A work in progress... I finally got around to updating Phoenix's visual design. The 2011 version I included is pretty dated. I still like how its tail burns my eyes to dust if I look at it for more than 5 seconds though. I want to keep that but also expand her eyeburning repertoire and maybe even give her 1 more human form design since she IS supposed to have a ton. I would include native form variants like... piebald and stuff; even for Griffin I thought a melanistic or golden form would be cute, but man is it a lot of work and not top priority either. Suffice it to say, they have more range than what I depict. We'll see how much energy I'll have - I'm on the fence about drawing her fave human form for the sheet because I have recent examples of it. I've been putting off updating her self-roasting turkey form because... well look at it Anyway, now I can say "I have a tentacle cock monster mural on my acid trip chicken's ref sheet"

i think i know how you feel about this one. but ganon having the power to kill tetra the whole time and saying that it is his objective but he doesnt do it makes me so sick in the head

literally turned into an animal five times and shredded my skin and started to walk on all fours

cause no it drives me nuts its drives me sooooo nuts cause after his whole speech he beats Link up right? and he says he doesn't want to kill him and just wants his piece of the triforce and succeeds so right? and then he fails and it breaks him and he has one final battle with Link and Zelda........he knew from the beginning he wasn't going to win he's just putting up a show as a last ditch effort BUT EVEN THAT when Zelda joins the fight and is shooting arrows at him he flies to her mind you Ganondorf is wielding both of his swords....

he puts back his swords and just "pushes" her away....he could've killed her but then again there was no point on killing her...just like the first time he just wanted the triforce, but even then she had no triforce piece at this point either

what drives me more nuts is everything before the final fight where Zelda is nicely tucked into a bed and Ganondorf is talking about her dreams. Everything about Tetra/Zelda and Ganondorf drives me up a wall in a good way, every other Zelda and Ganondorf iteration Ganondorf never acts this way as far as I remember. OoT Ganondorf sealed her in a crystal, TP Ganondorf uses Zelda as a puppet, TotK Ganondorf........................... and with Wind Waker he never seals her like in OoT, never controls her like in TP, he captures her....and he doesn't really do much further then that. Like she's not held back in some barrier you can tell in the final fight she's there ready to fight along with Link.

Like what did Ganondorf see in Tetra/Zelda? Did he see himself? Did he see a child who never knew that she was destined to wield a piece of the triforce? Did he reflect on his actions....what

Browsing through Facebook Marketplace, looking at aquariums, and some of these listings are bonkers.

My fellow fishnerd, you are not going to receive $3+/gallon for your used, mineral-encrusted tanks. Aquarium stores regularly have $1/gal sales, and anyone willing to pay more than that is looking for something way more expensive than your gently loved Aqueon. I'm not even willing to match that for something I need to spend an hour scrubbing with alcohol, water-fastness unknown.

Honestly people would be better scrapping the glass tank and just selling the stand, especially if it's one of the heavy, solid wood ones that you can't find sold anywhere now. I don't think any company is even making them, given that the stands carried at the same retail price now are all particle board. Not even plywood. Particle board.

If I had a nickel for every time a LoZ game gave us a genuinely interesting characterization of Zelda and Ganon only for the next franchise instalment to backpedal severely I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it fucking sucks it happened twice.

Ooo!! A tricky one, especially considering some characters have slightly different relationships depending on the game/universe. I'll try to answer as clear as possible, for this I'll only be going through characters that have appeared together in games already! (and also forgive me if I miss anyone)

Mary and Reginald (generally a mutual crush, though sometimes Mary is not fully aware of her own feelings. In Here for Sweethearts, they are a canon couple)

Mary had a crush on Netina (Here for Sweethearts), but she quickly dropped it once she realized Netina was bullying her

Crowven and Vasilis (generally a mutual crush)

Stella and Lambchop (mutual crush. Similar to Mary, Stella has to accept her own feelings.)

Ruuuby has a crush on Lambchop. Lambchop doesn't return these feelings, but admits to feeling some level of attraction to her when he thinks she's acting like a "proper wolf"

Drekaride and Minspella (from Blackout Hospital. Canonically married couple)

Ollie has a crush on Mitzi (both Here for Sweethearts and Blackout Hospital) and a crush on Ioro (Blackout Hospital). Ollie is also shown to feel attracted to both Mary and Reginald(Blackout Hospital). Pogo Gogo, Savannah, and Clyde all have a crush on Capella (Semiaquatic Circus...currently). Capella doesn't fully grasp their feelings for her.

Nova has a crush on Twyla (Here for Sweethearts, but also generally)

I thiiiiiiink that's all the canon romantic feelings that have been expressed in some way through the games/content?
