So I decided to make another south park oc becauseee why not! while Muffy exists for me to project a friendship onto Kenny bc i love Kenny so so much my favorite fictional character to ever exist ever and Billie exists to spite the annoying people who hate when a south park oc has an interesting design, this new oc will exist to have no real issues and his whole thing is that the raisins girls like to dress him up to look pretty and it annoys him.

I think I'll call him Michael but nickname him Mike or Mikey bc Michael is very basic and theres already a Michael in the show (ntm.. the scene from tweek x craig) and his Girl persona would have a name like the raisins girls.. like Audi or something. He is NOT a raisins girl btw, just to clarify. maybe he's forced/convinced to work there sometimes bc the raisins girls just loveeee him, but he is not an official raisins girl.

- level 1 autistic, low empathy, difficulties communicating and understanding emotions, yada yada u get the gist

- some form of anxiety? idk probs not to a disordered amount but its there.

Kenny McCormick

- dude LITERALLY got a seizure from simply playing a video game (in thepokemon episode) this dudes physical health is so bad prolly cuz his constant deaths still leave an impact on him even after he gets revived?

Wendy as genderfluid (Pronouns change depending on their preferences. Usually as an indicator for which pronouns he uses, she puts her hair up.)

Marjorine (Butters) as trans MTF (She/her)

Kenny as bigender (He/she but really doesn't care that much)

Tolkien as nonbinary (they/them)

Jimmy as agender (He/they)

Kyle and Clyde as gay

Wendy, Stan, Tolkien, Jimmy, Kenny, and Butters as bisexual

Bebe, Red, and Heidi as Lesbians

Oh and Kyle, Butters, Tolkien and Red as asexual while Tweek and Craig are demisexual- They all actively forget that sex is thing (bc I'm asexual and I want to project on to them)

I also headcanon that in their first year of highschool Kyle and Heidi went out for a while but half way through their years of dating they found out they were gay and lesbian. They found it funny and decided to date for another month and half while they'd laugh and question their life choices. Like "Why the fuck are we still dating Kyle?" "We take wlw and mlm to a whole different level. People wish they were us." "So true- who else wouldn't want to date their gay friend?" "Damn straight." "We're not even straight..." They would love to make jokes about being the biggest heteros in the school.

Kyle and Heidi become best friends sometime in middle school. Heidi found out that Stan had liked Kyle (Because whenever Kyle would hang out with Heidi or Tolkien- she'd caught Kyle just either glaring at them or just looking all mopey.) She'd decide to joke with Kyle about taking the super bestfriend role and thats when Stan would get all defensive like "EH! I'M HIS SUPER BESTFRIEND YOU ARE NOT!! .... Right Kyle?" "Mhm... Right Stan." "SEE!?!"

Based on a fanfiction I've read I think Bebe, Kenny, Tweek (and by default Craig) and Butters are like a friend group. They usually hang at Bebe's or Tweaks Coffee shop. Tweek is all too nervous about everything and usually freaks out about them and especially when Butters goes home (because he fears something will happen to him).

Oh and that Tolkien and Kyle dated in middle school for a little bit with Kyle breaking it off because he felt as if Tolkien had a thing for Clyde (AND TOTALLY NOT BECAUSE HE NOTICED STAN BEING A MOPEY AND HE WANTED TO BE THERE FOR HIM)

Clyde was probably in denial about being gay for the longest time. Like gay gay. He identified as bisexual before because he wanted to be a ladies man.

i agree with everything you just said (right down to how people who think butters "should" be sweet and innocent are usually the ones who pair him up with the version of kenny that lives in their heads who is a borderline sexual predator 🙃) and i think on both sides of The Great Butters Debate it centres around the idea that. their characters cant develop?

ik that for the vast majority of south parks runtime it was not a serialised show and after 22 minutes (barring the occasional multi parter) things returned to more or less the status quo, but even before they started dipping their toes into actual continuity, their characters still developed and changed. like stan gradually going from "the everyman" to "the depressed alcoholic who hates his incompetent father" or cartman going from "run of the mill bigoted asshole kid who probably doesnt even know what some of the words hes saying mean, just that they hurt peoples feelings" to "actual nazi who feeds people their parents". but some people act like the character development was more of a retcon, if that makes sense. like stan was NEVER a jock and he NEVER liked american football, hes ALWAYS been nothing but a suicidal alcoholic with no personality traits except being emo and loving kyle! which also ties into general fandom flanderisation but i think you understand where im coming from

so with butters, people think him becoming worse person means that he was NEVER a good person, he was born evil (which gets into radfem rhetoric especially when marjorine is involved but im not touching that right now), so if theyre someone who wants to hate on butters for being a misogynist they act like he was nothing but pure toxic sludge from the second his character was conceived, and if theyre someone who liked when butters was cute and naive they act like theyre barely even the same character and its just another instance of the writers dropping the ball and "ruining" a perfectly good character

and honestly, with how often people riff on m+t for being spineless liberals who rarely say anything of value, youd think theyd actually appreciate them taking a stand and saying "it is shockingly easy for young people, especially young boys, to be indoctrinated into hate groups if theyre not given any support, and this is a problem" but i guess thats not good for their quirky coffee shop au fanfics so they dont care

i kind of super dont relate to the idea that early innocent butters was "taken" from us and/or that hes "ruined" now that hes a much worse person. i actually think that "formerly nice, sweet boy who was the victim of so much abuse, both from his family and greater society, that he started to direct all his negative feelings into hating an easy target (women) instead of acknowledging who and what actually hurt him in the first place (eg, the homophobes who tried to conversion therapy him) because that requires greater effort and what he wants is quick relief and the catharsis of hate" to be probably the most realistic instance of character development in the entire show. its happening right now as we speak!

fav thing: her cuteness and innocence overall what the heck!!! bias aside she really is the cutest sp character and is sorta the most realisticly childish naive and emotional kiddo! esp when it comes to her snapping and being moody like thats an real life kid right there

least fav thing: how the show made her out to be ... overly horny sumtimes.. we get it shock value is key but kids being involved in anything remotely sexual makes me so uncomfortable for obvious reasons

brotp: her friendship with eric/main four is um an interesting one but id rather she not be used !! /although their relationship does evolve and theyre way nicer to butters now but still/ kennys decent tho they love playing together by the swings at recess :] also i can see her befriending the goils after marjorine happened

otp: i remember seeing butterscott (malkinson) content once and my brain expanded... i havent gave it much thought they just seem aesthetically matching... two fellas with a tendency to lush out at others <3 amore
