It commemorated the launch of more than 500 RTX-enhanced games and apps in December. And as the use of NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and sophisticated ray-traced effects keeps growing, it has already reached 600!

ACE Technologies Featured in Mecha Break’s First Game

With the use of generative AI, NVIDIA ACE is a ground-breaking suite of digital human technologies that brings digital beings to life. Since making its debut in the Ramen Shop tech demo at Computex 2023, ACE’s capabilities have swiftly expanded.

It unveiled its first on-device small language model powered by digital human technologies at Gamescom 2024, enhancing the conversational skills of game characters. It also revealed that Amazing Seasun Game’s Mecha BREAK is the first game to feature these ACE and digital human technologies, bringing its characters to life and offering a more dynamic and engaging gameplay experience on GeForce RTX AI PCs.

In the first demonstration of ACE-powered gaming interactions, Amazing Seasun Games, a division of Kingsoft Corporation, has developed Mecha BREAK, a game that uses the NVIDIA Nemotron-4 4B Instruct NIM operating on-device. The character’s voice is powered by Elevenlabs via the cloud, and on-device facial animation and speech recognition are provided by NVIDIA Audio2Face-3D NIM and OpenAI’s automatic speech recognition model, Whisper.

In the multiplayer mech game Mecha BREAK, users can select from a variety of mechs, alter their appearances, and engage in combat with enormous war machines over perilous terrain. Players can converse naturally with game characters in the ACE demonstration demo, especially the player’s mechanism.
