OKAY GOING IN BOIZ

This is a silly rant and im putting multiple suggestions for each cuz idgaf so feel free to chime in with ur favs

1 - Racules actually i think should be one of the only ones to keep -star to befit his grandiose nature. Otherwise i think Swiftheart or Hawkheart - swift bcuz hasties haha and it invokes fleet footed legendary heroes + heart because awww hes such a good hearted benevolent ruler. Hawk also invokes epic bird of prey but also hawks as in warhawk. Raw it kinda sucks cuz racules-star doesnt flow well darn s ending name

2 - HIS EVILSONA: Girafang!! Evil! Bite the hand that feeds you!!!

Full evil name: Foxfang!! Gotta be a predator of cats (in wc world) because becoming what ppl fear. And the alliteration kinda matches some of how theyve been translating it. Foxes are normally a lil too tricksy but in wc-world theyre more ferocious/straightforward. Also play on the foxheart insult

Honorable mention to tigerfang because its very grandiose much like declaring oneself king and it does harken to the og villain tigerclaw. Im open to suggestions here as foxfang is scrappier while tigerfang is more forceful. Ig we havent seen enough of his revolution tm in action to truly judge

Full/alt non evilsona name: hear me out: Dovepelt. A very simple unassuming suffix for a peasant, but to me pelt also makes me think of like a literal pelt, to like cover others with. Putting your skin on the line etc also. Dove because aww all he really wants is peace :). And flocks of em yknow and bonus mourning dove/bleeding heart dove fun

3 - Yanmapaw the man who started it all. Obviously he needs a really quirky lategame firestar style name as the most progressive nation. I’m feeling Waveflash. Like a tidal wave standing high and unwilling to break, flash for his flashy nature and invokes technology and dragonfly wingbeats yknow. Wavebeat is also tempting but i think its a lil too tech heavy i think. This maybjust be me but water and its bonds flows stronger together to me. Also thus far we are keeping the colors kind of. Im so good at this

4 - Himeno ran. we need a multi-syllable princess-y name here. I kind of like Daffodilshine? Feels fancy and flower = medicine cat. Shine bcuz of her pride as the center of attention yknow. Rosestrike i think is cute too, fsncy flower and strike for her striking appearance/pride/haha her sword. I feel like sun could go somewhere but shine is prettier and how can i steal sun from tendoy. Byt cnsider Sunblossom

Okay now it starts getting a bit harder since weve seen less so im pulling from the bios ive seen around

5 - Kaguragi.

Seems a wise ruler and light-hearted, but has a duplicitous heart allegedly. God im trying so hard not to do another bird one but sorry i love birds. Magpiefur? Skydapple? Cloudwillow? Shadefeather? Magpie self explanatory. Sky and cloud both lofty and yay blue sky but can turn stormy. Fur and feather are both more luxurious suffixes to me. Sky and cloud also kinda relate to his farming deal thing. Magpies are loud and tricksters. I kinda want Badger smthn for a lot of reasons but i think its a little too aggressive in warrior cat world

6 - Rita.

Okay we gotta go hardcore here. Im temtped by mountain but it diesnt quite do it for me. Froststark. Blizzardstone. Icy, unyielding. I almost want hammer for hammer of justice given their alleged vicious justice and arguably cats could know hammer as a verb. Frostchain is also epic.

Lost steam a little on kaguragi and rita sinxe we know much less abt them so maybe ill come back one day wahoo

Christmas Song

DAY 1: CHRISTMAS SONG

Summary: You haven’t heard from your boyfriend for the last two weeks other than those gifts he’s been delivering to you. 

A/n: Okay so...I’m not sure if this is anything good lol.

Two weeks. 

Two weeks since you last heard from Semi.  You're not sure what happened.  There wasn't any argument.  There were no misunderstandings.  Though, your last conversation didn't really finish when he mentioned not being able to go home for Christmas. 

"I'll try my best to get home before Christmas.  I promise! Just…just in case things don't work out-" the call was cut off then.  

He texted you after the call that he'll be busy at the moment.  You've got a good morning greeting every now and then, but then after a few days you don't hear from him at all.  You try to call his friends about him, but they all say that he's really busy.

So...here you are...not even sure if you have a boyfriend for Christmas.  Don't get him wrong.  He's been sending you these questionable gifts almost every now and then.  However, you have no idea what's going on with him.  

With so many different thoughts in your head, you can't even stay inside your apartment.  The apartment you and Semi share.  So, you end up going to that nearby cafe you and Semi love because of their live music.  

You stand at a corner of the cafe listening to the live music at the other corner of the cafe.  You order your usual drink and pastry and simply let yourself bask in the relaxing music and warmth. 

Though, for years you've been used to m going to the cafe.  However, ever since you met Semi and he takes you to these cafe dates, going out alone felt different.  So, even with the delicious drink and pastry in front of you, you can't shrug off the filling of something missing.  

Your eyes eventually turn to the Christmas tree with its beautiful lights and ornaments in the middle of the cafe.  You love Christmas trees.  You love Christmas decorations.  You love the feeling of Christmas.  Though, Christmas can only be lovable and enjoyable if it's with your loved ones.  

You can't help just sigh and take a sip from your drink.  The song from the live music finished a few minutes ago.  Though, a strum of a guitar you know another song is starting.  

A relaxing yet familiar melody of "Christmas time is here".  Though, as you hear the singer sing, you immediately recognize the voice.  This then takes you to look up and turn to where the small podium is.  

And you can't believe your eyes. He's there.  He's sitting in a chair.  He strums a guitar and sings that song you two always listen to during Christmas.  His eyes lift up and he sees your surprised look.  A smile immediately slips on his lips.  You on the other hand...well...you're in tears.  

It doesn't take long before he finishes the beautiful song.  He puts down the guitar and walks over to you. 

"You...you're here!" You stand up.  

He smiles.  Tears falling across your cheeks. 

"You jerk! I thought you're not going home," you hit his chest as the tears crossed down your cheeks.  

"I'm really sorry, baby.  But...I just thought it'll be a great surprise," he pulls you in for a hug.  

"Right.  A great surprise.  You don't answer my calls.  All you did is deliver me those weird gifts," you mumbled against his chest.  

"Aren't you supposed to be good at puzzles? I assume you've figured out what the presents mean," he chuckles.  

You frown and pull a bit to look at him.  "What?" 

Then, you remember all those gifts he sent.  A bouquet. A dress.  High heeled shoes.  Some sort of pouch.  A blue notebook.  Quite an old wallet. Then some shiny bracelets.

Semi seems to notice you thinking hard about it.  He can't help but just smile. 

"You know...I was supposed to deliver a veil too, but Tendoi told me that it'll be too obvious," he said.

And that probably did it for you.

"ARE YOU PROPOSING?" You suddenly shout, making others turn to him. 

"What else?" He said and pulled out a red ring box.  

Your breath hitch at the sight of the ring box. 

"So...will you-"

"YES!" You jump on him and wrap your arms around him tightly. 

"I didn't even get to finish my question," he chuckles. 

Though, you don't listen to him.  You cup his cheeks and give him the sweetest peck on the lips.  

"You dork.  You seriously don't have to do those things.  In fact, just show me the ring and I'll immediately say yes!" You smile so widely at him.  

He laughs at your expression and so as the others who watched the little scene unravel.  

"So...aren't you going to put the ring?" You tilt your head to the side. 

"Of course, my lady," he teases and finally puts the ring on your ring finger.  Who could have known that your little cafe agenda turned out to be the best day of your life.  

Though, it's not the kind of day with a climax or a big boom into it.  It felt like flying up into the clear sky and slowly floating down into a blissful moment.  Flying up in the sky is the proposal part while floating down is you and your fiance sitting beside each other and listening more to the Christmas songs being played.  

"Merry Christmas, baby," he kissed your forehead.

"Merry Christmas too, my dear sweetest Semi," you squeeze his hand affectionately and kiss him on the cheek.

Sacagawea belonged to the Lemhi Shoshone band of Northern Shoshones who lived in the Tendoy/Salmon Idaho area. The Lemhi-Shoshone tribe is made up of the Agaidikas or Salmon-Eater Shoshone and the Tukidikas or Sheep-Eater Shoshone. Sacagawea belonged to the Agaidikas and is the most well-known member of the Shoshone.

Sacagawea was a Lemhi Shoshone woman who, in her teens, helped the Lewis and Clark Expedition in achieving their chartered mission objectives by exploring the Louisiana Territory.

In Shoshone language “Shoshone” means “The Valley People”. They were also known as “Snake Indians” from their distinctive trait in quickly hiding away when discovered.The Shoshones are divided into Northern, Western and Eastern divisions. Northern Shoshone extended through eastern Idaho, western Wyoming and north east Utah. Eastern Shoshone covered Wyoming, northern Colorado and Montana. Western Shoshone comprised the territories of Oregon, Idaho, northwest Utah and central Nevada.

I first thought of Sacagawea because of her Native American clothing in Night at the Museum where she is played by Mizuo Peck. But I decided to have a quick look at the actual person behind the movie.

I think I’ll continue to look at different Native American clothes to help me with my art
