8. How would you describe your art style?

“fuck it we ball 💪”

HFHDJD okay for a more serious answer;;

this one’s interesting bc it’s definitely anime-inspired but i don’t want to call it an “anime” style per se???

my style kind of comes from a lot of places and it doesn’t help that the way i draw fluctuates because im indecisive on parts of the drawing process

so my style right now (at least what i put out here on tumblr dot com) is just “fuck around and find out”

but!! if i was to describe my “rendered” pieces, i’d say “clean and simple”?? bc if i dont feel like doing details i like to simplify things but still look recognizable

(sometimes hair and face are exceptions 😤)

19. What's your biggest insecurity when it comes to your artwork?

COMING FOR MY THROAT HUH - nah jkjk i’d love to answer this 🫶

it’s body type and same face syndrome 🧍 or just drawing characters the same way in general ;;

that’s why i try to mess around with different eye/nose/face shapes and ESPECIALLY body shapes bc i do tend to draw just particular types ;;

and if not that it’s the way my art style fluctuates 😭 like going back to the last question, i really just do “fuck around and find out”

i am lowkey just learning the rules as i go 👍 im not immune to comparing myself to artists who look like they know what they’re doing + know the actual rules

(also when i say rules, i mean the technical stuff like anatomy; there are actual art rules that help you improve and there are art “rules” that kind of just dictate your fun of creating which i am not a huge fan of)
