Heaven forbid women be angry

and as much as i'm always encouraging more people to watch The Dragon Prince bc it's great i will say i am glad it's a show on a smaller side fandom wise cause if i had to read some of the same sort of rancid widespread ATLA fanon takes (zk katara is my sleep paralysis demon i don't know her) i think i'd lose my mind

#well guess what #we're angry #katara is a queen #shes not perfect; shes angry and can be impatient and she had standards for how she should be treated #and that makes so many people angry #that she wont sit there and be their eye candy or plot device or whatever #she both gives and takes #and she gets to feel her feelings with support and love #gods i love katara
