i'm a bit confused on obsidian, you said he is from an egg but was bottle fed?

ah yeah i see how that would be confusing

the elder scrolls does not actually follow traditional real world evolution. things just kinda happen. mortals were 'made' and then reproduce bc reproduction is the only form of divine creation they have left trapped on nirn or whatever the explanation is. traits that can be passed down exist but complex genetics and evolution as we know it dont rly work on the same rules bc the world is frankly not that old and is magic based (and in universe is all made up but we wont get into the godhead or chim here)

also the dragons canonically dont fuck. but i do what i want. michael kirkbride nor todd howard nor anyone else who is/used to be on the writing or directing teams can stop me. so how they would theoretically reproduce is pure speculation. canon lore is that all dragons are made at the beginning of time but uhhhh since they can kill and absorb each other i thought maybe some form of creation on their part might be beneficial.

i typically characterize the dragons as a combination of cats and birds (and maybe a few other animals but mostly those). their scales can move and puff up like feathers, but they can also roar and make noises like big cats or even purr. i think this is also fun bc alkosh is described as a very big cat and dragon, so. dragons are like cats. to combine this further i gave them weird magic eggs and milk like mammals and technically egg laying mammals did and still do exist, its just evolutionary a placenta was more popular. so. anyways this is how i typically do dragon babies in most of my skyrim stuff so itll be relevant to senna too

obsidian got a bottle with a makeshift formula in it of goats milk and egg yolks bc thats what was recommended to her for runt puppies and it was good enough for obsidian. after being hatched for a few months and then slowly transitioned to solid food after a year.
