A/B/O Arranged Marriage AU

It is well known in the Senju clan that Tobirama is an omega. He is a role model for all the omegas in their clan. He's strong, capable, smart, good with kids, and he can cook.

The Senju clan are considered progressive by most clans. While many clans allow omegas to fight, most keep them closer to the compound. And for the most part none hold a high position. And certainly an omega would never be a clan head or heir.

However in the Senju leadership is more based on strength. It's still handed down to the oldest child but if a second or third born was noticeably stronger they could challenge for leadership.

So far it's never happened.

Butsuma was second born but his superior strength was obvious once he started training and his older brother was happy to step down.

Madara and Hashirama are both clan heads after the death of their fathers.

Tobirama injured Izuna as usual, but this time Madara accepts peace to save his brother.

Once at the negotiating table the Uchiha demand a marriage.

Tobirama is quick to offer himself. Obviously Hashirama is married and he would never ask his clan members for anything he wouldn't willingly give.

The Uchiha laugh and say they would never allow the sharingan to marry in to the Senju.

The Senju are all confused, and Tobirama corrects them and tells them he would be the one marrying in.

The Uchiha again decline, they aren't about to marry one of their omegas to the white demon.

The Senju are confused again.

Hashirama clarifies that Tobirama is the omega.

The Uchiha are all shocked and appalled. They ask for a recess to discuss this new information.

They all have mixed emotions. Yes having the white demon in their possession would be ideal. Not to mention he would undoubtedly produce strong children. But also what kind of omega is a Shinobi??

They all agree that would have to be stopped if he were to join. He would be expected to become a proper wife and omega.

It's decided that either Izuna or Madara are the only options. After much consideration it is decided that Izuna will marry Tobirama. It's only right that Tobirama be forced to become subservient to Izuna after he injured him.

The Uchiha come back and tell the Senju that Izuna will marry Tobirama.

They go over spouse duties and expectations for Tobirama and Hashirama stops it basically before it starts.

He is livid. They will not treat his little brother as little more than a servant and broodmare. His brother is a strong capable Shinobi.

The Uchiha scoff at this. They explain that isn't what is happening. This is a basic marriage contract used regularly in the clan. They aren't asking any more of him than any other omega in the clan.

Hashirama is like nope. Then we can have a ceasefire we don't need a village, you all can fuck off.

Tobirama stops him. He tells Hashirama that he can learn to be. A good wife for Izuna. That for the safety of his clan he will do this.

They share prolonged eye contact full of silent debate, but Hashirama relents. He does however demand two extra clauses, one that Tobirama is never expected to do something other omegas don't have to. And second that if Izuna or any other Uchiha lays a hand on Tobirama intending to do harm then Tobirama will leave. That Hashirama himself will come and take him and if they have any children, those children too.

The Uchiha obviously fight this. But Hashirama doubles down with do you expect your heir to become an abusive alpha and husbands? No? Then they will agree to this stipulation.

They grudgingly do, with harsh glares thrown Izuna's way making it known he had vetter not fuck this up

Izuna just rolls his eyes.

Marriage is as awful as Tobirama had expected. He is little more than a housewife and Izuna takes every opportunity to tell him how he is failing. He is forced to take lessons from elders on how to be a 'proper' wife.

No one mistreats him, likely the whole clan knows about Hashirama's clause and no one is willing to fuck that up. But that doesn't mean people are nice to him.

Madara isn't bad, he is respectful and if he has any complaints he comes to him quietly and lets him know, for the most part it's just suggestions on how to do something to avoid Izuna.

Izuna is never abusive, he doesn't call him names, he just takes great joy in pointing out his flaws.

And then there is the sex.

Izuna is both the best and the worst.

He takes great joy in dragging out Tobirama's pleasure. He keeps him on edge the entire time, and seems to make it his goal to make Tobirama cry.

The most he has gotten out is a tear or two in frustration after what felt like hours of edging.

He doesn't understand why Izuna does it like this. He has fully expected Izuna to be a selfish partner.

Tobirama wishes he was. He seems determined to torture him with sexual pleasure.

Tobirama can't even complain to anyone about it.

Overall marriage sucks. He misses being a Shinobi. He misses belonging only to himself. And he's sick of taking care of all the household duties. But this is his duty now and he won't fail.

It takes 4 months for his biannual heat to hit and Tobirama is dreading it. Izuna is definitely going to get him to cry and this will probably be the most painful heat ever with how much Izuna likes to drag sex out.

Izuna is an ass. He has enjoyed fucking with Tobirama. He wants to see Tobirama lose that superior look on his face. He wants to break him.

Sex is the closest he gets to that. At least there he can make Tobirama lose his composure.

He feels a little smug about it.

But then Tobirama's heat hits. And yeah basically everything Tobirama had fear was what Izuna had planned.

But what Izuna isn't expecting is how much he dislikes seeing Tobirama actually desperate. He doesn't like seeing him beg. And he hates seeing him cry. By the end of the first day Izuna's only goal is to make this the best heat Tobirama has ever experienced.

Which he succeedes at.

This turns out to be a turning point. No longer can Izuna see Tobirama as his cold hearted enemy.

This is his wife. What should have been his mate if they hadn't agreed to wait until they both wanted it.

Tobirama is an actual person.

He does a complete 180. No longer will be nitpicking everything Tobirama does.

Izuna doesn't turn into a completely different person. He still thinks omegas should stay at home with the family.

But it makes him reconsider things.

So he loosens things up for Tobirama.

Decides to let him train again.

Even spars with him.

Once Madara is aware that Izuna is backing down he starts offering to help cook. Something he used to enjoy doing but stopped at Izuna's request.

By the time Tobirama's next heat hits things are much better for Tobirama. Yes the majority of the household chores are his, and he still isn't allowed to go on missions, but overall it's not a bad life. Ozuna has also started to court him.

He hasn't brought up mating but he knows that Izuna is hoping they can during this heat.

Tobirama isn't decided so he decides to wait until his next heat.

But then Izuna shocks him. Izuna asks him if he wants to get pregnant. Because if not Izuna will respect his decision.

Tobirama thinks on it all the way up until his heat hits and decides yes, he does.

He also decided to let Izuna mate him.

Tobirama has no canon wife in the manga or anime, right? most others would think that it’s because he’s a workaholic and too busy for romance and shit. but I’m here to make a delusional hc abt Tobi not having a wife.

he’s too focused on his enemy. the Uchihas. and who is his main Uchiha enemy? Izuna. the Sasuke in their time lolol. anyway, I just think Tobirama’s world revolves around Izuna’s shit (let’s just say bc they’re enemies so this would seem less delusional lol) and he had zero time of looking for a wife. in fact, I don’t think he’s interested or even looked for one. has he been offered, either way I can see him rejecting the offer.

unlike his goofy older brother, Tobirama wasn’t interested in arranged marriage. he doesn’t see the point of it. forcing two people to be with each other to have an ‘alliance’ or to ‘strenghthen’ two clans’ union? he’s not a fan of that. he’d rather have the formal and more trustworthy way. but seriously, having an alliance just because of marriage?

Of course you can! I always accept multiple prompts by the same person as long as prompts are open. And as long as they don’t send an unreasonable amount lol. Thank you! ♥️

“Touch my hair again and I’ll kill you,” Izuna says flatly.

“But it’s so pretty,” Tobirama returns just as deadpan, pressing the paperwork Izuna left on Tobirama’s desk into his hands.

“Wha— did you fucking asshole seriously try to pull my hair to get my attention instead of oh, I don’t know, calling me by my name and waiting for me to turn around, because of some paperwork?!”

Tobirama doesn’t even bat an eye as he taunts, “It’s hardly my fault you’re so far down that it would take too long for my voice to reach your ears, shorty.”

Izuna can only open his mouth in outrage, looking like he’s ready to throw his entire inventory of curses at Tobirama’s head, before he’s interrupted by Hashirama’s loud voice at the end of the corridor with an “Oh, just kiss already!”, which earns him a deadly glare and an equally loud “No, absolutely not!” from Madara, who is standing next to him.

For a moment they all stare at Hashirama in complete silence, almost deafening due to the extreme contrast of a shouting match that was about to break out had Hashirama not intervened, and Tobirama has no sympathy for his anija at all, when Izuna is the first to break the silence and throws a kunai at Hashirama, missing him by a hair’s breadth, and the tips of his ears suddenly turn crimson—a detail that Tobirama’s keen eyes don’t miss.

He can’t help the tiny twitch of his lips then; it’s cute how, even after almost a year of their secret relationship, Izuna still blushes at the mere prospect of physical intimacy between them.

Ok so, based on this post, but taking it a little to the left and making it funnier and much more chaotic

So, Madara and Izuna both want to send Tobirama hate mail. More than that, they want to go the extra mile here, really do something petty. So, they both begin to look into flower languages with an intent to insult Tobirama by showing genuine effort put into their little "go jump off the hokage tower" messages.

It's to note here that both Izuna and Madara have no idea that the other is doing this. They both think it's their own original idea, and aren't mentioning it to the other.

So then, you ask, what is the difference between the two of them?

Well, Madara stops at ordinary flower language.

He goes to his local flower shop, asks the girl at the desk to help explain the meanings of a few things, then laughs maniacally as he starts putting together a bouquet that is essentially hate mail in flower form. Full of flowers that signify loathing, bad luck and ill omens, all that good shit

Izuna, meanwhile, takes a moment to think.

The Senju are a clan that practically worships the mokuton, arent they? Their whole thing is nature, so perhaps they would have different meanings for their own flowers...? He asks around, and finds that yes, they do, though most Senju seem to find it 'a waste of their time' to tell him much more

Luckily, Izuna manages to get his little paws on an old Senju flower language study, and uses it to make his own hate mail flower bouquet. Nice one Izuna!

Here's the twist though: Yes, the Senju do use their own flower language. They see it as the "true" meaning of flowers, and completely ignore anyone who tells them otherwise. But, it's updated every time there's a new mokuton user. The new mokuton user going through each flower and telling their clansmen the "real" meaning of each one. So the study Izuna found was way out of date and completely non applicable

Meaning that neither of the bouquets the brothers made say what they mean them to say.

So !

Madara gives Tobirama his flowers. Tobirama looks at Madara. Standing smug and radiating 'I hate your guts' energy.

Tobirama looks at the flowers, which are filled exclusively with sexual innuendos and "I want to ravish you in the fields" flowers. Placed right in the center of the bouquet, higher than all the others, a single bloom that means "passionate forbidden love"

(eternal hatred, the store clerk had assured Madara)

Tobirama looks back at Madara. Still looking smug, staring at him expectantly.

Tobirama turns bright red and power walks away as fast as he can.

Madara takes the redness to mean anger and congratulates himself on a job well done, walking off smug and happy (but maybe a little disappointed there was no yelling. Still, he'd never seen the Senju run away before! Ha)

The next day, it's Izuna's turn.

Tobirama, feeling like someone has to be fucking with him at this point, looks at Izuna. Who is radiating what can only be described as 'I'm going to kill you in your sleep and enjoy it more than anyone should' energy.

Tobirama looks at the flowers, which are filled with meanings of 'innocent love in bloom' and 'soft, secret passion' and 'dreams of a better tomorrow.' Just a bunch of really cute, romantic, soft meanings

And Tobirama just. Once again, turns somehow an even brighter shade of red than the first time and runs away with his tail between his legs.

Izuna, just like his brother, is patting himself on the back for his hard work. Did you see the way he ran? Incredible. Izuna has to do this again to see if it gets the same reaction. Maybe next time he'll fill his office with the flowers...?

(Both times, it should be noted, Tobirama did in fact take the flowers with him)

So, yk, Tobirama has no idea what's going on but feels like there has to be some sort of trick being pulled on him. He can not decide what any of this shit makes him feel

(if only one of the brothers had approached him, maybe he would have tried to reply in kind to their perceived genuineness, but the fact that it was both...? No, no, he can not comprehend what the hell is going on there.)

I think it'd be funny if more Uchiha (or in general just people who disliked Tobirama: of which there were a lot) caught on to this and fell into the same pitfalls as Madara and Izuna. From Tobirama's perspective, suddenly he's so popular? He's never been so popular before? What is going on?

Ok so now. Pivoting. I bring to you: Uchiha Hikaku.

So Tobirama is kind of gravitating towards Hikaku, the only perceived still "normal" person around as every other Uchiha has begun to send him scandalous flowers.

Hikaku is so mellow and normal, it brings Tobirama comfort as he tries to put his head on straight about what the hell is happening otherwise. They got along anyways, they work well together, both are professional and straight to the point men and they get their work done quickly and then go home— just the way they like it.

And so one day, someone tells Hikaku smthn along the lines of "wow Tobirama is so nice to u, u should really count ur blessings you lucky bastard"

And Hikaku is like "Hmm. Perhaps I should show him my gratitude somehow...?" And goes out and ends up at the flower store.

Meanwhile, the flower girl finds that these Uchiha really like their hate flowers. Like, an alarming amount. Hikaku comes in and she's already reaching for the "I want you to die in a fire" dandelions

But no, Hikaku is there for something much more normal. Just a couple small flowers, something simple and professional, to mean smthn along the lines of 'appreciation' and 'hard work'

I'm sure you can see where this is going.

So Hikaku goes in and gives these flowers to Tobirama like I hope to continue our harmonious working relationship. And. Tobirama looks at the flowers.

Which, obviously, do not mean what Hikaku thinks they mean. Instead of 'appreciation' and 'hard work' they instead mean something a little more along the lines of 'quiet loathing' and 'you are a lazy bastard'

And that, my friends, is the story of how Hikaku became the first Uchiha to successfully send Tobirama hate flowers.

(And was also the first Uchiha to not have actually tried sending Tobirama hate flowers.)

Anyways then Izuna and Madara fill Tobirama's office with flowers that alternate meanings of 'lets get married, Im so in love with you, we are soulmates' and 'I want to fuck nasty in the barn out back' and Hashirama sees it and nearly fucking kills them both

I've updated my story! Chapter 2/3

Tomorrow Will Not Be Too Late

If you read the first chapter then I'd like to warn you it gets worse before it gets better.

If you haven't and this is the first time then I'd like to warn you it starts out bad, but if you make it to chapter 3 it will get better!

And by that I mean there is a lot of hurt, then some more hurt, then a shiver of comfort, then more hurt and in chapter 3 there will be some actual comfort!

It is TobiIzu but the focus is Tobirama and his life

Summary:

Tobirama has always done his best to do what he is supposed to (to be a good son, a good brother, a good shinobi). It turns out that, according to his father, some of these things are mutually exclusive, and Tobirama hasn't chosen the right ones. And Butsuma won't allow anything other than his perfect soldier to exist. Now, Tobirama has no choice but to obey.
