The fact that the writers gave Allison a (well deserved) civil rights arc in S2 and showed how badly 60s racism affected her yet ignored that for Lila and Diego, two brown people who were in a 60s mental asylum, is absolutely fucking insane to me. How fucking delusional do you have to be to not realize how fucked up not only being in a 60s mental asylum would be, but as a person for color - bc yes, both Lila and Diego are also people of color (even if the show keeps forgetting it ig) and I’m so pissed they never got their own storylines on that.
