What you are seeing here is part of a project several of our local teens are involved in, including T. The group is part of a program called Stories To Service and they are constantly reaching out to better their community. They spent three hours a few Saturdays ago painting these portraits of pets in need of forever homes. Saturday - they will be hosting a Pet Adoption Event at our Library. Some of these precious fur babies have been in the shelter for years now. The little lady T chose to paint and support, Sweet Pea, has been in there since March of last year. We are hoping and praying that these pets find their forever homes this Saturday.
