^ I kinda miss this face style I had. TF2 really changed how I draw head/face shapes (definitely not a bad thing!) but I felt a lot more loosey goosey with my art shown here than now

A poly ship idea feat. War Allies (Engineer x Soldier x Spy) inspired by this post !(Sapphling has temporarily disabled their blog so the post might not show up at this time.)

I drew this waaay back in November but never got around to posting it, yet I still like it so here we are! At the time I was super into War Allies with my friends (I still like it a bit now) and when I saw sapphling’s post, it gave me an excuse to draw them as this dynamic. I find it very fitting X]

I'm not into Half-Life as much anymore (I migrated from one Valve game to another lol) but it's just insane to me seeing how people get so bent on the Southern Barney headcanon.

Like, GOD FORBID this dude, who's voice has a southern accent to it (yes, it's vague but it's still there), is headcanoned to say yee-haw and like/do cowboy things.

It's called a headcanon for a reason. We're just adding a personal seasoning to this guy who has, what, 10 minutes of screen time total in HL2? Like good lord he's already bland from being a forgotten tertiary Valve character, why can't we add what we want?

it's not even too far-fetched. I've read and seen many fics and art pieces where it fits well when it's not overbearing! And even if it is, it's not like it's a problematic or harmful headcanon. Some of y'all act like it's degrading to his already bare-bones personality/story. He's literally just some guy.

Get a grip.

Anyways back to TF2 lol

The Merc Gang and the Escaped Brownie of Wet Slop!

(Or, well, half of them, anyways. They all suffer equally off screen <3).

I’ve never doodled an idea so fast-

To the brownie disaster post, I LOVE the reactions of some of the mercs to it! Alternative ending where Soldier tastes the brownies, is revolted by the taste, and decides to teleport the brownies away…

Which makes it into a brownie monster. Now this oily sopping thing of a brownie with pink frosting is skittering around and terrorizing the mercs

All my mind can think of is "Brownie of wet slop. Grins." But genuinely oh my fuckikg GOD your brain is so huge and its wrinkles are DEFINED.

The monster leaves an oily trail of brownie goo and frosting behind everywhere it goes, and it becomes like a God damn Scooby-Doo episode trying to find the damn thing. Everyone is looking around, unable to find it, until it appears from the dark to try and force its way down someone's throat before scuttering back into the shadows. Eventually, they manage to trap it, and Pyro steals the jar from Medic and puts the thing in a glass tank in their room. It's their pet now. They feed it sprinkles and give it little cups of oil to drink so it doesn't dry out.

Every few months or so it escapes and they have to do the whole thing over again. No one is happy about it, but if they kill it Pyro will go apeshit so they just have to live with this slimey-ass creature stalking the halls of the base.
