1) Do you remember the episode/scene/chapter that you first started shipping 6?

I think it was the scene in the SJ Returns episode where some of the members had a meal with Kyuhyun before he enlisted (You have to pay to watch it tho). I love how cute their older brother-younger brother dynamic is!

2) Have you ever read a fanfiction about 2?

 Y e s, and it still haunts me to this very day.

3) Has a picture of 4 ever been your screen saver/profile picture/tumblr?

 Nope!

4) If 7 were to suddenly break up today, what would your reaction be?

 Since Sungmin is a married man I would be very concerned...

5) Why is 1 so important?

 Because Eunhyuk and Donghae have been friends for what, twenty years now? And they’re still going strong. Most people don’t have relationships that last this long, so it’s very heartwarming to see how far they’ve come :)

6) Is 9 a funny ship or a serious ship?

 Well seeing as it’s Heechul and Eunhyuk the two biggest clowns of the group I’d call them a funny ship, they have that kind of friendship.

7) Out of all of your ships listed, which ship has the most chemistry?

 Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Eunhae I guess? You can’t beat their bond.

8) Out of all of the ships, which ship has the strongest bond?

 Mmh Eunhae, Kyuwook, Teukchul, and Hyukmin probably

9) How many times have you read/watched 10’s fandom?

 Only once but I noped out of there faster than Hyukjae can run away from Jongwoon

10) Which ship has lasted the longest?

 Haven’t they all known each other for around the same amount of time (almost two decades)? But I guess Eunhae, Hyukmin and Teukchul.

11) How many times, if ever, have 6 broken up?

 Um they’ve never broken up before haha but maybe when Kyuhyun kept ignoring him.

12)  If the world was suddenly thrust into a zombie apocalypse, which ship would make it out alive?

Eunhae, Teukmin, Hyukmin, Heehyuk, maybe?

13) Did 7 ever have to hide their relationship for any reason?

 Yes, because of K-Elfs’ incessant boycotting and hating on Sungmin basically all the members were forced to hide their relationship with him. Sucks because Eunhyuk and Sungmin used to be close :(

14) Is 4 still together?

 Sure? Maybe.

15) Is 10 canon?

 LOL No they are in fact the least canon ship on the list.

16) If all ten ships were put into a couple’s Hunger Games, which couple would win?

 I have a weird feeling it would be Hyukmin, they just give me the Katniss x Peeta vibes. Plus Sungmin knows martial arts.

17) Has anyone ever tried to sabotage 5’s ship?

 Ships 1-9, but especially Teukchul.

once you leave the sungmin-akgae mentality, you’ll see just how wrong you were about leeteuk. i think that’s great, teuk is a great person. let’s not dwell on a past that’s not ours, we can all grow like he did. we can let leeteuk be free of an image that doesn’t match who he is, and let sungmin be free of some of the false narratives that have been plaguing his life.🙂

Sungmin falls up the stairs.

The two binders he had clutched to his chest fly in two separate directions and he knows his face is becoming visibly red. He had been hurtling up the stairs to his physics class, situated at the top of the building and three floors above his prior period, when his foot snagged on the flight's top step and he went hurtling gracelessly onto the landing. Luckily there had been no one immediately in front of him to whom he could cause bodily harm, but Sungmin notices the other students moving up and down the stairwell casting him curious (and mildly amused) glances. Embarrassed, he crouches down to grab one of his binders off the floor. The other is placed in his hand.

"Thanks," Sungmin mutters, ashamed that someone is actively acknowledging his clumsiness by helping him out. He desperately hopes that if he keeps his eyes glued to the tile under his feet, this person will take pity on him and leave him be; when Sungmin finally raises his eyes to the other's face, however, his already red visage deepens several shades.

In front of him is Leeteuk, a senior and almost Sungmin's boyfriend. Rather, the two have been on a few dates (three and a half, since Sungmin can't classify the day when they both happened to be at the ice cream parlor at the same time) over the past few weeks (or, twenty-two days; Sungmin draws a little heart on his fridge calendar for every day since the first date that Leeteuk miraculously hasn't lost interest in him). He wouldn't have been surprised if Leeteuk had, and in fact would have assumed as much, except that every day since they started dating, Leeteuk walks Sungmin to and from his first and last classes.

Physics is Sungmin's last class this afternoon, and Leeteuk is exactly the person Sungmin doesn't want to see. But there he is, dimpled and bright and all the other things that make Sungmin weak in the knees. He opens his mouth and seems to form words, but Sungmin is caught up in wondering what makes Leeteuk's teeth so adorably rounded and proportionate and he hears nothing. 

"Sorry, what did you say?" Sungmin asks, redder at this point than the wall behind him.

"Are you alright? You don't have to rush, we still have a minute or two before the next bell," Leeteuk repeats, still smiling at the nervous sophomore.

"Oh. I'm fine, thanks for the help." Sungmin offers Leeteuk a smile in return, and the older boy turns just a bit pink.

"My pleasure. I mean, not that you fell, that didn't make me happy, but I'm glad you're okay and everything." Leeteuk covers up his inarticulacy by nervously rubbing the back of his neck and beaming a little wider at Sungmin.

"Physics now, right?" Sungmin nods at Leeteuk's question, but when he starts up the next flight of stairs, Leeteuk is right next to him, even though his next class in downstairs. Sungmin knows this and he says as much.

"Yeah, but I want to walk you to physics first," Leeteuk says, seeming a little confused at Sungmin's passive protest. This had been their routine for the past couple of weeks without fail. 

"Are you sure? I don't want you to be late," Sungmin responds. By now they're at the next landing and Leeteuk's smile is no longer as wide as it was. Sungmin begins to climb the last flight of stairs, but he hears the older boy ask him to wait. Sungmin turns around.

"Do you really not want me to walk you to class? I hope I haven't been being weird; I just wanted to see you more during the day. I'm sorry if I've been making you uncomfortable, I didn't realize... Don't worry if you really don't--" Leeteuk stops speaking at the look of horror on Sungmin's face.

"No! No, that's not it at all. You're not making me uncomfortable! I just feel awful because I know you're probably late to your classes every day because you're walking me to mine, and you're so smart and take so many AP classes and I don't want you to get in trouble or miss material because of me...." Sungmin trails off. He knows he was rambling, but the idea that Leeteuk thought that Sungmin didn't want to be with him was too awful to not thoroughly invalidate. He loosens his anxiously tight grip on his binders and tries to start over.

"What I mean to say is, I don't want to cause problems for you, but I like spending time with you. It doesn't make me uncomfortable as long as you're okay with it."

Sungmin is relieved to see the dimples reappear on Leeteuk's face, but the older boy says nothing as he joins Sungmin on the flight's first step. It wouldn't matter even if he was trying to say something, because Sungmin's heart is pounding in his ears at Leeteuk being within two feet of him. When he does open his mouth, Sungmin clings desperately to his words.

"I'm glad to hear that. You can always tell me if I'm doing something wrong, though. I don't want to mess up. I, um... I like you a lot," Leeteuk says, clearly becoming increasingly shy as he speaks. Sungmin, however, doesn't notice his pink cheeks or anxious hand-wringing in light of the enormity of the previous statement. Though Leeteuk had miraculously asked for the first date, this was the first time any sort of confession had occurred. Sungmin remained in amazed silence for a moment, until his noticed Leeteuk's pained expression -- worry that Sungmin was about to reject him.

If there was one thing Sungmin couldn’t bear to see, it was Leeteuk uncomfortable, upset, or nervous. So all his fear about voicing his feelings, of Leeteuk thinking he was creepy or lame, finally became in Sungmin’s mind the ridiculous, unnecessary worries that they had been from the beginning.

“I really like you too, Leeteuk.”

Sungmin’s smile widened at the happiness on the other boy’s face, but his breath still caught when Leeteuk laced his fingers through his. Sungmin couldn’t help but worry about what the others passing by would think of them, but the warmth of Leeteuk’s hand around his comforted him more than anything else would have.

They take their steps in unison, and soon they reach the top floor. Sungmin’s class is only a few doors down from the stairwell, but he finds himself slowing his pace. As they finally arrive at the physics classroom door, the bell rings. Sungmin is horrified.

“I’m sorry! I took too long and now we’re both late,” he exclaims, but Leeteuk doesn’t seem concerned in the least.

“Don’t worry about it, okay? My teacher this period likes me too much to mark me late.” Leeteuk offers a cheeky grin and Sungmin’s worries are alleviated.

“I’ll see you later then? I don’t want your teacher to be angry,” Leeteuk says. Sungmin nods shyly, and the older boy starts back towards the staircase.

It doesn’t feel right. Sungmin takes a few hurried steps to catch up to Leeteuk and pull him back.

“Um… thanks for walking me up. And for not being annoyed with me, and… thanks for everything.” Sungmin lifts himself slightly onto his toes and gives Leeteuk a quick kiss on the cheek, before he can talk himself out of it. Leeteuk’s face turns brilliant red and he issues a few incoherent sounds. Quickly squeezing the older boy’s hand, Sungmin dashes into his physics classroom, and before he closes the door, he sees Leeteuk’s back disappear down the stairwell, one hand fluttering gently near his cheek.
