Sparks is one of my favourite Blazamy kids, they’re so fun and I can really imagine them being raised by Amy and Blaze, taking aspects of their personalities and still staying their own person! Well… cat.
My Blazamy kid Maggy isn’t exactly courteous of the rules, and knows exactly how to weaponize the Cute Younger Sibling Face™️ to get her cool older sibling from another dimension to go along with her little pranks. Don’t worry, Sparks will be there to save her if things get over her head
Sparks belongs to @head---ache! (Go check them out, they do seriously amazing Sonic art)

Uhuhuhhhh marine biologists au is this anything
Oh ho ho ho! Yeah it is! Thank you so much for this, I've had a great time playing with it.
[This is an ask game - give me an AU and I'll give you five things about it. Feel free to send your own!]
Marine biologist AU basic premise: the star blaster is a research vessel and the seven birds are crew. They're looking at an area where there has been a massive fish death. However, they're not supposed to - the area is privately owned by a big Definitely Above Board Corporation, so they have to be stealthy. Kravitz is a marine ecologist that works for the same research facility but there was a whole thing around Merle smashing his favourite mug and Magnus eating his lunch (accidentally) so they don't speak.
1) Kravitz is also investigating, he's on his own so has a much smaller boat and they don't notice him initially. He thinks they're polluters and it leads to a stand off.
2) They eventually decide to reluctantly team up. He and Taako do some water sampling, obviously it's fraught with sexual tension.
3) Barry needs a fish corpse (to dissect and assess in his lab) and he needs it asap. He's on a fission.
4) Merle assesses a tonne of algae/seaweed etc. and with the other results they realise it's related to pollutants
5) Dav and Lucretia use their ability to do bureaucratic nonsense to try and stop what's happening. The corporation tries to buy their way out and bury the story by buying off trash press and lawyering other press. Lup and Magnus use his weirdly popular (he does it topless and always features his bajillion dogs) woodworking [insert social media account of some description] to highlight what's going on and everyone knows the corporation is evil actually. (And it's my world, so something actually gets done)

But consider: Seven Deadly Sins Fullmetal Alchemist AU. The squad is a crack team of special ops combat alchemists accused of treason for bailing during Ishval, when in reality they’d duscovered the secret on Father and the Homunculi and went underground after being attacked.
Meliodas himself is actually a homunculus (the original Wrath, duh). Escanor’s alchemy is literal nuclear fission & fusion that slowly kills him whenever he uses it. Ban is a medical alchemist but mostly a weapons expert. Merlin secretly has a philosopher’s stone.

Far Cry 5/FCND Superhero AU Pt. 2
Can’t say when I’ll actually start writing for this if at all. If you are interested please let me know! Anyway, below the cut: Thomas Rush, Sharky, and my FC OC’s.
[Part 1 Here - Seed Family]
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Name: Mai Alias: Athenia Species: Meta human Abilities: Agility, superhuman strength, superhuman durability, unarmed combat, swordsmanship, healing factor, retractable claws
Mai has been on her own for as long as she could remember, not that she remembers much. Suffering from amnesia at a young age, and jumping from foster home, after foster home, Mai set out on her own after incidentally crippling a classmate during an after-school bout. At sixteen she was taken in by philanthropist John Seed, making her a part of his superhero task force initiative. Given the code name Athenia, Mai became a trademark figure. It did not last long, however. By eighteen she left the group leaving little to no trace behind and began to participate as a “small-time fighter” in illegal meta human arenas. She worked her way up to work as a bodyguard for one of the States lead traffickers, Ramona King, also known as The Raven. After a chance meeting with one of Raven’s newest “merchandise”, Mai devises a plan to get herself and this particular child out of the state. As fate would have it, the well-meaning police officer turned vigilante, Thomas Rush, inadvertently disrupts her means of escape, causing the trio to go on the run. With Raven’s forces after them, and the perplexing villain, The Father taking a keen interest in the child, Mai is led down a road that unexpectedly leads her on the path to finding out who her birth parents are.
Tumblr media
Name: Thomas Rush Alias: N/A Species: Human Abilities: Agility, criminology, hand-to-hand combat, weaponry, military protocol, marksmanship, stealth, computer hacking
Thomas Rush grew up reading about Superheros and wanted nothing more than to be one himself. The closest approximation he could achieve was joining the military straight out of high school. After two tours, he returned to the states, marrying his high school sweetheart, eventually having a daughter named Mila. Life was good for a time for the former soldier. With his prior service in the military, he felt right at home, cruising through the ranks up to sergeant. To celebrate his new promotion, the Rush family took an outing to the local mall, celebrating not only his new position but also Mila’s birthday. Tragedy struck quick and swiftly, however. With meta human trafficking on the rise, children became the ultimate target and the criminal underworld’s newest currency. Mila was snatched right under her parent’s noses while at the mall, sending Thomas’ life spiraling out of control. After three months of searching, all of Thomas’ leads ended up cold, leaving the father grieving and putting immense stress on his marriage. His wife eventually left, unable to deal with the loss of their daughter. Thomas Rush, however, could not give up so easily. Using his resources at the police precinct, he uses each waking moment searching for any lead that may lead him to find his daughter. Eventually, he adopts his own vigilante moniker, allowing him access to places that would have been inaccessible by wearing his badge. His investigation leads him down a rabbit hole, leading him to the heart of the meta human trafficking ring, meanwhile leading him to team up with the enigmatic and extremely powerful meta human Mai.
Tumblr media
Name: Vittoria Arya-Giordano Alias: Scarlett Banshee Species: Meta human Abilities: Sound immunity, multilingualism, boxing, sound manipulation, sonic scream, charisma, durability.
The daughter of Italian immigrants, Vittoria Arya-Giordano has had only one dream: becoming a superstar. Discovering a love for music and singing at a young age, her parents facilitated her passion by hiring instructors and saving up every penny to send her to the most renowned schools of performance arts. During her senior year for her final recital, Vittoria’s lament meta human abilities came to manifest. Vittoria leveled the theater in which hundreds had come to watch her performance, killing everyone, her parents included. Vittoria survived miraculously, the mass body count attributed to a structural error. Vittoria spent the next ten years honing her abilities, though her dreams of performing were now dead. Her talent, however, did not go unseen. Vittoria was recruited by entrepreneur and philanthropist John Seed as part of his “marketable” superhero division, the United State's answer to National Security against the threats of international meta humans. Vittoria served dutifully, becoming a high profile figure, achieving the fame she had always dreamed of. Though, as always with fame, there was a darker side to it she could not have anticipated.
Tumblr media
Name: Nayeli Lamb Alias: The Judge Species: Human Abilities: Archery, acrobatics, martial arts, tracking, weaponry, swordsmanship, gadgetry, hand-to-hand-combat, firearms
Nayeli and her older brother Takoda were born to Ciaran and Sokanon Lamb. Her father hailed from a prestigious family while her mother came from an impoverished background, their union causing unparalleled drama. As Nayeli grew older, she became aware of her father’s shady business practices following the death of her mother, the result of a business deal with the citie’s many mob leaders gone wrong. Idolizing the rise in meta human news, Nayeli Lamb and her brother took up their own mantles, taking on the persona of The Judge and SabreWulf. The teens took down many a villain and mob boss, particularly after Takoda began to manifest meta human powers himself. They continued their work well into their twenties until Nayeli was kidnapped, abused and tortured by the notorious villains, The Father and The Mindbender. By pure luck, she had struck a romantic bond with The Father’s henchman-brother, known simply as The Wolf of Sparta who helped her escape. Nayeli hung up her mantle after discovering she was pregnant with The Wolf’s child. The child however was stolen from her, a devastating loss the Lamb never really got over. Nayeli ended up having a second child with The Wolf years later after encountering one another again. Nayeli kept the children a secret from the Wolf till this very day. The Lamb eventually established herself as a successful psychologist and living a semi-normal life with her son. She grew estranged from her brother who continued to carry on with his alter-ego, feeling this was his true self. After his death at the hands of The Mindbender, she debated taking up her mantle as The Judge once more. It wasn’t until the disappearance of her son that she donned her cape and mask once more in an effort to find him.
Tumblr media
Name: Charlemagne Victor Boshaw IV Alias: Sharky, Warden Awesome Species: Metahuman Abilities: Pyrokinesis, firearms, no filter
Charlemagne Boshaw did not have a happy childhood, but from his outward behavior, one may never know or find out. Birthed in a gas station bathroom and left in the toilet, Sharky as he likes to be called, led quite the tumultuous childhood and adolescence. While many would define him as a serial arsonist, the Boshaw man would prefer the term "fire enthusiast". What many didn’t know was that these many fire incidents were the result of Sharky being a pyrokinesis. After burning down his family’s trailer park three times, Sharky was forced on the run. His path eventually led him to Nayeli Lamb, with whom he became close friends with. Together, they lead the charge in finding her missing son, Malik.
Tumblr media
Name: Ramona King
Species: Meta human
Alias: Raven
Abilities: Animal control, animal driven abilities, enhanced speed, agility, enhanced vision, combat skill, animal telepathy
Born on the east coast and raised by a single father, Ramona King was brought up with strict discipline and a need to succeed no matter the cost. Her father groomed her to be the perfect candidate for the Boston police force. By the time of her induction into the police academy however, her dormant meta-genes began to surface. Her abilities gave her an edge over her other officers. Her animal like abilities gave her a sixth sense rivaled only by those in the animal kingdom themselves. With her hardworking being relayed in flimsy promotions and measly raises, she began to sing a different tune. Leaving the police force, Ramona struck out as a small time cat-thief before eventually becoming a kingpin herself. Ramona ended up taking her underworld business out west, using a nightclub as a front to hide her extracurricular activities: money laundering, drug production, and more importantly, meta human trafficking.
Tumblr media
Name: Malik Lamb
Species: Metahuman
Alias: N/A, referred to as The Asset
Abilities: chlorokinesis, toxic immunity, bio-fission, metamorphosis, accelerated healing, ability to heal others
Malik may only be six years old but he has had a whirlwind of a life so far. The second born child, created out of the union between The Judge and The Soldier, Malik knows nothing about his family’s complicated history, only that he was born with a target on his back. Since the day was born, he exhibited meta human capabilities though his family did their best to keep it a secret. After his Uncle Takoda’s death revealed that the Lamb family is a carrier of the meta-human gene, the family was thrust into the spotlight by news media outlets and criminal organizations. Despite being put under twenty-four hour surveillance by his grandfather, that did not stop those closest to the Lamb family to seize the boy for themselves in return for a quick buck. As the newest addition to Ramon King’s collection and hundreds of miles away from home, Malik saw no happy ending in sight, at least until a fateful meeting with another meta human and a vigilante police officer lead him on an unexpected journey.
Tumblr media
Name: Dayana King
Species: Human (Cyborg)
Alias: Dove
Abilities: Flight, Electronics expert, speed, superhuman strength, cybernetic implants/enhancements, endurance, technopathy, invulnerability, cloaking abilities
As a fellow member of philanthropist John Seed’s superhero initiative, Dove is one of the most respected public faces of the meta human community. After a tragic accident left her father dead and herself in a near-death state, Dove underwent extensive life-saving surgeries with cybernetic enhancements at the request of her mother. Dove was, shortly after being discharged, inducted into the superhero initiative. While her co-hort Vittoria appeals to the more lavish side of the superhero community, Dove is seen as the public face of selflessness and social justice, though behind the scenes, that could not be more further from the truth. When not in front of the news camera, the cybernetic hero acts as a hired thug to Mr. Seed, taking out those who would oppose the use of meta humans overseas. Dove, having become disillusioned with her employer Mr. Seed and the antics of her criminal mother, Ramona King, Dove has debated hanging up her mantle once and for all. A chance meeting with an old friend though leads her to question whether she is doing more harm than good.

“Bucky is a supporter of the communist uprising. Natasha is the protector of the Romanov children. Fate and politics seem determined to separate them, but it will take more than a world war, a revolution, the murder of a royal family, the fission of a nation, and an ocean to keep the two apart. (Russian Civil War AU)”
It’s finally here! The finished products of myself and @sarma teaming up for the Buckynat Mini Bang 2018. It was so much fun to do, and I’m honestly so honored to see Sarma’s work. She’s a brilliant artist and her ideas and vision far topped anything I could have imagined.
Many thanks and accolades to @fuckyeahbuckynatasha for putting this together. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the teams have put together!

Project has very little modern exploration; was acquired based on vendor’s expertise and past success;
March 23: commenced a 10-hole, 1,500-meter phase 1 diamond drilling program on breccia target;
You will be familiar with some of the management team because they discovered the mines now run by Argonaut Gold Inc. (AR:TSX) in Mexico;
Recent price: $0.21/share;
Shares outstanding: 42.2 million;
Fully diluted: 58.1 million;
9.3 million warrants, all exercisable at $0.25m expire June and October 2023
Management
Ridgestone is headed up by Jonathan George, CEO and director. George is a geologist and mining entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, development and financing of projects globally. From the Ridgestone website: “Mr. George cofounded Creston Moly and served as president and CEO, where he spearheaded over $40 million in equity financing to acquire and advance the El Creston project in Mexico. Under his leadership, the El Creston project advanced to become Mexico’s largest molybdenum deposit, advancing through to prefeasibility in under two years, and was subsequently acquired by Mercator Minerals for $195 million.
“Mr. George also previously served as president and CEO of ESO Uranium, which subsequently became Alpha Minerals, and was instrumental in both assembling and exploring one of the largest land packages in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. This land package was where Alpha Minerals and its partner, Fission Energy, made one of the basin’s most significant uranium discoveries—the Patterson Lake South project.
“Mr. George also founded Dynasty Gold Corp., serving as president and CEO, where he and his team secured the largest land package of exploration rights held by a foreign company in China, conducting gold and base metals exploration in Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai provinces.”
Ridgestone is partnered with YQ Gold de Mexico S.A. de C.V. for their exploration expertise. YQ Gold was founded by three accomplished geologists to acquire and explore promising projects in northern Mexico [also from the website]:
“Alfonso Daco, BSc. Geology, President, has had a long and illustrious career in mineral exploration since graduating from the University of Philippines in 1967. After working for Nippon Mining and Metals exploring for copper and gold in the Philippines, Alfonso immigrated to Canada and was hired by Ned Goodman’s Campbell Resources and sent to Chibougamou, Quebec. While with the Goodman Group of companies, Alfonso was instrumental in the discovery of the El Castillo Gold Mine (more than 1 million ounces gold), the La Colorado gold Mine (more than 2 million ounces gold and 18 million ounces silver) and the Lluvia de Oro/Jojoba Gold mine (more than 500,000 ounces of gold).
“Francisco Navarro, BSc. Geology, Country Manager, received his BSc in Geology from the University of Sonora in 1986 and has been actively involved in mineral exploration and project management since then. Born and raised in Hermosillo, Sonora, Francisco has held senior management positions with numerous subsidiaries of Canadian junior resource companies, including Creston Moly Corp., Morgain Minerals Inc, Valdez Gold and Columbia Metals. Francisco’s extensive network within the Mexican mining community, particularly Sonora, is invaluable to all aspects of the Company’s endeavors in Mexico.”
In early March Ridgestone appointed Dr. Steven I. Weiss, PhD, CPG, is chief independent technical adviser for its Rebeico gold and copper project. From the website: “Mr. Weiss has worked as an exploration geologist since 1979, in roles from generative through to senior project management. Mr. Weiss began work in Mexico in 2003 when he joined Glamis Gold to lead their exploration team at the El Sauzal gold mine (total of 1.7M oz gold produced) and in the surrounding Sierra Madre Occidental. He continued working in Mexico for Goldcorp, following their acquisition of Glamis Gold in 2006, where he built and led the team at its Camino Rojo gold-silver deposit, which proved up an initial 1.6M oz gold in reserves and more than doubled its gold resource from 3.4M oz to 7.5M oz gold. Steve held the position of Mexico Exploration Manager when he departed Goldcorp in 2013. Since 2014, Mr. Weiss has been a senior associate geologist with Mine Development Associates, headquartered in Reno, Nevada.”
Projects
Ridgestone has a lot of experience, success and connections in Mexico, and that is where they are focused with an exceptional property. I have little doubt that this will be another significant discovery.
Rebeico Copper-Gold Project [from the company website]
The project is located in Mexico’s famed Sierra Madre Gold belt, one of the world’s largest and most prolific mineral districts, credited with production of over 80 million ounces of gold and over 4.5 billion ounces of silver. It is located 115 kilometers east of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and is easily accessed by paved and all-weather roads.
Rebeico is the site of numerous, historical, small underground mines that were developed along a one-kilometer, steeply dipping vein referred to as the “Alaska” vein. Old workings along the Alaska vein were developed to depths of approximately 70 meters over widths of 1.5 meters and occur intermittently along strike. The mines were developed to extract gold, copper and silver ores during the early 1940s, and were sent for refining to El Paso, Texas
Since that time, little activity took place on the properties until they were consolidated in the mid-2000s by a local Mexican geologist, Ing. Francisco Navarro, who founded YQ Gold de Mexico S.A. de C.V. with two other accomplished geologists, to further explore and develop the promising prospect. YQ Gold undertook a compilation of all available historical data and determined that the property had exceptional potential for the discovery of multiple styles of gold, copper and silver mineralization.
In June last year the company acquired a significant land package adjacent to the original property to enhance the project. The new acquisition area is 3,292 hectares to the west of the original claims and in green on the next graphic. Initial reconnaissance encountered numerous artisanal workings and mineralized outcrops which were sampled and tested for copper and gold. Based on a review of government records, little to no modern exploration has been undertaken in recent years.
I am going to use the graphics from their presentation to highlight the three main targets before the land acquisition. [Here is] the Alaska vein, breccia zone and the IP anomaly.
Financial
The company is well structured and has strong shareholder support. They just raised funds ahead of the recent market turmoil, which did not seem to affect the share price much at all. In late February, Ridgestone closed a $1.05 million private placement at $0.15 per share with a half warrant exercisable at $0.30, good for one year.
Summary
YQ Gold de Mexico originally acquired the claims containing the known Alaska vein, a high-grade gold and copper vein bearing similar characteristics to their past discoveries.
Surface sampling and prospecting has demonstrated continuity of the Alaska vein over one kilometer. An initial eight-hole drilling program in 2018 returned several good intersects on the Alaska vein, including 8.31 g/t Au, 17.7 g/t Au and 36.1 g/t Au, and up to 2.41% copper.
The project is in the prolific Sierra Madre gold belt, which has produced over 80 million ounces of gold from dozens of mines. There is excellent infrastructure including paved highway access, power and water.
Alfonso and Francisco (YQ Gold) are confident about reproducing past successes with this project. They have determined that there are likely parallel veins associated with the Alaska vein, and possibly a large, deep-seated mineralized source. Their recent success at La Colorada began with two veins, but in between was a large area of disseminated gold that enabled a successful low-cost heap leach mining operation.
Now, Ridgestone Mining has the opportunity to reap the benefits of Alfonso and Francisco’s expertise by earning 100% in the Rebeico Copper/Gold Project.
In addition to the well-defined Alaska vein, a newly discovered mineralized zone to the south presents a significant new form of mineralization. This new style of mineralization, identified as an oxidized breccia zone, has been identified on surface over an area of 150×150 meters, and with surface sampling ranging from 1.0 to 26.0 g/t gold and 0.2 to 0.7% copper. A recently completed geophysical survey has indicated this structure could be part of a significantly larger mineralized structure at depth.
On March 23, Ridgestone commenced a 10-hole, 1,500-meter, phase 1 diamond drilling program at the newly discovered gold-bearing and copper-bearing New Year zone at its Rebeico gold-copper project. From the press release:
First-ever drilling at the New Year Zone will be focused on the potential continuation at depth and sub-surface geometry of high-grade gold-copper mineralization discovered with 2019 surface sampling that returned up to 12.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and 0.65 per cent copper (Cu);
Drilling will also test the southern portion of the nearby Alaska vein, south of hole 18REB10, which in 2018 returned 36.10 g/t Au over 1.5 meters at 103.64 to 105.14 meters;
Specifically, the potential subsurface junction of the New Year Zone with the southern part of Alaska vein will be targeted.
On April 7, RMI put out a news release about progress on the first the holes and all of them showed mineralization in the core. We will have to wait for assays, but there could be a discovery hole in the making. The first three diamond-core holes in the New Year Zone completed for a total of 435.7 meters with visible sulfide mineralization observed in all three holes. From the release:
Drill hole 20REB014D was drilled vertically and initially planned for a depth of 100 meters but was extended to 170 meters due to the continued presence of visible sulfide mineralization.
Drill hole 20REB015D was collared at the same site as 20REB014D and drilled due west at an inclination of –55 degrees. The hole was initially planned for a depth of 150 meters but was extended to 167 meters due to the continued presence of visible sulfide mineralization.
Drill hole 20REB013D was drilled vertically and reached a total depth of 98 meters with sulfide mineralization observed in the core.
I believe the odds are very high that this drilling, and future drill rounds can prove up a significant discovery. The stock is tightly held and not much volume until the past month. It has been mostly in a trading range between $0.20 and $0.26, and I would be accumulating up to $0.30. A move above $0.30 would mark a clear breakout, and the stock could then make a significant move higher, which means more aggressive buying at that point could be a good strategy.
And one last key point, someone like Steven Weiss does not just join any project or company.
I participated in the last financing and currently own 82,000 shares. I may also aid the company in future finance rounds.

Management
Ridgestone is headed up by Jonathan George, CEO and director. George is a geologist and mining entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, development and financing of projects globally. From the Ridgestone website: "Mr. George cofounded Creston Moly and served as president and CEO, where he spearheaded over $40 million in equity financing to acquire and advance the El Creston project in Mexico. Under his leadership, the El Creston project advanced to become Mexico's largest molybdenum deposit, advancing through to prefeasibility in under two years, and was subsequently acquired by Mercator Minerals for $195 million.
"Mr. George also previously served as president and CEO of ESO Uranium, which subsequently became Alpha Minerals, and was instrumental in both assembling and exploring one of the largest land packages in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. This land package was where Alpha Minerals and its partner, Fission Energy, made one of the basin's most significant uranium discoveries—the Patterson Lake South project.
"Mr. George also founded Dynasty Gold Corp., serving as president and CEO, where he and his team secured the largest land package of exploration rights held by a foreign company in China, conducting gold and base metals exploration in Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai provinces."
Ridgestone is partnered with YQ Gold de Mexico S.A. de C.V. for their exploration expertise. YQ Gold was founded by three accomplished geologists to acquire and explore promising projects in northern Mexico [also from the website]:
"Alfonso Daco, BSc. Geology, President, has had a long and illustrious career in mineral exploration since graduating from the University of Philippines in 1967. After working for Nippon Mining and Metals exploring for copper and gold in the Philippines, Alfonso immigrated to Canada and was hired by Ned Goodman's Campbell Resources and sent to Chibougamou, Quebec.
"Francisco Navarro, BSc. Francisco's extensive network within the Mexican mining community, particularly Sonora, is invaluable to all aspects of the Company's endeavors in Mexico."
In early March Ridgestone appointed Dr. Steven I. Weiss, PhD, CPG, is chief independent technical adviser for its Rebeico gold and copper project. From the website: "Mr. Weiss has been a senior associate geologist with Mine Development Associates, headquartered in Reno, Nevada."
Projects
Ridgestone has a lot of experience, success and connections in Mexico, and that is where they are focused with an exceptional property. I have little doubt that this will be another significant discovery.
Rebeico Copper-Gold Project [from the company website]
The project is located in Mexico's famed Sierra Madre Gold belt, one of the world's largest and most prolific mineral districts, credited with production of over 80 million ounces of gold and over 4.5 billion ounces of silver. It is located 115 kilometers east of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and is easily accessed by paved and all-weather roads.
Rebeico is the site of numerous, historical, small underground mines that were developed along a one-kilometer, steeply dipping vein referred to as the "Alaska" vein.
Now, Ridgestone Mining has the opportunity to reap the benefits of Alfonso and Francisco's expertise by earning 100% in the Rebeico Copper/Gold Project.
In addition to the well-defined Alaska vein, a newly discovered mineralized zone to the south presents a significant new form of mineralization. This new style of mineralization, identified as an oxidized breccia zone, has been identified on surface over an area of 150x150 meters, and with surface sampling ranging from 1.0 to 26.0 g/t gold and 0.2 to 0.7% copper.
First-ever drilling at the New Year Zone will be focused on the potential continuation at depth and sub-surface geometry of high-grade gold-copper mineralization discovered with 2019 surface sampling that returned up to 12.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and 0.65 per cent copper (Cu);
Drilling will also test the southern portion of the nearby Alaska vein, south of hole 18REB10, which in 2018 returned 36.10 g/t Au over 1.5 meters at 103.64 to 105.14 meters;

Orange Coloured Sky
Pairing: Cullen Ritherford/Female Trevelyan
Word count: 1494
Beta read: None
AU: 1950s (Real events/Fallout 4 inspired)
Summary: Tara Trevelyan and Cullen Rutherford live a 'nuclear family' life. But it had not always been like that and Tara's burden weights heavily on her body and soul.
Tara hummed softly to the tune as she turned the volume of the bulky radio up, listening to the smooth jazz flowing from the speakers. The clock in her brightly lit living-room showed ten past five- Cullen would be home sometime around six and she wanted dinner to be ready and waiting when he came back. He had been away for about a month and, as much as Commander was a good company, it was in no way permanent replacement for a human being. Tara chopped a small piece of the steak and whistled, listening for the familiar patter of the paws and over - excited panting.
“Here you go. I know you have been waiting for a treat, you furry ball of lard.” she smiled and ruffled Commander’s fur, making sure to softly pinch whatever the equivalent of love handles were on a dog. The golden retriever huffed and chomped the offering down, proceeding to lick her hand in a familiar gesture of gratitude. With that out of the way the retriever went to sit at the front door, staring at it intensely. Commander was Cullen’s dog. They got him together as a puppy shortly after moving to Ferelden but Cullen mothered the dog mercilessly, effectively gaining Commander’s loyalty. Tara was, of course, appreciated as well but primarily as a provider of juicy scraps and delicious chow.
The timer rang shrilly, making the dog bark in panic and Trevelyan shushed him, while grabbing an oven mitt and taking out a batch of cinnamon muffins, which were Cullen’s favorite ever since they tried them in the small bakery in Minrathous. Holding the oven door with her right hand, Tara reached out for the muffins with the other hand, once again forgetting there was nothing there below the elbow anymore.
It had been five years since the accident that cost Tara her forearm, her health and, to a degree, her and Cullen’s future. As a member of the team of physicists employed by the Tevinter government in their weapon race against Orlais, Tara’s main task was the study of the nuclear fission and the possible use of the effects to further the military agenda. It had never been her dream job - Tara wanted to work for the benefit of humanity, rather than against it. However, the governmental officials left her very little choice on the matter.
On the day of the accident she had been showing one of her colleagues, Mahanon Lavellan, a prototype neutron reflector - two hemispheres that, when brought together around the plutonium core, would initiate the fission reaction. Tara could not find the shims that were normally used for this type of the procedure and, being low on time, resorted to using a screwdriver one of the technicians had left behind. It had all happened in seconds - the screwdriver slipped, effectively colliding the two reflector parts. Tara screamed for Lavellan to back off and with her left hand picked up the top shell, throwing it on the ground and stopping the criticality.
Dazed and confused, Tara remembered people running towards her and asking her questions that would stop immediately when they looked at her right hand - all necrotic skin and blisters up to the elbow. Tara was rushed to the hospital and spent, what seemed like, an eternity in morphine - induced haze. Her survival, by all accounts, was nothing short of miraculous. Cullen spent every moment he could by her side, tirelessly signing the permit papers for multiple life - saving procedures; something no newlywed ever expects to be doing.
She woke up to a new life: that of an amputee, her project re - assigned to someone else and a formidable monetary support. Cullen had been granted a transfer back to Ferelden and they have left soon after, leaving Tara’s old life behind.
A slam of a car door made her blink and, slightly ashamed of zoning out like that, Tara took the muffins out, while balancing the over door on her knee. She quickly peeked outside to see Cullen taking a duffel bag out of the trunk. He slammed it shut the next moment, re - adjusting his uniform but the troubled face expression and a crease between his eyebrows did not manage to escape Tara’s attention.
Commander started barking and scratching at the door, obviously smelling his beloved owner on the other side and Trevelyan hurried into the hallway, adamant about not allowing the dog to steal any more love than he deserved.
The second the door opened, the golden retriever all but body slammed Cullen, making him loose balance and nearly tumble off the porch. A hurricane of golden fur panted in his ear and slobbered all over his face - any resistance was futile.
“Great,” his wife remarked, trying to keep a serious and disappointed face. “This is where I draw the line on kissing.”
“I am so - ugh - Commander, down!” Cullen pushed the dog off him, trying to wipe the face with his sleeve. The retriever whined but obeyed, instead rolling on his back and asking for belly rubs. “Sorry about that.” he stood up and locked his arms around Tara, burying his face in her hair. She smelled of honey and cinnamon, of home.
“Clearly, this marriage is wrong. Fereldans love their mutts more than their own mothers,” his wife snorted and nuzzled at his neck. “But can he cook you cinnamon muffins?”
Cullen chuckled softly and nudged Tara inside the house, picking up his bag and whistling sharply for Commander to stop gathering dirt under the porch. Once inside, he dropped on the sofa and exhaled loudly.
“Maker be praised, this was a long drive.”
Tara put Cullen’s coffee on the small side table and let her fingers run through his hair, enjoying the feeling of soft curls at her fingertips.
“I am happy you are home, Rutherford.”
“Me too,” he smiled absentmindedly and then nodded at the TV set in the corner. “Could you turn the -,” Cullen stopped abruptly and shook his head, hand blindly searching for the coffee. “Nevermind, not feeling like it.”
“What’s wrong?” trying to fool the smart one in the relationship had rarely worked out for Cullen. Tara frowned and nodded at the bay window. “I saw you outside and you did not look happy. So, once again, what is wrong?” “Have you been following the news lately?” he sighed and rubbed his neck, refusing eye contact. The question was rather pointless - Tara avoided media as much as possible. If Cullen was not home the TV was never on, the newspapers were neatly stacked for him to browse through later and the radio was always tuned on music - only channel. Never making friends or acquaintances kept her away from the unnecessary gossip, allowing Tara to lead a peaceful existence.
“ News are still on. Might as well just watch them.” Cullen looked at the clock and shook his head in defeat. He flipped the TV switch up, watching the black and white image of the reporter jump a couple of times before catching the stable signal.
“ - as an act of retaliation against the supposed ‘accidental misfire’ resulting in death of approximately twenty crew members of the ‘Amladaris’ cargo ship, a group of masked protesters threw flammable projectiles at the walls of the Orlesian embassy in Minrathous, causing severe damage to the - “
“It is getting worse,” Cullen said softly, looking at Tara, who was biting the nail on her thumb and staring at the screen. “The situation has been declining for a while now and - ”
“ - the skirmishes at the borders became more frequent and while -” the commentator continued as the footage kept rolling.
Tara’s eyes were glued to screen and she was completely unaware of Cullen placing his hand on her shoulder.
Suddenly, the reporter had stopped mid - sentence and looked off - camera: surprised at first but quickly changing their face expression to that one of shock.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we interrupt this broadcast to bring you the latest update: few minutes ago the Imperium had launched a small nuclear precision strike against one of the smaller cities in Orlais,” the woman’s voice trembled as she spoke to the camera. “ This is an official declaration - We… We are at war, ladies and gentlemen. This - “
The TV clicked and the picture disappeared, as Cullen ripped the cord out of the socket.
“They were not supposed to -,”Tara stood still cradling the stump as the phantom pain burned brightly in her crippled arm. “Maker, against civilians… I thought - Hoped… It was meant as a last resort, not as - As this.” she covered her eyes, trying to hide her tears.
There were no words Cullen could offer to ease off his wife’s pain. Not at this very moment and, perhaps, never. She had lived in the shadow of her research, desperately clinging to the hope she will never see it being used. That hope has been shattered.

i’m also gonna post the discord convos i’m having about popu’s evil aus because i love a bad bitch
so the demon queen popu au is simple. the au is where planet majick was never under threat and popu was able to undergo the purification ceremony/her 'coronation' and become completely evil, after losing her heart and every ounce of good she had she essentially banishes her mom and dad cause they're shit and takes the mantle of demon queen herself. instead of throwing her sisters to the curb like her parents did, she decides to split up the planet into 4 quadrants and give them to her sisters to rule. so there's demon queen popu, and the overseers, pimi, pana and cotapimi oversees the prison quadrants, where traitors and whisteblowers are kept and generally anyone who disobeys popu. cota oversees the training grounds, where demon majin soldiers are bred and trained for popu's army, and pana oversees the intelligence division, creating better armor, weapons and devices for the army to use. popu oversees the royal castle, essentially the area where she stays/where her direct subordinates operate from. majin limon is the fission of queen creme as a last attempt to overthrow popu and free creme and yogu from their prison. limon works undercover as popu's general, leading her army and the young majin azuki is another direct subordinate of popu's, a former frieza force child soldier. popu doesn't enlist those so instead she sends azuki to train under pana to become an intelligence officer. patata and cassavi are popu’s personal body guards and act on her whim. just like how they are with limon, they loathe popu but they can’t find a reason to act out of line, for fear they might be cast out like popu’s parents were. popu's plan is to overthrow frieza and be the new big bad of the universe and she will kill and pillage anyways that gets in her way, unlike the cheeky popu of her main timeline, demon queen popu is quite emotionless, she's not even off the goop like kid buu is. she's just purely emotionless, her stare is hollow and calculating. she strikes fear by doing nothing at all. and when she gets mad, she just smiles. and thats when people know they fucked up
now frieza force popu is similar to demon queen popu as she is completely evil. the story here is like saiyans, the majin people are recruited by frieza. the demon king and queen are able to operate as they saw fit so long as it's within frieza's parameters, so popu has her ceremony and becomes evil, after a brief dispute between yogu and frieza, yogu agrees to give the emperor his daughters in return that he spares their planet and while initially frieza was going to destroy planet majick, he opted to follow through instead upon realizing just how powerful popu and her sisters were. popu is the leader of death squad 18, a kill squad directly under frieza who is sent to either clean up any botched jobs or essentially be sent on suicide missions. popu is the leader and alongside her is her sisters, limon who was created in secret and subsequently found and recruited by frieza, azuki who was given to frieza by some majin loyalists he had, and the two saiyans the king and queen had employed to work for them. unlike demon queen popu who was at least nice to her sisters, frieza force popu tolerates nothing but respect and discipline. she keeps her team tightly on a leash and will not hesitate to hurt them if they act out of line. she's seemingly loyal to frieza, obeying his every order without a second thought and providing her planet after planet. however the truth is she absolutely loathes the warlord and wishes to crush him with her own fists, she plans to usurp frieza one day and take the force of her own, annihilate her parents, and rule planet majick with an iron fist, as well as the rest of the universe.

There’s a party happening right now and everyone’s invited. The music’s playing, the fridge is loaded and the bathtub’s full of ice. All the ingredients for the sickest soiree are in place. There’s just one problem: the guests have yet to arrive. Welcome to the world of security tokens, where you can tokenize anything you like, but making it tradable is another matter entirely.

STOs Are on the Rise But Liquidity Is Non-Existent
HYGH is a peer-to-peer advertising network and content management system seeking to make outdoor displays affordable to businesses of all kinds. It’s currently raising funds via a token sale, and has elected for an STO over an ICO. Explaining the rationale, CEO Vincent Mueller said: “We see clear benefits to aligning incentives between the project and its backers, and we believe a compliant STO is the best way to achieve this. We’ve set a small check size of $500, in exchange for which investors will receive a 9% share of revenue.” A security token offering was chosen, he added, on account of it being the most ethical means of raising money, helping investors become long-term advocates for the company, rather than short-term token flippers, as was the case with the ICOs of yore.
But how long-term are we talking about when it comes to trading security tokens? In the U.S., there’s generally a one-year lock-up before securitized assets become tradable, but that’s not to say that STO investors can exit after 12 months. Offloading any asset requires a counterparty willing to acquire it, and right now accredited investors with the means and will to purchase security tokens on the secondary market are thin on the ground – as are trading platforms themselves, for that matter.
First Comes Infrastructure, Then Liquidity
The Winklevoss twins might have caught flak for Gemini’s “Crypto needs rules” campaign, but when it comes to securities trading, they’re absolutely right. While the legal status of utility tokens can be debated ad infinitum, securities will always be securities, and thus any project pondering an STO must ensure they are au fait with all pertinent regulations before proceeding. Furthermore, any exchange wishing to list these assets requires a license from their securities regulator, which doesn’t dole such permits out to just anyone.
At Token Summit New York last week, Josh Stein, CEO of security token exchange Harbor, had a lot to say about the state of the nascent industry. “The issue is getting a critical mass of investments and investors,” he told event organizer William Mougayar. “You can have the best tech in the world, but you still need buyers and sellers willing to transact … It’s like a fission reaction, you gotta reach critical mass.” Solving that chicken and egg problem is a task that call for a multilateral approach involving STO projects, issuance platforms, custody providers, secondary exchanges, regulators, and all the other intermediaries who govern the complex security token landscape.
Josh Stein
From ICO to STO – With an IEO Pitstop in Between
If 2017’s ICO boom was an illegal rave – wild and untamed, hella fun, but ultimately unsustainable – then the incoming STO wave is more of a swanky after-party. There’s still fun to be had and networking to be done, but there are bouncers on the door and it’s an invite-only affair. Despite these restrictions, security tokens still have the power to democratize investment and unlock innovative new financial products, just like conventional crypto assets.
“The short-term innovation is minimizing the investor amount,” opined Harbor’s Josh Stein. “From $500K to $10K. So the short-term effect is to add liquidity and lower check sizes.” As for the long-term, he speculated: “When you have real estate bonds, you can leverage them … get increased credit on them using Darma or multi collateral Dai. The innovation today is the liquidity, which quickly leads into smaller units, more investors participating.”
In the here and now, the prognosis on the STO ecosystem is bullish, with a number of big money deals between major industry players being inked. In the past week alone, we’ve seen:
Rhodium Capital Advisors, lift the lid on a $100M tokenized real estate fund using Harbor’s security token protocol and platform.
CF Capital Group, a resource mining advisory firm, unveil a $250M STO using a multi-jurisdictional protocol from Koreconx.
Polymath team up with Cardano and Ethereum co-founder Charles Hoskinson to create security token blockchain Polymesh.
There are other ways to issue securities, even within the cryptocurrency landscape, than through an STO, it should be noted. Kraken exchange, for example, has begun offering dividends to investors, with check sizes as small as $1,000 significantly lowering the barriers to entry.
We are always looking for ways to democratize access to our equity, allowing more of our valued clients to become valued investors. To that end, we partnered with @BankToTheFuture to create an opportunity to invest in Kraken: https://t.co/DZA1nYFPqe

Josh Stein predicts a future that will include securities which live only onchain – native digital securities. For now, most of the assets being tokenized are traditional securities such as real estate and bonds. Just as it would have been impossible, a decade ago, to visualize many of Bitcoin’s present day use cases, it is safe to assume that there will be applications for security tokens we have yet to conceive. In the meantime, for anyone wishing to get their hands on a tokenized security via the secondary market, it will be necessary to wait a while longer. “A year from now you’ll start to see the beginning of trading,” ventured Harbor’s CEO.
