I have so many ideas for this au now I wanna do more stuff with this

also I forgot that I wasn’t coloring backrounds when I drew the last one, so that one gets a colored background

I had fun doing pixel art, and fun drawing Dia, so here's a pixel art dia animationish thing I did as I continue to pretend I know what I'm doing

The quality on this is bad and exporting it desaturated the colors, but you know

There’s something so special and melancholy of Gum Gum being the one to bring up the incense that allows a person talk to Dia.

Its just such an ironic coincidence. Because in this moment, neither Gum Gum nor Chris (the person who plays Gum Gum) knew of Gum Gum’s connection with Dia. But Gum Gum still felt an urge to bring it up, to bring up the one connection he has at the moment with his mother.

No one else remembers about the incense or what it does. Only Gum Gum does, As if this specific item is calling to him, as if he feels it could help.

I truly believe Gum Gum had some semblance of a connection towards Dia, but it falls more towards instinctual then spiritual.

Y‘all I‘ve combined my Wof obsession and my tftsd obsession into one mega obsession

Basically, Tales from the stinky dragon characters as wings of fire tribes.

Kyborg is a Leafwing (Leafwing massacre, Everwinter massacre, secluded woods life, etc;) Only had his forearm chopped off for art reasons (I‘m lazy). Arm is made out of wood and he uses leafspeak to control it.

Mudd is a Mudwing (very original I know) Added little tuffs of fur because yes. It’s also really hard to give dragons bags and stuff because of wings.

Gumgum is a Mud-Seawing. Trying to figure out how the magic thing works (maybe his animus magic is very weak or sm) Believes his father is a Great SeaWing animus. (Debating making him distantly royal because of the Dia thing).

Bart is a Sand-Hivewing (you have no idea how hard he was to draw) His Hivewing-ness (or whatever it’s called) represents his draconian side. (The Breath of the Quatering replaced with the Hivewing toxins or sm)

Anyway these were fun to draw and I was thinking about it all day at school so take my shit art

SPOILER FOR TFTSD:

im genuinely so upset for going on the Infinight Interns wiki, GLANCING at Gum Gums Parent status and seeing Dia and Entropa

Im only on episode 60 and GOD how I wished I discovered that plot twist naturally my jaw would have dropped to the FLOOR

But on the other hand, witnessing Gum Gums kindness early on just strengthens the fact that he’s Dia’s son. Loyal to his friends, attempts to settles disputes cordially and befriend everyone he meets.

He’s also a TANK, often targeted first by enemies. Yet he STILL only attacks when absolutely necessary.
