‘Goblin’ the second would be Bicker, a Kobold(often dubbed goblin dragons)with an extraordinary knack for mimicking sounds,voices,declarations.

Often employed by the goblins three to scare campers away from their site to steal cooking food,accessories,weapons,shines they happen to have, or to distract while Bizzer or Balderdash pickpocket a stopped traveler,occasionally acting as Bizzer’s ‘hype man’ chiming in with sounds or repeating words as Bizzer attempts to impress and fleece an audience.
