Whatā€™s the Good in Goodbye?
ā€œAnytime, Anywhere Why Wait? This is PANJ and WE QUENNECT ANYWHERE!ā€
Being able to be one of the finalists for the pitching competition was the great achievement of the team PANJ. Since, the team havenā€™t expected it. Weā€™ve learned lots of ideas during that time. That moment, when you think that your idea is already done but then, when you hear from the experts, youā€™ve came to realized that thereā€™s missing and itā€™s not enough. Yes, a bit discouraged with ourselves but eventually weā€™ve came to realized that we should be thankful because we were one of the chosen. Meaning, our startup idea was great. Only, that thereā€™s a need for us to improve a lot. Suggestions and recommendations from them was actually a powerful tool in building a startup business. What really matters, now, was that we have the idea on how to start it.
Whatā€™s the good in goodbye? As the doors are closing, another opportunity tends to open. Goodbye doesnā€™t mean it is the end but rather it is just the beginning of taking chances in our daily life. Weā€™ve finally come to an end. No more blogs, no more interviews, no more weekly reports and etc. Honestly, a bit happy because no more requirements to think of, but a bit sad because no more NiƱa saying ā€œThis is PANJ and we quennect anywhereā€ HAHAHA. Like seriously, Iā€™ve learned a lot from this subject from day 1 till the last day. Being able to socialize with different people, learning how to value criticisms, how to appreciate oneā€™s effort, be sensitive on the people around you, getting ready at all times, open mindedness, patience is indeed a virtue, time management, understanding priorities, avoid wasting without gaining, handling conflicts, avoid competing with others, just be yourself, give everything as if itā€™s your last, value of working as a team and lastly, keeping an eye on what kind of solution you wanted to achieve to solve the problem. That is why, I am so thankful to our instructor, Sir Bronson Mabulay for his undying support, guidance and motivations throughout the journey, which will be sooner or later, will let us become an EFFECTIVE ENTREPRENEUR in the near future.
PS: Also, thank you TUMBLR, for making my weekly blogs possible! :D

Pitching: Elimination Round!
What: Startup: Pitching Elimination
When: October 5, 2017 @ exactly 9am.Ā
Ā Where: ICT AVR
One of the final requirements for technopreneurship was to join a local and national start-up competition. Ā This week, all the teams have undergone an elimination round. In line with this, we have to pitch our startup idea in front of the panelist, who weā€™re really into start-up business for a long time.
Now, itā€™s our time to present. Me and my co-hustler Pearl, were tasked to pitch, a bit pressured and nervous because there weā€™re lot of ā€œwhat ifā€™sā€. What if we cannot present it well, what if we canā€™t answer all the questions being asked and so on and so forth but what weā€™ve always bare in our mind was that, we just have to be ourselves and gave our best shot. Luckily, weā€™ve presented it well and gave justice to the presentation. I felt so happy and grateful seeing the crowd and the panelist clapping their hands after the presentation. I didnā€™t knew what was that for but I knew weā€™ve done great. The panelists love the idea because it was unique and new. Since, we are addressing one of the rampant issues nowadays. And so, there weā€™re recommendations and suggestions given and the team weā€™re looking forward to apply it sooner or later that will become a powerful tool during the process.Ā
Ā According to Merriam Webster, competition are actions that are done by people, companies, etc., that are competing against each other. Win or lose, itā€™s okay though, because weā€™ve knew to ourselves that weā€™ve done our best. Thereā€™s no need for us to compete with others. As the saying goes ā€œā€¦ you may become vain or bitter, for always, there will be greater and lesser person than yourself.ā€ and thatā€™s what Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship. But, if given the chance to win the elimination round and proceed to the next level will be a great opportunity for the team. Everybody deserves to get the title because everyone had put a lot of efforts during the process. Yes, itā€™s not that easy but I know that all the hard works will soon be paid.

Consultation v2.0: Focus!
"Next week, you will be presenting the customer relationship and pricing strategies of your company ā€¦ā€¦ Consultation ......ā€ As part this weekā€™s technopreneurship, was to present our customer relationship on how to get, keep & grow. Since, our target customers are service providers and payment centers that cater 100-200 clients per day. To get customers, we need to impose awareness between them that our application do exist. To keep customers, our company will be providing loyalty rewards, incentives and help them generate their businesses. To grow customers, our company will be selling it directly, implementing promos and referrals. On the other hand, the pricing strategies weā€™re also presented during the said session but thereā€™s a need for us to change the market value because itā€™s too expensive and thereā€™s a need for us to identify if the cost is really worth it at the end of the day. Sept. 27, 2017 at exactly 10:00am, team PANJ will be having a consultation with Sir Mabulay. As per instructed, we need to prepare our Business Model Canvass (BMC) and the prototype. As part of the consultation, our instructor suggested that thereā€™s a need for us to add the companyā€™s client on our BMC. Since, they are part of the customer relationship process and help us grow customers. And so, the prototype was in need to have a functional feature overhead. In addition, weā€™ve asked an advised from our instructor of what kind of output, we're going to pursue because the group we're hesitant about it, because there are lot of factors that affects during the process. To such, it tends to always changed the idea of the development of the application. He told us to focus on what kind of problem we are trying to solve and that was to provide convenience and lessen the congestions inside the company providers or payment centers. Sometimes, we tend to forget the real problem we are trying to solve, what kind of solutions we are trying to address at. Focus on the problem that you are solving. As if, you should always keep on your mind what is your real goal and thatā€™s what Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship. Now weā€™re down to our last two weeks on technopreneuship and next week we need to undergo an elimination process for our pitching competition. So, we need to prepare a lot. Good luck Team PANJ! #tech101

Financial Management!
Technopreneurship is not just all about how you are going to deal your product to your clients. Nor just to attract customers in using it. Since, it is on the business world it involves money. Simply, it also talks about on how you are going to manage your finances.
September 18, 2017 @ exactly 9:00 am. We will be having a lecture series. As part of this weekā€™s technopreneurship, our instructor invited someone to talked in front of us to discussed about financial management, the overview on what financial management was all about to be exact. Customer Acquisition Cost, its marketing channels, How to improve CAC, Margins, Time Value of Money, Customer Life Value, Financial Forecasting are some of the topics being discussed on that day. Since, we are not really knowledgeable on those aspects.Truly, it was really a great privileged being able to learn and heard from an expert what financial management was all about.
Through this, we were enlightened on how we are going to manage our finances, from the estimated expenses, incomes, cash flows and so on and so forth. That can be more useful in starting a business overhead. To such, it was one of the most fundamental aspects in attracting investors. If you know how to manage your finances, it would probably be an edge and thatā€™s what Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship.
Aside from the learningā€™s that weā€™ve had, the team weā€™re also surprised because we our start-up idea may qualify to a DICT PSC 2017. And so, thereā€™s a need for us to prepare a lot for it.

Time to Monetize!
As weā€™ve conducted our lecture on this weekā€™s technopreneurship. One of the topics discussed were about the strategies and pricing. Identifying both, would be a powerful tool in creating a start-up business. In this case, it would be more advantageous in our part as a beginner in creating a business, because we already knew the foundation in building a start-up business. From the target market, value propositions, revenue streams and so on and so forth. After all, what really matters at the end of the day is that, we are gaining from it. It's the time to monetize.
In line with this, since, our start-up business is a two sided market. The group decided to conduct again an interview to random people regarding on the pricing of our start-up business. Identifying, if the price of the product that we are going to establish is just enough, expensive or not and so, if they are willing to pay. In addition, we are looking forward that the development of the said android application will be done sooner or later, Ā because Ā we need to conduct again an interview to get user feedback's if this kind of app is useful or not. Aside from that, the main concern of the group is the overall convenience of the users.
Now, that weā€™ve learned a lot from this. We already have a clearer direction on what path we are going to take. In creating a business, thereā€™s a need to identify who will be the end users. We also have to take into considerations, the pricing and strategies that needā€™s to be implemented and thatā€™s what Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship.

Pitching Version 2: Speak Out!
In working as a team, we cannot really deny the fact that conflict do exist. Most especially, when there were misunderstandings between both parties. This weekā€™s, technopreneurship was been the toughest week of our team because we are going to pitch in front of the panelists. Again, weā€™ve divided the said tasked. Everything was fine at that time, afterwards, when my team mate asked my other team mate, if we could start revising the presentation but he was actually starting to worked on it, seems like my other team mate was not in a mood while answering it. She said, that all of our ideas are pointless, what she was trying to say was that we need to change everything regarding with the said concept. Then, my other team mate had stopped working on what he was doing and weā€™re just like, weā€™re very shocked at that time. After working all the stuffs to make our idea possible but she was able to said so. Seems like, the atmosphere of our team at that time was not really good. She had said a lot, what she was trying to point out was that, every time she suggested feels like my team mate would not accept it. Whenever she told him to do this and that seems like he just took it for granted. Misunderstanding really occurs at that time. Good thing that my team mate was just so chill at that time. He said, sorry for all the things he had done wrong if he let her felt the same thing again and again. So everything was fine.
Now, we presented the idea to the panelists and weā€™ve successfully made it. Though, there are lots of recommendations and suggestions but weā€™ve highly respected it and what we are going to do now is to consider their concerns regarding the said idea.
How to handle conflict in a team when in fact misunderstanding occurs? Donā€™t let your ego ruined everything of what was being started. If you are mistaken to do so, keep on finding ways to make it right. What really matters was the lesson youā€™ve gained from it. Yes, it is true that conflict do exist when working as a team but we should not let it came to a point weā€™re everything was pointless. If the idea was not good in the first place, say it. It doesnā€™t mean that we have to stop everything but instead keep motivated and determined enough to have a successful output sooner or later. And so, in working as a team everyone must have the courage to speak out and never hesitate to be heard.

Wasting Without Gaining!
Key Channels is one way of how and where does a certain product is being distributed. Somehow, it is the gateway of the consumer of where he or she can access the product.
This weekā€™s technopreneurship, weā€™ve build our key channels. Since, our business is a two-sided market. PANJ Company will directly introduce the product and deploy it whenever a certain company wanted to adopt the said system. On the other hand, the companyā€™s client will be informed through websites and blogs advertisements. The android application is downloadable via Google Play. As of now, that is our plan on how our company will distribute the said application but we are open for any changes sooner or later. Also, we have to consider the costing side of our company for us to identify the breakdown of itā€™s expenses and the revenue, if our company is gaining or not. Next week, we are targeting to interview a software development company for us to be able to identify the costing, to give justice on it and to be more realistic.
Creating and thinking of whom youā€™re key channels would be is not an easy thing because you have to take into considerations if it really suits on the business you are trying to build. Or else, youā€™re just wasting a lot of money without gaining. Considering that the cost should be attainable and those are the things Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship.

Team Work Ahead!
"Team work makes the plan work!"
Since, one of our early adapter is the Philippine Statistics Authority. So, the group decided to start making a proposal about our startup business to be presented to them. The content of the proposal should address on the problems they are facing everyday when it comes in there traditional manner of queuing system, the pain points of there customers, the advantages of this application and emphasizing the gains in using this application. Also, we've stated on our proposal it's marketable aspects and it's purpose. Moreover, we need to convey the Philippine Statistics Authority what is it's significance in using this app.
Again, we've divided the tasked. What I've learned on this week's technopreneurship was that if we really want to accomplished something, especially group worked, we need to impart team work because team work makes the plan work. And so, the output of the group is the product of everyone's effort. So glad, that I have this kind of group mates who are really working and done their jobs well so that we can comply every task we are trying to accomplished.
It was a great privileged that the Philippine Statistics wanted to adopt the system. So, all we have to do is to give our best shot. As of now, we are preparing for it. Maybe, next week we will be presenting it to their head officers and I know that we can do it, we're actually one step ahead!

Another Challenge: Pitching!
ā€œAnytime, Anywhere, why wait?ā€
As part of this weekā€™s activity for technopreneurship was that we need to have our pitch deck. Since, it was credited as our output for midterm examination. So, we need to prepare a lot but we havenā€™t prepared a lot on it because there are a lot of tasked to be done beforehand. So, the group decided to have an overnight. So that, we can finalized the output of the group for the said pitch deck. In doing so, weā€™ve divided the tasked. I was assigned to make an overview of the company, the problem that weā€™re focusing, the solution and its benefit to the user. It was challenging in my part because i need to put an impact on what I am trying to say with our startup business to convey people that there was in need to use this system but i donā€™t even have an idea how to start it (hehehehe). That moment that you are in the middle of producing lotā€™s of idea but nothing really comes in your mind. Thatā€™s why, I always tend to asked my team mates if they have an idea about this matter. Good thing, that theyā€™ve given me an idea. Finally, Iā€™ve already made my script for our pitch deck.
Now, Itā€™s pitching day, feeling nervous and I donā€™t even knew what to do. To be honest, it was a bit pressured in our part because the team before us have done a great pitch deck but Iā€™ve always bare it in my mind that I just have to be myself no matter what. Thereā€™s no need for us to compete with others because at the end of the day, its just the battle between me and myself alone. Competing with others is not a good idea. Though, we havenā€™t really met the standard but still I believed that weā€™ve presented it will. Moreover, all we have to do was to gave a hundred percent effort and trust within ourself. So, thatā€™s what Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship.
And so, we are down to our final term. So, the group have finalized the concept of our startup business. The name of our company ā€œPANJ Incorporationā€, the name of our online android app ā€œReserve Me Appā€, the value propositions, the target market and market value of our startup business. Sooner or later, we will proceed on the development of the system.

Time Management & Know your Priorities!
Being able to talk to someone who has a wide knowledge about the advancements of technologies is one of the greatest achievements of the team IQ. This week, we went to the CEPALCO Adminā€™s office for our scheduled interview. We have talked to their employees from the IT Department, who were assigned on the queuing system process on the said company. Weā€™ve told them the overview and explained to them the purpose of doing it and that was to gain an early adapter of our start-up business. Again, they liked the idea but theyā€™ve suggested that, what if we can came up with a queuing system that has the same function but trying to adopt the appointment system. In which, their client will going to set the time and date that is convenient to the clientā€™s schedule, the purpose of this system is to avoid congestion. Since, the problem that we are trying to solve is to maximize the time of the companyā€™s client, which is more convenient if we are going to adopt the said concept. The essence of the queuing system that we are trying to build is still the same but we have to change a bit of its features. That makes it more attractive to said system.
In the middle of the said conversation, theyā€™ve added a lot of features that can be possibly added to the queuing system. But weā€™ve told them that it might be possible but due to time constraints so, weā€™ll just focus on the core function of the system. Then, if that so theyā€™ve told us to make a timeline of our activities to be done. It will be more helpful if we are going to follow it. It might be effective especially, if we already start building the system. We can manage our time and make use from it.
As we go on with our interview, Iā€™ve learned a lot from them. One is time management know how to handle your time so you may be able to know the things to be done. Another thing is know your priorities so you can accomplish the things that is in need to be done. Yes, we canā€™t just apply it during the process but we can apply it also within ourselves that will help us in molding the better version of ourselves. Cause, if we are trying to engage in the real world sooner or later, we need to establish this factors overhead.

One achievement, unlock!
Serviceable Obtainable Market is our startupā€™s target market. In which, we will be providing services directly to government agencies and payment centers who is willing to adopt the internet queuing system.
One of our target clients is the Philippine Statistics Authority. So, weā€™ve conducted an interview on that company. Since, their company is still using a manual queuing system during the process. Weā€™ve found out that their costumers went to the company as early as they can. So that, they will be able to get a priority number or else they canā€™t have it, if the priority number is already not available. In which, it is more disadvantageous and can caused trouble if this problem still arises. As weā€™ve gone with our interview. Mr. Roy, the interviewee wanted the idea but there are a lot of considerations that he had raised during the said interview. Ā There are a lot of considerations that he want us to take into action, in which we highly respect it because he knows everything in the company, the pain points of every individual that he wanted us to solve with. Consequently, he likes the idea. That is why, he wanted us to give a proposal about our startup business. Probably, we will be presenting it on their head officers sooner or later.
One achievement, unlock! Team IQ, finally got its early adaptor. What Iā€™ve realized on this weekā€™s technopreneurship is that, truly, patience is a virtue. On the previous weeks, we have talked to different companies but nobody wanted to adopt the system. But it doesnā€™t stop us to continue finding an early adaptor on the system, we are motivated to strive harder and no one can hinder us in doing things so. Then, weā€™ve went to PSA and weā€™ve made it. Also, one thing that Iā€™ve appreciated with my team is the effort theyā€™ve always given whenever there are tasked that needs to accomplish. In which, in the business world, we should not always settle for less. Now, we can proceed on the development of the system. Looking forward, to more learningā€™s in the future that we can apply and will make our startup business a successful one. :)

Value Criticisms!
ā€œNext Plan: Team IQ will be going to their prospect companies!ā€
Since, our project is a queuing system. Our target customers are companies who catered 100-200 clients per day that uses manual system in its queuing process. So, we went to a telecommunication and electrical company but we werenā€™t able to talked to the right person because they wanted a letter of intent for us to be scheduled so that, we will be entertained whenever we went back to its company. Ā So, weā€™ve continued searching for another company, so next stop was an insurance company. Finally, we were able to talked to the man who took charge with their queuing system. Weā€™ve got a lot of information from him, which are really useful on our start-up idea. He said that, itā€™s really hard for us to implement our start-up on a kind of business that they have. Since, their company covers a wide range market. Furthermore, their servers are connected to the admin serverā€™s and they value confidentiality between their clients. If it will be implemented it might takes a long process. Stand-alone companies are much effective in the implementation of our start-up as he recommended. The idea that the man gave us, lead us to set another plan or might change the strategy of our start-up and we weā€™re looking forward that the strategy that weā€™ve built is much effective than what we have.
Learn how to accept and value criticisms is what Iā€™ve learned in this weekā€™s technopreneurship. Knowing, that not all the time that a person might accept or love your idea but all we have to do is respect it. As if, their criticisms or shall I say, advice's will lead you to come up with a great idea and the produce the best output at the end of the day. Just continue on striving hard, it doesnā€™t make you least as an entrepreneur sooner or later!

Hustler is Real: Challenge Accepted!
ā€œNext week, I will be inviting someone during your presentations ā€¦..ā€
Me: Wondering who is that someone? ā€¦
This weekā€™s technopreneurship was a bit challenging. In a sense, that we need to present our output to someone, Mr. McCorkle, a man who has a great background in the world of business. There are two hustlers in the group and I am one of them. Now, our group needs to decide of whom will going to present it. At first, Iā€™ve told them that, I will not going to present it because I donā€™t have the courage and confidence to speak in front of a veteran man who is into business since then. So, everything was set but then, a day before the presentation, my co-hustler told us that she cannot do it because she has an issue with her health. Her two ears canā€™t really hear. After she raised her concerns, what immediately comes to my mind was that ā€œMy God! Surely, I will be doing her part.ā€Actually, do I have a choice? (hehehehe). And yes, I am the one who presented it. Honestly, I was not able to prepare a lot on it because there were a lot of tasked to be done beforehand. Now, hereā€™s the most challenging part. Why? because Mr. McCorkle is an American man. Surely, he really speaks English fluently. In doing so, I need to listen, understand and inherit every word he was trying to say. Unlike, in our normal presentations,if we canā€™t really expressed what we were trying to say, then we were free to expressed it in our own dialect but this time itā€™s not. I felt some butterflies inside my tummy at first. Luckily, I have my team mates with me standing in front of them, who never left me behind. Then, on the later part, I was able to cope up on it and gave justice with our presentations on what was our idea was all about. Mr. McCorkle was so impressed with our start-up idea. There are a lot of recommendations and suggestions given to us and the group highly appreciated it. Given that our instructor and Mr. McCorkle were two great menā€™s when it comes to business and so, all they wanted was to give us a clear direction with our start-up business to be. :)
What Iā€™ve realized on this weekā€™s technopreneurship was that in every circumstanceā€™s that our group or even myself facing was that we need to be prepared. Considering, that there are a lot of possibilities or changes to be done during the process but you have to be ready enough, have the courage in handling things so, knowing that the only constant thing in this world, is change.

The Guardian: To the Rescue!
Based on my personality development test, guardians are often described as practical, take-charge kind of people. David Keirsey, the creator of temperament sorter.
This weekā€™s technopreneurship has been a challenging week for us with my team mates. Since, there are a lot of activities that needs to be done. We need to interview another sets of possible target clients and present our output for last weekā€™s activity. Yes, we presented it well but before that there are a lot of misunderstandings happened. First, was that one of my group mates was not satisfied with the 4 slides presentation because there was a miscommunication happened at that time and I am the one who made it. So, all I have to do was to revised it in a short period of time. Second, was that two of my group mates argued of something, if our company can access the data since we need to monitor the priority number being serve and since, our IQ App needs to be connected to a server for the customers to access the current number being serve. One of my group mates said, that we need to connect our server to our clients server. On the other hand, one of them said that surely, our client will not allow us to access their server for security purposes and so on and so forth. Since, one of the qualities of the ā€œThe Guardianā€ is to guide the people around me so, me as the guardian? to the rescue (hehehe). And since, I am the one who was in the middle of the said convo I just told them to chill (hahahaha) because they are making things so seriously.Yes, I knew that it was a serious matter but we cannot even come up with an idea if they just keep on arguing. Luckily, theyā€™ve stopped the said convo and come up with a good solution to that problem.
Consequently, if you are working as a team, there are a lot of instances that these things do happen. What Iā€™ve learned on this weekā€™s technopreneurship was that you should know how to control your emotions. Though, itā€™s part of the learning process but learn how to adjust and handle those emotions to have a positive outcome.

Interview! Change the Mentality!
Costumers had played an important role in a certain business. Since, they are the one who are going to use it. As producers, we need to produce a sustainable product.
As part of this weekā€™s activity was to conduct an interview. It is really challenging in the first place because people have different characteristics either they will entertain you or not and you have to deal with it. Since, our project is all about queuing system, weā€™ve asked random people whoā€™ve experience it, its effect and its recommendations in solving that certain problem. Also, weā€™ve explained what idea weā€™ve come up with and that is AQueue (Android Queue). As weā€™ve gone the interview. One remarkable conversation that always kept in my mind was when we asked someone who is a Medical Conductor:
Interviewer: Good Afternoon Sir! First question, have you experience getting a priority number?
Medical Doctor: Yes, always!
Interviewer: What are your recommendations in solving that problem?
Medical Doctor: Actually, it has been a problem since then, there are a lot of solutions that indulge it, but it lacks implementation.
Interviewer: (Explaining our project, AQueue)
Medical Doctor: Yes, thatā€™s quite good. Atleast, this time, we already have an easy access getting a priority number. But one thing that we also need to change is the mentality of the people because there are a lot of solutions done but itā€™s ineffective because some are not following the real process in doing so.
Interviewer: Thanks for your time Sir. (End of conversation)
Lesson learned? Well, what made me realize is that if we really want to solve a certain problem, we need to change our mind sets. Ā Yes, there are a lot of solutions to a certain problem but it doesnā€™t mean that we just have to settle on that. We need to consider the people around it and to solve we need to educate them to avoid conflict and disuse.

Ideation! Teamwork, Team Effort & Team Cooperation!
In building a solution itā€™s really hard to come up with an idea that really fits on a certain problem because there are a lot of things to be considered. First thing first is that you have to consider its target costumers, if it really satisfies what they really need. Feasibility, if it is capable in building in a short period of time and successfully. Ease of implementation, if it does not require a lot of time and effort in deploying it.
As we discussed on what problem we are going to solve, we first identify the common problem that every individual encountered, first idea is all about solving traffic congestion's but some of my group mates said that there are a lot of solutions already implemented. So, as we kept on brainstorming one of my group mates said that, what if we are going to provide a solution on the queuing system, in which mostly in a certain company or government offices it really takes time to get a priority number. At such, we donā€™t have the luxury of time and truly waiting is a process in which only sincere people can survive (hehehehe). Consequently, some might agree and some might be doubtful but as we go into the discussion, by taking its advantages and disadvantages then finally, everyone agreed on it.
This ideation process has been a tough job because as such you have to think out of the box on the possible outcome on a certain solution your team come up with. In which, it made it more possible because of the group is working as a team. In such a way, that the team effort and team cooperation is there that made this stage successfully.Ā

Team Formation!
Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  In everyday life, it's really hard for us to choose of whom we are going to go with, or even in building and creating a team. As if, there are a lot of factors that affects you in deciding of whom you want to team with. Maybe because, he or she is your friend or even you are finding someone that really fits your standard in making your team in which, he or she was skilled enough in doing things so. Considering that you are working as a team there is a need to believe on someone's capacity. There are a lot of adjustments, understanding, patience, perseverance and etc. to be encountered to avoid conflict and misunderstandings. Yes, it's not that kinda easy at first especially when you don't even know what is the real attitude or characteristics of your team mates on how he or she would interact and handle a certain tasks but one thing should really matters is that you will learn from it.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  What really matters is that I just love the idea of being comfortable with my team mates. Subsequently, we're not that really good in programming, marketing and designing but I know that we can do it. And so, in every circumstances that we will be encountering they will never leave me hanging. What I am looking forward is that, as long as our team will stand firm. Surely, we will able to build a certain project successfully and gives impact to the society.
