Looking at your art (which is AMAZING, by the way), I think that their wingspans are pretty similar. But it looks like my Sky has fuller wings! So… wider? Longer feathers!

Your Sky is based off of a frigate bird, which the internet told me has around a 7.5 foot wingspan. (I did a double take! That’s HUGE!!) My Sky is a fusion between a Loftwing (Shoebill stork) and a Skyloftian (person). The internet told me that a shoebill stork’s wingspan can get up to 8.5 feet long! Which is longer than the frigate bird but NOT if we account for the ratio of body to wing. Frigate birds legitimately look like if a child drew an “m” on a paper to represent birds. They’re like 90% wing and I love them for that.

So. If we took these proportions and sized them up to fit onto a person, I think, realistically, your Sky would have bigger wings than mine. Longer. Mine would still have fuller wings, though. The way that we draw their wings is very similar in length, like if they both represented the wingspan alone. But if we account for the proportions of body size to wing?? Yours would be HUGE in comparison to mine!

Nyrus, their equivalent of earth, has about 15-ish countries that are official. I will say most of those are just a name and the a vague overview of it, and what region on Nyrus they are in. Only 6 of those are in the Nite Region, which is the main focus of my series (though i do plan to explore other parts of nyrus in other works and projects) Those in the Nite Region are: Ivaenia, Vutlis, Saevei, Roshait, Agrosi, and then Zenier (this one is iffy on if it's a country, but for the sake of simplicity i'm calling it a country) A bit more lore though, Vultis is the largest country in Nryus. The Zrato/Irayo influences haven't really reached the western front of Vutlis, and as such they tend to have their own religions/cultures/you name it. They do however follow Vutlis law and their lords still collect taxes that are then sent to the capital. More of that is explored in POTO though.

CROCODILE - Are there any creatures higher on the food chain than humans?

Nyrus has many of the animals we do, so yes! But as for the mythical creatures the ones of note are: Dragons (there's "domesticated" and "wild" but that's very lore heavy. Just know domesticated dragons can and will eat humans, even their riders,) Krakens, Basilisks. At one point in Nyrus' history there were even greater beasts that watched the plane. Think of a mix between the greek titans and disanours and you'll get close enough

1. What made you ship it? It was completely accidental, haha. I really didn't ship anyone in TCW for a while after I got into the fandom, then I was into Codywan for a bit. But I reeaaally loved Waxer and was appalled that there weren't any longer fics that really focused on him, so I decided to write one! That became Will You Walk With Me? and since Waxer and Boil are best friends, I had to work out stuff about their characters and friendship.

I had no intention of writing it as a 'pre-relationship' fic, but I totally played myself. XD I'm so weak for best friends to lovers, and all the stuff I wrote with them kept melting my heart, haha, so eventually, I gave in.

This was also around the time I learned that shipping any of the millions of copy/paste space men with each other is Horrible and Bad and if you do it, you're a Horrible and Bad Person. XD So of course, I was trying to wrap my head around why people would even be bothered by clone/clone ships. Which got me thinking about how they're the only people who can really understand each other and appreciate the extremely unique circumstances in which they all grew up. Especially in a Galaxy where they aren't even citizens, of course it would be natural to find safety and comfort among their own people. 🥺🧡 Which is all to say, it's very possible that the kerfuffle about clone shipping primed me to consider Waxer and Boil's relationship in a new light.

2. What are your favorite things about the ship? I mean, most of them are probably just my headcanons since we don't have a lot to go on, but as far as canon stuff: I immediately loved that they have very different personalities and approaches to life but it's also very clear that they're very close. I talked about it a bit in the author note of WB, but, yeah, they were originally set in the same universe when I first wrote WB. So, for some insight into the timeline, I wrote PT with the literal sole intention of writing a smut fic with as few feelings as possible (bc everyone kept saying my smut was emo and i was getting #ruffled about it bc im a huffy puffy person and I do things out of spite) but then I got really interested in cashton's backstory in PT (because I'm... incapable of writing things with few feelings so I unintentionally gave them a very fleshed out backstory they did Not need) so I went "oo i should write a prequel for them!!" and then it steadily morphed from what I originally intended it to be (a fun slutty time) into what Will Be is. And, to be honest with you, I don't really love the idea of them being set in the same universe because the tonal shift is just so apparent but I'm definitely not opposed to people thinking of them in the same universe!! Which... might not make sense. but i know what i mean lol.

oooh i actually haven't even thought about this and now that you ask, that's like.....an important detail, huh. at first i thought that the option to live off-base would be a good idea but then i realized it could be a bit of a curveball when it comes to the logistics of in-character interactions because the agents aren't going to be on missions at all times. i suppose it's just going to be easier to plan interactions if the agents are in one place when they're not on a job. so yes, there's on-base accommodation for all the agents and it's mandatory. they can come and go as they please, obviously, they just live in one of the bureau's facilities. i'm gonna leave the specifics of where it is exactly open for now, i think that the housing situation is one of the things i would love to plot out with other members once we actually get going.

My favorite part is, though, is working on the religions and the magic system. Especially the colour-chaning eyes. That one was purely based on my visual-lover brain, and the fact that I love colourful eyes. Wanted them to have something relevance besides looking neat. I still need to establish how many colours do they have, and which is for which profession/skill, but it's fun to work on with my partner after work, since I develop my ideas, words, stories with his help.

I also can't leave out character dynamics, as it's something I'm the most focused on in my creations and in other's too, when I consume art. I'm obscenely interested in people, so the interactions are one of the most interesting things for me.
