Some De'Vonte sketches cause I love my black king

After Stephanie and Ryan had De'Vonte shortly after Ridiculous Race ended, Ryan urges her to go to a therapist to see what's the root of her constant outburst of anger.

Out of obligation, she decided to agree. Turns out she had undiagnosable BPD, which is why she was constantly lashing out and self destructive behavior.

So after a while, she was put on medication to calm the manic episodes she'd usually have. Now she's more mellow, which made Ryan instantly relieved.

Unlike Caroline, De'Vonte actually found out early on that his parents were on reality TV. The fans that were constantly harassing the couple with questions helped his suspicions.

He definitely picked up his father's chillness, along with his mother's odd strength, as they made him sign up for the gym early on in his childhood.

Overall, the couple is doing wayyy better than they were 20 years ago thanks to De'Vonte

may or may not be spinning a wheel to decide who i draw now because i like all these nerds too much to choose on my own lol the daters were kinda tricky for me, since they don't seem like the kind of people to get involved with drama or other people in general, but ryan feels like he'd be an easy pawn for alejandro despite how generally friendly / nonchalant he is towards everyone during the race (aside from steph for a bit) but lowkey if any of y'all have your own headcanons for these two goobers in wawanawkwa university i'd love to hear it! oh and i feel like it's a good time to mention, but this whole university theme shouldn't be taken at face value-- if anyone knows chris, things are bound to get a little more interesting down the line at this 'university' as in like, once i start writing real plot. but concepts are fun too ^^ before i pass out for the night, thanks to everyone reblogging and tuning in!! it really means a lot to me and this silly little project to have your support <3
