can’t help but notice that the only people that pay almost no attention to teruhashi is saiki and hairo. in fact, hairo blushes around nendo more than he blushes teruhashi. just thought that seemingly the most popular guy in school would have a crush on the most popular girl, but it’s seems like hairo isn’t beating the gay allegations.

Thinking about Teruhashi getting to be a silly kid with the others for the first time in her life (inspired by @justice-artblog brilliant tags).

Like the first time the entire friend group has a sleepover at someone's house, they pile up together with a bunch of sleepbags and blankets at the center of the room (aside from Saiko, who refused to sleep in anything lesser than a bed), and she was having so much fun through the night that she forgot to be the first one to wake up in the morning so she could look put together by the time everybody else woke up.

She's woken up by Nendo's loud comment of "look, Teruhashi is drooling!" followed by Kaido hushing him in the loudest whisper she's ever heard that he automatically forgots to continue as Nendo and him get more into their bickering.

When she opens her eyes, she sees that Saiki is looking at those two completely unimpressed, Hairo and Mera are gone (probably in a morning run and looking for breakfast respectively), Yumehara is in the bathroom and Saiko is out cold while Kuboyasu looms over him with a marker in his hand.

It takes her a hot second to process the scene and then what Nendo said and by the time she does, she's halfway through a panic because gods forbid she doesn't look perfect every single second of her life, and especially in front of her crush.

To her credit, she probably doesn't look all that bad because God loves her, but it's still a situation she would have rather prevent. But once she's done with an entire freakout monologue in her head, she gets asked if she wants to wait for Yumehara to be done with the bathroom to go next or if she wants to go get breakfast.

No one is looking at her with disgust because she has dried drool around the corner of her mouth or because she got bonked with a pillow last night and now she has a horrible case of pillow head, or because she's not performing her perfect pretty girl act. And maybe that's when it starts to hit her that these people like her for her, not because she's pretty or anything.

They don't care. They're just having fun and spending time together because they're friends.

And maybe, just maybe, she doesn't have to try so hard to be anything else but what she is. Because she might be perfect but she's also just... human.

You know who could stop homophobia? Kokomi teruhashi.

Imagine she casually mentions that she thinks gay people are ok. If the most perfect girl in the world isnt homophobic then no one should be. all of a sudden the kokomins are gay rights activists gay marriage is legal everywhere and homophobia is a thing of the past. It could happen

And now I'm thinking about how Teruhashi goes out so often "to grace people with her beauty and improve their days".

Of course, she does mean that too, she believes she owes it to the people™️ to be there and be something pretty to look at but it probably has another advantage other than fulfill her daily quota of getting a good grade on being a perfect pretty girl.

Makoto seems to be away for work often since obviously movies aren't always filmed at his hometown and everything, but when he's home, Kokomi probably prefers to be out and about to not have to deal with him, especially considering her reaction in that one episode with Saiki acquiring new powers when she screamed when she crossed the door to her house and Makoto was there trying to hug her.

Get her out of there...

Everybody's like, wonder what will happen if saikis friends find out and not WONDER HOW THEY WOULD FEEL 😞😞

I kind of rushed this comic but I feel like teruhashi's feelings should be considered more. I feel like she'd kind of burst out crying if she found out saiki knew all of her struggles and still chose to stay close to her. I feel like through her shame, she'd avoid Saiki until finally accepting Saiki's power.

Also She never had anybody glimpse into her actual personality, so the fact Saiki had secretly been there to help her or support her even when he knew her feelings.. yeah she'd cry. Just out of the stress of being perfect and all.

I also think that she'd likely get over her feelings for him or atleast accept them (?) Depends how you interpret it. I'm fine either way (THERES A SKIP AND LOAFER REFERENCE IN HERE BTW)
