Bubba is confused, because you act nothing like you're supposed to, you're not loud or mean like others before.

He gets attached quickly, due to Drayton not giving him the attention and affection he desires, so to see someone just like him, [you're waiting for Stretch and happen to be alone], he gets attached. After all, to him, you've experienced the same loneliness as him, you're his sibling now.

After Nubbin's death, he's empty. He needs someone else other than ChopTop to counteract Drayton's abuse and neglect.

And so, without consulting anyone, he kidnaps you, the cleaver in his hand doing more talking then anything else. He ties you up and puts you in the bed of the truck before grabbing ChopTop and heading to kill Stretch and L.G.

It's been hours in the back of the truck before they come out, dragging someone behind them. The lanky man, mostly smelling of fried skin has the tall, thicker man throw the body into the back. Some of whomever it is lands on onto you, dripping with blood, a thick iron stench. You can hear feral giggling and the truck starts.

Minutes pass before they get to their lair, and they drive in. Darkness surrounds you and then they park. The skinny man hops out before the truck is turned off and calls over 'Drayton' to see what he and 'Bubba' got.

As they move the body off of the truck, it reveals you, tied up and gagged. Before Drayton can get onto Bubba, he explains that it's his sibling. They look at you, and then back to Bubba. Well, you're part of the family now!

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 Facts

-was originally supposed to be about a town full of cannibals instead of just the Sawyer family. This version was to be titled "Beyond the Valley of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre'. Bubba Sawyer and Sally Hardesty were to return. Nubbins Sawyer would've survived, been left paralyzed, and tied to a tree by the Sawyer family.

-Bill Mosely was cast as Chop Top because he splayed Nubbins in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre parody called 'The Texas Chainsaw Manicure'.

-Bill Mosely played Chop Top as the vocalist in an avant-garde metal band formed in 1995 called The Cornbugs with Bucket Head, Pinchface, and Travis Dickerson. The band released five albums and two DVDs before their 2007 breakup. Their songs were heavily inspired by TCM and TCM2.

-Gunnar Hansen was offered to return as Bubba, though he turned down the role because the offer was too low.

-Dennis Hopper, Lefty Enright's actor, celebrated his 50th birthday on set and cut his birthday cake with a chainsaw.

-Tobe Hooper's son William Hooper tried to bring Bill Mosely back as Chop Top in a TCM short film. It would have been titled 'All American Massacre' and was supposed to be both a prequel and sequel to TCM2. It would have followed Chop Top's origins and his breakout from prison to embark on his own massacre. The project died out when William Hooper ran out of money to complete the film during post-production. Eventually a trailer for the film was leaked and can be watched on youtube.

-Edwin Neal, Nubbins actor in TCM confirmed that the reason Nubbins wasn't sent to war while Chop Top was was because Nubbins was too crazy.

-The family photo used in the advertisements, posters, and covers was a spoof of The Breakfast Club.

-In the original version, Stretch was going to be Lefty's illegitimate daughter.

-Lefty is Sally and Franklin's uncle.

-When Lefty is buying his chainsaws, Bubba's TCM chainsaw model, a Poulan 245A, can be seen on the wall.

-Chop Top's real name is Robert. His and Drayton's are the only two known real first names of the Sawyers.

-during filming, the main set caught on fire and when firefighters showed up, they thought they had stumbled upon a mass murderers body stash

The Wolf Fairytaler: I don't know about you guys, but for me, it would have been an honour to have a sweet boy like Bubba take an interest in me. Stretch was lucky that Bubba had a crush on her, because she definitely wouldn't have survived if he didn't like her that way. Despite that those scenes with Stretch were supposed to be unsettling and awkward, I couldn't help but find it wholesome that Bubba just wanted her to have a good time. Dont take that in the wrong context. The actor who portrayed Leatherface in Hooper's original 1974 classic, Gunnar Hansen, was asked to return for the eagerly anticipated follow-up. Regretfully, he had to pass due to a contract conflict. Hansen asserts that he was given "scale plus ten percent" to return for the part, with his agency receiving the ten percent. Hansen informed Cannon that he had no representation, and they withdrew the 10% offer from his contract. Hansen eventually declined the part because he felt betrayed and that the price was too low. Consequently, Bill Johnson was chosen to play the role.
