which honestly digs a deeper hole for tokio because tokio was the face of JA and the farming industry of japan. outside the cities, farming is the dominating industry and JA is the life of these towns. if its revealed that tokio actually dislikes advocating for JA and farming that will be a significant blow to the group.

*JA is a union-ish corporation, or cooperative, that facilitates and manages the farming industry in japan. the rice, the vegetables, everything is usually managed through ja. there’s some independent farmers who refuse to join JA out there but JA holds the largest stake.

the lead in to the tetsuwan dash is a 15 minute JA show promoting farming techniques, vegetables/fruits, and other things that happen in the farming industry. the tetsuwan dash’s primary sponsor is JA.

shuukan bunshun also reports that gussan had made the staff of “r no housoku” (the show that he and the victim starred in) to exchange contact details with the victim, circumventing the rule in place by the production staff that prevented cast members from exchanging contact details and fraternizing. a rule put in place to protect the minors on the show from their adult co-stars. he used the staff to exchange line contact information with the victim two months prior to the alleged sexual assault.

this story gets uglier and uglier by the day. no wonder why johnny eventually dropped him -- there’s definitely going to be some legal ramifications to this.
