She said this on one of her posts: “Homemade tempeh (served as appetizer) 👍. I am so pleased with the results (worried that fermentation will not happen in the cold NJ) . The first batch was from the kacang dhal (pigeon pea) and the second - from the black beans (skin removed). Taking the on-line tempeh making class from @rawchefyin was the best decision I made.
