going thru a terf blocking spree and it hurts seeing these somewhat intelligent women throw logic and reason out the window purely to hate people
#like. you could poke holes in their logic and point out that theyre often jumping to conclusions with no evidence or research for days and#they dont seem to realize that just bc theyre smart doesnt mean theyre incapable of being stupid#because often these are intelligent women#theyre smart and they know this but they dont realize their failings#and i know part of it is self defense#the whole leopard eating faces party thing#and thats a bit sad isnt it?#that theyre so willing to forfeit their logic and reason and intelligence to uphold the very thing they hate?#i think about the time i saw a terf argue for something that would be wonderful for trans people a lot#the idea of a world where gender doesnt impact anyone or mean anything#i wonder if that person ever realizes thats what we want too#idk#getting sad over the fact that people choose to be awful even when they have the potential to be good#dont mistake this for terf apologia btw#what they stand for is vile and hateful#and id never go out of my way to interact with any of these women because i know theyll never change their mind like that#but sometimes i wonder if they ever realize#like. do they realize just how far theyve strawmanned us?#do they realize all the examples they give are outliers?#idk im rambling and im not sure all this makes sense#just. god damn these people need to live in reality for a bit
