What do you do when you hear an ice storm is on it's way? Well, if you have 4 spinning wheels, you run out to your local yarn store @dyehardyarns_op to be sure you have plenty to "feed" them for the next few days! This wheel is my latest adoption, "Brigid Christina" or B.C.! I was blessed to find her in my own neighborhood from a woman who is downsizing/moving. It was her grandmother's wheel, and it hasn't been used to spin for several decades (since grandma Christina). I've had her for a little over a week, I cleaned and oiled her and now she is very "hungry". She used up the rest of the @lornaslaces grey alpaca I had, so I went to get more. Of course I also found some goodies for my #fibreshare2019 partner! And some rainbow dyed roving for a weaving I'm currently working on too. Oh, I do hope this ice storm hits!
