His head hurt from all the yelling. Some of them were already too deep into their drink.

Vernon stiffened as he met Seungcheol's eyes, the only other person not participating. He stared like he was deciphering some cryptic code, furrowed brows and thinly pressed lips. Any other time, Vernon would have thought Seungcheol was pondering the ongoing discussion, but not now, not when his gaze was so intently fixated on Vernon. Like this, Vernon didn't want to think at all.

A small smile curled Seungcheol's lips. Reassuring. Gentle. Vernon's whole face burned and he looked away. He chased away whatever greedy hope was blooming in his mind, as if Seungcheol was actually interested in Vernon's sex life. Like everyone else, he was probably only curious for the fun of it.

Thankfully, the topic was dropped. Some of the members moved on to strip poker, clearly for a chance to see each other naked.
