Kirk-Constantin
Part 1 of 3.
I don't believe Red is an imposter and I certainly don't believe he's Katarina. I have many reasons for both. I believe the lies lie in the Kirk & Constantin identities. This is my Kirk-Constantin Identity List. I'll include points about "The American" while I'm at it.
2x20-
I don't believe it a coincidence that Tom enters a bathroom to ask a Russian questions about Katarina Rostova while using Constantin as an alias and tying that alias to Berlin.
Tom: Did the same thing last month. Itā€™s probably why you donā€™t recognize me. Constantin. Berlin, man, heā€™s tough. I had to get away for a while, go to Germany, figure a few things out.
3x21-
Alexander Kirk is the only name we hear in season three until the finale. This Alexander Kirk identity is used by everyone involved. Tom claims not to know him. Red introduces him to the task force as Alexander Kirk.
Red: Alexander Kirk is the alias of an oligarch who made a fortune after the fall of the Soviet Union buying mining operations for pennies on the dollar. In 2002, he went into hiding after falling out of favor with the Kremlin. He owes his survival to some of the worldā€™s most powerful politicians whose careers he secretly bankrolls. But Alexander Kirk is the man responsible for Elizabethā€™s death. He hired Susan Hargrave to abduct her, which is why we need to work with Hargrave to find him.
Kirk: Do you know what Iā€™m thinking, Raymond? That house by the water, holding a gun in your mouthā€¦ I should have pulled the trigger. So, you have my money and my senator. You donā€™t have me.
3x23-
To Kate, Red refers to him as Alexander Kirk, and her response is that of fear because she believes as Red does. They're in grave danger.
Kaplan: I wonā€™t tell you where they are. Red: You donā€™t understand, Kate. I know where they are, and so does Alexander Kirk. Kaplan: Kirk? Red: He was tracking Tom. He knows theyā€™re in Cuba. Heā€™s flying there as we speak. Kaplan: No. Red: I need an address. I know you had her best interests at heart, that you were trying to protect her, but now, because of you, Agnes is in grave danger. Kaplan: Not just Agnes.
Alexander Kirk's words to Liz-
Kirk: Hello, Masha. Iā€™ve been imagining this moment for the last 25 years. Liz: Who are you? Kirk: Alexander Kirk. That wasnā€™t always so. Once, a long time agoā€¦ my name was Constantin Rostov. Masha, Iā€™m your father.
When we get to season 4, that identity switches back and forth between the two, though Constantin is rarely mentioned, it's Kirk they refer to most. These are the only scenes they refer to him as Constantin-
4x1-
Kirk: Hello, Raymond. Red: Elizabeth, are you okay? Kirk: Of course she is. Unlike you, I would never hurt my own daughter. Red: Elizabeth? Elizabeth. Liz: Iā€™m on your left. Red: Constantin. What do you want? Name it. You bring her out unharmed, youā€™ll have it.
Then Red introduces him to the task force as Constantin. We don't get to see Tom's or Kate's reaction to this identity.
Red: We have two targetsā€“ Elizabeth Keen and Agnes Keenā€“ traveling separate paths to an unknown location. Constantin Rostov, also know as Alexander Kirk, fled with Elizabeth in a private seaplane that departed from Playa Largaā€¦
4x3-
Katarina writes in her journal using "Constantin."
Katarina's Journal: "Seeing Masha with Constantin makes me think of my own father. I wonder what he would say now about the choices Iā€™ve made. Look at meā€“ in love with the man I was sent to seduce and betray. An American. Raymond wants me to run, take Masha and disappear with him, but how could I do that to her? Sheā€™s my entire life. Sheā€™s everything."
Red: Well done, Constantin. Kirk: I was about to say the same to you, Raymond. So close and yet so far. Still as tenacious as ever.
Katarina's Journal: "Today, the doctor confirmed our worst fears. Constantin is going to need blood transfusions to raise his blood count. Heā€™s known his whole life this day might come, but still itā€™sā€“ itā€™s terrifying. The only blessing is that this accursed disease that has afflicted his family for generations is passed from father to son and that Masha is safe. Masha."
4x6-
Red: This is madness, Constantin. Because you cannot have that child, youā€™re gonna take her forever from her mother? Itā€™s madness. Constantin, this needs to end now.
4x8-
Red: Constantin. Kirk: Sheā€™s not my daughter. Red: No, sheā€™s not. Kirk: And yet, sheā€™s here.
Kirk: I donā€™t really know how we got here, Raymond. I remember being an honest businessman in a happy marriage until you came along. Red: Constantin, I can save your life.
4x17-
Not a single mention of Constantin in 17. Every reference is Alexander Kirk, and he's only mentioned twice.
Kate: Are you hurt? Katarina: Iā€™m fine. Alexander will be home soon. He canā€™t see this.
Katarina: What you saw, itā€™s more than Alexander or anyone knows about me, except the people I work for.
The American. Because Kirk is also a blonde, I understand why Kate would ask if Masha was kidnapped by The American. But I do find it interesting for Katarina to refer to him as Alexander, yet Masha as Masha. That makes no sense. Katarina accidentally slips and speaks Raymond's name during the abduction scene. Kate asked her if she gave his name to the police. Katarina's response was all I needed, it speaks to exactly what Red's been saying all along.-
Kate: Did you give the police his name? Katarina: Never. Itā€™d put Masha in dangerā€“ even more danger.
Liz: The only memory I have of my real father is from the night of the fire. I remember him pulling me out of the flames saving me. Red: Yes. And knowing his identity would put you in grave danger.
Katarina mentions Red's name again.-
Kate: You need to come back for your daughter. Itā€™s been over a week. Katarina: I canā€™t. The KGB uncovered my affair with Raymond, which means US Intelligence knows as well. Both sides are tracking me down. I have to leave the country.
Kate mentions Red to Sam.-
Kate: She told me that you are the only person who knew both her and Raymond, the only one they both trusted.

So yeah... the tap in Cooperā€™s office. Funny howĀ ā€œthe farmā€ doesnā€™t contact Odette while Red talks about an immunity deal for Le Bron in the War Room. They wait until Cooper calls Panabaker for it. And while listening to Cooperā€™s phone call to Panabaker, they get the details for Le Bronā€™s transport.Ā

Agnes
Life or death.
Iā€™m considering the implications in dialogue.Ā Interesting to say the least, since I canā€™t imagine how it would play out if either happened. But here goes.Ā
Red gave Liz that warning before the wedding-
ā€œYou were wrong about him once. What makes you so sure youā€™re not wrong this time? Do you really want your child to pay the price for that mistake for the rest of his or her life?ā€
This warning leads to the possibility of Agnes dealing with special needs for the rest of her life, from Lady Ambrosia episode.Ā
Tom gave this line of dialogue to Vasily while getting Kirkā€™s SVR file-
ā€œIā€™m a dad. Alexander Kirk took my little girl. And Iā€™ll do anything to get her back. So, if you pick up your hand and that is your intel on Kirk, then on the life of my daughter, you have my word that my intel on you will be destroyed.ā€
This is ā€œon the life.ā€
Interesting to note, is the manā€™s name. Vasily. It should sound familiar. We had a Vasilia in Lady Ambrosia. I donā€™t believe thatā€™s a coincidence. Itā€™s the same as Rostov and Rostova, male and female form.Ā
So this is where I currently stand on the matter of Agnesā€™s well being and Kirk having taken her stem cells, which could very well also explain what Red and Vasilia were talking about in Lady Ambrosia, with Nikolai. Maybe a similar play to Tomā€™s story with Agnes-
Vasilia: ā€œI never blamed him for what happened. He blamed himself.ā€
So we have one speaking of Agnes paying for that mistake for the rest of her life, and Tom staking her life on the SVR file. Not a coincidence. Now, here come the implications of the dialogue and how what happens could depend on who the biological father is.Ā
Tom. If heā€™s not the biological father, he is not her father. Not even her stepfather, considering he and Liz never got married. With Tom not being the biological father or the stepfather, I believe Agnes will end up with special needs. If Tom is the biological father or considered the stepfather, I believe they could very well kill off Agnes.Ā
Itā€™s all dependent on whether or not sheā€™s Tomā€™s daughter or Resslerā€™s, since Tom is the one who placed the life of ā€œhisā€ daughter on Kirkā€™s file. That said, if Agnes isnā€™t ā€œhisā€ daughter, then he better hope he has all boys when he settles down to have children. Not sure if that will follow through... just keeping that in mind, since I think Kirk is his biological father.Ā
Yes, Iā€™m taking it all down to the dialogue. I believe this is where Tomā€™s regret will come. The regret spoken of on the jet when Red said it requires age or wisdom. It will be the regret that leads him to the spinoff, in search of his own answers. His regret will be similar to Redā€™s with Liz. His having put Agnes in danger.
Consider me crazy, Iā€™m just playing along with an entire season worth of dialogue, scenes, and my own interpretation.Ā
Now Iā€™m off to consider the possibiilty of this being theĀ ā€œgrave dangerā€ and ā€œregretā€ Red is facing with Liz, perhaps maybe why he no longer considers himself her father. Though I believe thatā€™s mostly for Sam, and the promise he made, I still have to consider it.

Itā€™s safe to say, Ressler might be sitting on a little secret of his own, and weā€™ll be digging that up in the back half of this season.
Prediction: Resslerā€™s little secret is Redā€™sĀ ā€œlittle secret.ā€ That Freelancer DNA report Liz threw in the trash.Ā I think he had it all this time, but never bothered to open it because he wanted to give Liz the benefit of the doubt. I think it's buried in his desk drawer like Aram's Berdy intel was. I think that's also why the extraction doctor asked Ilya to open up the Belgrade memory like a drawer.
Skovic: There is a memory I want you to open for me - uh, like a drawer.
There's another "drawer." Resslerā€™s, revealing Ilyaā€™s Reddington ruse. I think that was their reason for Ressler's scene with Luke in Hannah's episode, asking who the mother is. It parallels Tom reading the DNA report on real Red's bones at Union Station. I think that Freelancer DNA report will play opposite Tom in 5x1. And I've finally come up with a scenario that would cause him to dig up this report and actually look at it.Ā
Cooper: You have Reddington? Ressler: Yeah. Been through hell, but heā€™s okay. Better than Rostova. Aram: Katarina? Ressler: No. Dominic.
I think itā€™ll come up in conversation with Aram because heā€™s the one who caught onto the gender mistake. Once he realizes he referred to Dom using the female form, Ressler will consider that letter from Lena at the post office.
Ressler: I donā€™t understand. The letter was sent to a woman.
From Lenaā€™s letter to that FreelancerĀ DNA report.Ā
Red: She doesnā€™t have a name. Sheā€™s a ghost. Think of a name, any name, and that could be it.
Jake: Well, the box is registered to a Tracey Ivers, but thatā€™s the guy who picked it up.

Fire argument, bits out of order.
Section one:
Father: Okay, stay here sweetheart. No matter what happens, you need to stay here and not come out until I come get you. Understand?
Mother: Where is she? Father: You shouldnā€™t be here. You canā€™tā€¦ (garbled) Mother: Iā€™m not leaving without Masha. Father: Her name is Elizabeth. Mother (calling): Masha! Father: Sheā€™s not going back with you. Mother: You canā€™t take herā€¦ (garbled) Mother: How could you steal her from me? Father: Ā I di- You wouldnā€™t let me see her. Mother (calling): Masha! Father: Get out... (garbled) ...Now! Mother: Get your hands off me. Mother: Did you think you could get away with it? That I wouldnā€™t find you? Mother: Where is she?! Father: Okay. Youā€™re not here for her. Mother: Listen, youā€™re in trouble. Father: Because of you. Mother: Yes. Father: You told them. Mother: Yes, I did. I told them.
Section two (after tangent memory):
Father: Stay here. Donā€™t go anywhere.
Mother: It was my job. Father: It was your job? To spy on me? Mother: Yes. No, I didnā€™t want to. I-I tried to protect you. Father: Is that what you call it? Mother: ...(garbled) they threatened Masha. Father: Thatā€™s what I justā€¦ (garbled)
Mother: Because I love you.
Section three (after her "father" arrives):
Mother: Theyā€™ll kill you if you donā€™t give it back. Father: Theyā€™ll kill me if I do. Father: Sheā€™s not here. Mother: Did you really think Iā€™d let this happen? That I wouldnā€™t come for her? Father: Hey! Mother: That I wouldnā€™t find you? Father: Get away from there. Itā€™s not here. Man: (garbled) ā€¦is the only thing keeping me alive. Father: Who the hell are they?! Mother: Split up. Start with the basement; the attic.
Section four (after Red joins Liz and Dr. Orchard):
Mother: Take it apart comb everyā€¦ (garbled) Father: Itā€™s not here. (garbled) Father: (garbled) ā€¦not here. Father: Youā€™re not taking her. Mother: Are you crazy?
Masha: Stop. Father: ā€¦Doubleā€¦ (garbled) Mother: Get away. Father: Right now! (the shooting happens)
Similarities in dialogue-
-Sections three and four have similar dialogue pertaining to Liz and the fulcrum.
"Itā€™s not here.ā€--ā€œItā€™s not here.ā€--ā€œnot here.ā€
I believe this section of dialogue belongs in the beginning, since the father said, ā€œOkay. Youā€™re not here for her.ā€ Katarina is there for Masha, so heā€™s speaking to someone else... and if heā€™s speaking to someone else, heā€™s speaking of the fulcrum.
ā€œSplit up. Start with the basement; the attic. Take it apart comb everyā€¦ā€ I believe this section belongs in the beginning as well.Ā
-Sections three and one have similar context pertaining to Liz.Ā
ā€œDid you think you could get away with it? That I wouldnā€™t find you?ā€
ā€œDid you really think Iā€™d let this happen? That I wouldnā€™t come for her?ā€
This leads me to believe this dialogue belongs at the beginning. Ā
