nobody asked for this, but I wanted to share it in case anyone else wanted it & also to have somewhere to direct people whenever I do inevitably get asked about it.

I love this cas mod by criisolate (version 1), but it always kinda bothered me that adults looked sort of hunched over, so I taught myself how to edit poses and straightened the ol' neck & head. I also moved the legs a little further apart, although as I sit here typing this I've realised I kind of picked the worst possible pair of pants imaginable to try and show that. just trust me lol

this edit is only of the adult pose in version 1 of this mod - I have not touched anything else!

I only tweaked the pose; full credit for the mod itself goes to criisolate and to the creators of the poses he used for it (of whom I am unsure, 'noelyely' is the name attached to the pose but criisolate has credited the pose creators in his original post either way).

hii! u downloaded the wrong file for your game, my posts have sims 4 and sims 3 packages, you need to remove the ones that are for the other game and then your game will load normally.

hi! i went through what i think are the relevant tags but didn't really find an answer.. so i know im attracted to women (want sex and long term relationship w them), but how do you suggest going abt determining if my lack of attraction to men (i dont want to have sex w them or build a life w them) is natural (which would make me a lesbian) or learned bc men are f-ing scary (which would make me bi). i hope my question makes sense?

You make total sense, and I think this is a common doubt for les/bi women who are questioning. I think it’s important to first acknowledge that it could be both. Just because one has a natural lack of interest in men, it doesn’t mean they couldn’t on top of that also learn that men are dangerous, and so have this extra layer of disregard for them.

Apart from that... Only you can truly answer this question. But I can speak to my experience of how I got my answer.

When I first got into radical feminism, I had identified as bi/pan for like 6 years. Becoming rad caused me to face a few facts of bisexuality (namely, that transmen are actually female, and therefore being able to experience attraction to them doesn’t mean you’re bisexual as a woman). I spent a while questioning, I talked to febfems about my experience, talked to a couple of lesbians about it also. 

At the end of the day, what tipped me to understanding that I was a lesbian was the pure realization that I had never in my life actually wanted a relationship with a man. Growing up I never understood women could even marry other women (gay marriage was legalized in Brazil after I had come out even), and so I used to say I’d rather die than get married. Because I sincerely thought that marriage was between a man and a woman, and I knew in my heart of hearts I’d never want to be with a man. This realization led to me thinking I was febfem for a while, but then eventually understanding that the only relationships I could ever care about and nourish and be happy in would be relationships with women. And boom, I knew I was a lesbian. 

So maybe you’ve never experienced any attraction to anyone until now, and so you can’t be sure if you ever even thought about men outside of a political lens, through which you can’t help but hate their grimy little guts... I mean just ask yourself honestly, and trust your gut... Could you ever have a happy, fulfilling romantic relationship with a man? If yes... You’re bi. That’s totally okay, you can be febfem (female exclusive bisexual female if you haven’t heard of it before). If not... Then you’re a lesbian. It’s that simple.

If you still can’t be sure... I’d go by febfem until proven wrong lol Which is actually what I did. It’s okay to not be certain, it’s okay to be mistaken. It’s also okay to go by lesbian, if you think that’s what’s right. It wouldn’t be a crime to figure out later on that you were wrong. It doesn’t matter. As long as you’re respectful of lesbianism as female homosexuality, it’s okay to be unsure and go with what feels right for now. Your sexuality is your own, you don’t owe it to anyone to have it all figured out right away. All we expect is respect, and that if maybe you’re wrong about being les, you don’t later say you were a lesbien who liked men or something wild like that. Anything else is alright.

Grandpa had to buy him food because if he didn’t, Dan would spend all the money on beer, drink himself into a stupor, and not eat anything for a week. Dan eventually died in a fire, because he was so drunk all the time that he didn’t wake up even when he was burning to death.
