very confusing conversation with Inumaki and Panda about his intentions. Yuuji, very honestly, said that he didn't think he'd get far enough to have any real intentions past what he's already managed, which did not help. Maki had a similar conversation but it involved a sword. God's Perfect Man Who Already Gets Everything He Wants In Life And Certainly Doesn't Need to Butt Into This Too may be returning early from Africa. Yuuji would much rather that Africa keep him, please and thank you. There's a sniper that has him in his sights.

It's worth it.

Eh, honestly? I dont care for Mirror world nor any alt version of the characters like that 🤷

I know some people like them a lot, but I personally cant get attached to characters just because they are "the same but from another universe". I really need to know the characters to get attached to them, so alt versions like that are not interesting to me. Like... That's not the Ash nor the Dawn I like, so why should I care for them?

What if Chay moves on from Kim and starts bringing over people from clubs and college parties to the minor family house ? He picks them carefully , he now knows how to , they're usually vaguely aware of who he is. They also know enough to not question the security surrounding him and his "house". He's learnt to protect himself from people who get close only with their selfish ulterior motives.

He's only young and in college once. He's gonna enjoy it goddamnit.

Except once when Kim comes over to the minor fam house at Kinn's request for "personally verifying the money leaks Porsche found out and see if he could update the security in any way possible while he's at it " , and he runs a *bit* late . Kim gracefully accepts Porsche's invitation to "crash opposite to Chay's room , that's where his friends stay over sometimes . Chay's my brother by the way, have you guys met?😄".

And Kim has to listen to Porchay and some ba**ard loudly make their way to Porchay's suite in what was so late at night that it was early in the morning , even by Kim's standards.

the Green Boy: Was suppose to be on the Naughty List, but his last minute change in behavior just managed to get him on the other one the Refugee Boy: This is mainly out of sheer spite from North Wind the Refugee Boy’s Sister: This girl tried to cheat her way out of something major, which put her on the Naughty List the Long Haired Girl: While she's not as mean as the Pretender, she's still pretty mean. Got on the Naughty List for it the Humpback Girl: Every time she gets a gift, the Mirror Man steals it. So, no gifts for her because it's pointless... the Mummy Kid: A good boy with bad luck. He's on the Nice List out of pity the Tall Boy: Good kid and very helpful. On the Nice List he goes~ the Forked Boy: This mischievous kid and his clones are very close from getting on the Banned List for all the pranks he does the Strong Boy: He's on the Nice List mainly because North Wind wants to see which gift will get him out the Mirror Dimension

I think the worst part about the wogs on Jack's power, besides the Contessa point, is that it kinda fucks over how he was beaten in worm.

He runs it by Dinah, third most powerful precog. You'd think with the whole talking powers in the background thing, Broadcast would have seen that and tipped things in Jack's favor. Broadcast may not account for unpowered people, but PtV sure as hell does and Broadcast can apparently screw with PtV.

After that and a series of parahumans all attacking, the Dragon Teeth guy gets room to act and all he does is blind Jack a little. That's it. Doesn't even injure him. He just throws some foam over Jack's eyes which allowed Tecton to punch him.

That was apparently enough for Gray Boy to deem Jack a loser and loop him. Which you'd think Jack's passenger would have an issue with and get Gray Boy to look the other way, but he's apparently special in that regard and gets a pass from the whole communication thing Jack has going on.

But no, Jack never loses to parahumans.
