MAN THE FUNERAL INDUSTRY IS FASCINATING !!!! You probably already know about Caitlin Doughty's youtube channel but I fucking love her, there's so much complexity to the way we handle our dead and it has so many deep social and political implications that are really valuable to think about!!! It's a great special interest to have and I hope you find a bunch of goth friends who love hearing you infodump about it, godspeed

I LOVE CAITLIN DOUGHTY! Her channel is actually what sparked my interest in the topic, I think she makes a great jumping off point for anyone looking to get into learning about the funeral industry. I've read her books too, I really recommend From Here To Eternity by her for people just starting out and wanting to learn about different funerary practices.
