A/n: Based on something I wanted to explore while reading the manga. This is my first oneshot so feedback is appreciated!

You were a supernatural in the school, not of the level of the seven mysteries but still there. You had managed to remain unnoticed by most of the students and didn't bother interacting with anyone, even your fellow supernaturals. You were simply happy to drift aimlessly in the abandoned school building.

But your days of peaceful existence were threatened when you fell under the radar of Teru Minamoto, the second year student council president, the strongest exorcist and the bane of the supernaturals in the school beyond, whom even the seven mysteries feared. You knew of him, you had even seen him but you considered yourself lucky to never have crossed paths with him before.

Unbeknownst to you, he had been following you from afar, keeping tabs on you: the places you frequented in the school, what you did, whom you interacted with, how much of a threat you were. He slowly started becoming obsessed with you, the more he observed you. You were frail and weak, devoid of any significant powers, you couldn't hurt anyone even if you wanted, he knew that and your helplessness fueled something in him.

Despite his exorcist tendencies possessing him to slash you on sight, he couldn't help but find you beautiful. Almost ethereal. A darkness consumed him that made him want to break you, to claim you as his own...to even keep you safe, against his better judgement.

You were drifting across the abandoned corridors of the old school building when suddenly you heard footsteps behind you. You turned to find yourself face to face with the exorcist himself, a closed-lip smile dancing on his lips. You froze with fear, your eyes widened at his sight as you senses your impending doom.

"Teru Minamoto... you're the famed exorcist." Your voice was soft.

His eyes twinkled. "My, I'm glad that you've heard of me. Y'know," he took a step closer to you. "I haven't seen a supernatural as pretty as you. Such a shame, makes me almost wanna..." He let the words float in air.

You didn't hear anything he said and simply made a run for it. But before you could go further, you felt a beaded chain clasp around you and you collapsed to the ground as you felt a tug of the chain. From your position on the ground you could see the chain was attached to Teru's wrist, you realised it was the chain he used to capture supernaturals. You heard the soft clink of his sword getting unsheathed and within a second he had dug the sword on the ground, escaping your head by mere inches. Faint, dark electricity sizzled as it sensed you. He towered over you and you saw the cold hollowness in his sharp blue eyes. You knew you couldn't win against him.

"I'll give you an opportunity to convince me why I shouldn't kill you right here, right now." He smiled in his cruel, sinister way, crouching down to your level as you tried to sit up.

You knew he was toying with you and you hated it, even as a supernatural, you still had your feelings and dignity but you didn't wish to be exorcised just yet.

"I have never harmed any of the students or any human being. I am weak I will never harm anybody. If you just let me be, I will never cross paths with you or any of the humans ever again." You bargained.

His smile grew. "Ah, but you see, that is a problem now." He raised his hand to tuck a strand of your hair behind your ear, almost lovingly, ignoring the flinch that earned from you. "I have...become quite fond of you, hence, I cannot have you escaping me, my sweet little ghost."

You were taken aback by his words. "What do you mean?"

He gave a sharp tuck of the chain causing you to get yanked forward painfully as he captured your chin in his fingers. You looked at him in terror, puzzled by his actions.

"Such a pretty little thing you are. So easily destroyed, so fragile. Makes me wanna break you so badly." He whispered softly, enunciating each word with care, causing shivers to run down your back. "What I meant is that, I want to claim you, keep you as my little pet." He uttered the last word with tender emphasis.

"You have to be out of your mind if you think I will just agree to that." Your retort came almost naturally, as you looked at him like he lost his mind.

In response, he dug his blade into your feet, causing a sharp ripple of electricity to course through you, as you felt the weapon burn your body in excruciating pain. Your screams of pain echoed through the empty halls of the old school and you knew nobody, supernatural or human could come to your rescue. You were trapped and helpless, at his mercy.

"I don't think you're at a position to decline or accept my offer at the moment, no? Let's try this again, shall we? You're going to be my little pet. I'm going to look after you and keep you for as long as I want. And we will start by teaching you basic obedience, okay? I will take my time breaking you and making you mine."

He smiled chillingly and as you looked at his cold eyes, you were able to see the darkness lurking beneath his pristine exterior. Your fate was sealed and as you hung your head in defeat, you knew there was little to none escape from him, the human who tamed you.

I like how Teru's eyes are so wide in this moment. Normally he has this shoujo scrunch up eyes, like a prince. But now, he had dropped everything he put in his act, too focused to see the truth in that well, too focused that it's like he forgot to blink.

He wouldn't want to blink though, cause he's scared he might lose everything (and not just his brother), might even lose himself if he close his eyes for even a second.

...

Or maybe he's trying to prevent himself to cry? Maybe if he let himself feel the burn from keeping his eyes open for so long, it'd be better than letting himself shed a tear, yeah?

tsukasa: i feel like he hates this holiday but still participates in it. he's got candy and your getting a day off of school (whether to school is informed about this ahead of time by sakura etc. that you will not be at school on Valentine's day doesn't matter)

I might genuinely have to start writing fanfiction with teruneneakane (the friendship) because I'm reading a fic rn but Aoi is the one close with Teru and Akane and I get it, I truely do, but GUYSSSSS THE POTENTIAL OF TERUNENEAKANE!!! They have gone through SO much together. I just went to see Nene venting to Akane and Teru about how beautiful Aoi is or something, or if you don't ship Aoinene at least something about how stupid Hanako is!!! They deserve a friendship together. Both Nene and Akane have seen the type of person Teru is, while Nene did romanticize him at first that's changed! And I feel like that's why her and Teru would become friends. Because she started seeing him as the person HE is. Nene and Akane are literally my silly little ducklings I need fluff about this friendship!!! I need rants, I need them goofing around, I need karaoke (there's official art of them doing karaoke and I need somebody to add on that! It's literally my lock screen) come on guys!!!

i've recently started writing a fic for my au, which i created last year— it's sort of a "deal with the devil" story. a fluffy, emotional, cheerful and angsty longfic that i really put my heart into. it's still new so the tags might be edited as the story progresses.

Day 5 of Terukane week: dancing! Basically Akane wakes up in Teru’s bed after an unplanned sleepover and makes breakfast. Somehow they end up dancing in the kitchen like dorks.

One- They are these two lovable bastards that move in together and end up both being totally devious toward one another in a fight for dominance of the household. Of course, it’s all fun in games, always picking on each other, roughhousing, pulling pranks, just to keep spirits up.

two- Teru is a body guard who was trained as an assassin while Aoi is an undercover spy disguised as the princess. As they waltz and discover life together, they reveal their true identity. A spy who’d kill for her as she throws the knives behind him. Aoi has to choose between world peace and her newly found lover while Teru has already chosen to give up on cleaning his country just so he can clean the castle for her.

three- Teru and Aoi are both fighting for the valedictorian title. While Teru is certain Aoi hates his guts. She, in the meantime, thought her feelings were reciprocated and they had been dating since the start of the year because of their study dates and coffee buying. (They are the same age in this au)

four- They’re in an arranged marriage, while Teru works at Night, Aoi takes the opportunity to run back in her girlfriend’s arms. Teru’s left in the dark as he continues to water plastic plants for her without knowing of their nature. It was only once Kou comes around does he talk Teru out of his wedding and about how fake the plants truly are.

five- Aoi is a writer who has been obsessed with true crimes, and so, her work falls under murder mysteries. A dedicated fan takes the credit for her work by accomplishing it for her. Police are unsure who the criminal is, none of them would have ever suspected Chief Minamoto to be responsible for reproducing those horrific scenes. Aoi gets wrongly accused, and Teru is the only one who believes she's innocent. (A lot of backstabbing in this AU, and he obviously manipulates everyone to blame an innocent person by the end of it.)

Whichever AU gets the most votes will be the one I'll write for.
