A quick analysis of the puppy scene in 3x15, because my OTP is perfect.

This is honestly just a whole lot of gushing and flailing, tbh. Because Kurt and Blaine and their relationship are wonderful and I love them so, so much. So much so that I can write paragraphs on a scene that is barely one minute long. 

This somehow ended up being much longer than I intended, oops. Hope you enjoy it :)

We start off this scene with Blaine alone at his locker, presumably putting away his belongings from his last class, and you can still see Kurt’s ‘Gay-diddy-gay-gay-gay’ class council election poster on the inside of Blaine’s locker, even months after Kurt lost the election. But Blaine still keeps it up, because he loves Kurt, and if he had it his way, Kurt would win everything. Awww. He appears to be deep in thought, and when Kurt hides behind Blaine’s locker, speaking in the world’s most adorably terrible British accent, it startles Blaine for a second.

And man, does that make me sad. This is a kid that has been bullied, undoubtedly shoved into lockers and pushed here and there just like Kurt was. He hears an unfamiliar voice and immediately flinches back in fear, expecting the worst. 

But it isn’t the worst - it’s the best. Because it’s Kurt, the person Blaine loves more than anything, hiding behind the locker, and it’s Kurt speaking in that cute-ass accent holding a stuffed puppy in front of his face. 

(Side note - I once read that Chris Colfer improvised the dialogue and accent of this scene, as well as coming up with the name for the puppy, which totally checks out since Chris is a huge Anglophile.)

And as soon as Blaine recognizes his boyfriend, his face breaks out into the sunniest smile, and he does his signature “Kurt-made-me-laugh” move, the blushy head-duck (see here for reference). 

Kurt also looks similarly delighted to see Blaine, because Blaine is lovely and Kurt loves him so, so much, and because he’s also excited to show Blaine the gift he got him and help Blaine out with his problems. Kurt really loves Blaine, y’all. He looks so damn proud of the stuffed animal he got for him and equally proud of his own ability to make Blaine laugh with his clever puns. 

Kurt goes on to explain that Finn won the stuffed puppy while out at the amusement park for Senior Skip Day, along with thirteen others for Rachel, and as soon as he says this, Blaine nods along as if to say - oh, of course, that Rachel - because Blaine is considerate as hell and knows his friends very well. And in honest-to-god Kurt fashion, bb stole the puppy from his brother, because Kurt is the definition of Be Gay, Do Crime, and he also recognizes that Rachel does not need 14 different stuffed animals. 

He pouts a little right then, telling Blaine that he wanted to give it to him so that Blaine would have something, since Kurt wasn’t able to convince Blaine to go with them on the field trip. I wonder how that conversation went. 

Also, pouty Kurt is fucking adorable. Protect him at all costs.

Blaine is melancholy again, telling Kurt that he would have just brought the mood down for the group. And when Blaine says this? Kurt stops beating around the bush and gets straight to the point. 

Sweetly stroking the stuffed puppy, Kurt tells Blaine that he understands him. That he gets that family problems are hard, because they’re hard for him too. He uses himself as an example to try and get his point across to Blaine more effectively, and mentions that he and Finn disagree on nearly everything, but at the end of the day, they love one another and are always there for one another despite their differences. 

I’m also getting so many brotherly Furt feelings from Kurt referring to Finn as “the big lug” and talking about how much he loves him. Ugh. I also cry at the line where Kurt tells Blaine that he only has one brother and shouldn’t give up on that, given what happens to Finn. I wish we’d gotten more of that relationship in canon before Cory’s untimely passing, because they clearly had so much love for one another, both on-screen and off.

Anyway, Kurt sees the love he has with his brother and wants Blaine to be able to experience the same thing, because he loves Blaine so, so much and he thinks that Blaine deserves everything great in this world. He also brings back the cute-ass accent, and upon seeing Blaine look upset, bumps Margaret Thatcher Dog against Blaine’s cheek to get him to smile again - which Blaine absolutely does; his face is bright and sunny again because of Kurt’s silliness. Awww. 

Kurt tells Blaine never to give up, and Blaine indignantly responds that Cooper is the one who is leaving for a big audition. Kurt pauses, and tells Blaine that Cooper hasn’t actually left him yet. He says that Cooper is waiting in the auditorium, hoping that Blaine will come and talk to him and make things right. This line very strongly implies that Kurt and Cooper coordinated this, and that Kurt made an effort of talking to Cooper to try and arrange a meeting with Blaine - because in a matter of mere days, Kurt was able to glean how important their relationship was to Blaine and wanted to do everything he could to fix it. Give him all the boyfriend awards, folks.

I’m kidding. Please don’t start the Better Boyfriend Olympics again, lol.

Blaine huffs out that talking doesn’t actually work with Cooper, and that he’s tried it to no avail. And Kurt just nods knowingly, as if he was aware that Blaine would say that. And though it isn’t explicitly mentioned, I bet he did know. He then goes on to say that perhaps talking isn’t the best answer for Blaine. Maybe there’s something else, a better method of communicating his feelings that would work more for Blaine. 

Okay. You know what this reminds me of? Flash back a year, to Silly Love Songs. This is (perhaps unintentionally) a direct callback to 2x12. Back when Blaine was still crushing on someone who is not Kurt, he said this to the Warblers about his idea to serenade Jeremiah. 

Blaine (2011): I'm not really good at talking about my feelings. I'm much better at singing them.

And here are Kurt’s words, from more than a year later. 

Kurt (2012): Maybe talking is not the answer. Maybe you need to show him how you really feel in the best, most honest way you know how. 

Can I just stop right here and squeal a little bit? Because Kurt knows his boyfriend so, so well. He remembers the things that Blaine tells him, even things from over a year ago. He holds onto this key piece of information about Blaine, because Blaine is important to him and the things he tells Kurt are worth remembering. And here, in this scene, he puts his memory to good use to try and remind Blaine of his most effective and heartfelt form of communication so that he can help Blaine mend fences with his brother. 

GIVE HIM THE BOYFRIEND AWARDS, FOLKS!

Kurt is so, supportive of Blaine and just wants the best for him, and it just boggles my mind when people claim that Kurt didn’t love Blaine as much as Blaine loved him, because from even short simple scenes like this one, anyone can tell that it isn’t true. 

After listening to Kurt, Blaine stops, and for the first time, genuinely considers it. Prior to this, all of Cooper’s attempts at talking couldn’t get through to him. Blaine still felt the jealousy and resentment from all those years growing up. But after hearing Kurt’s advice, he puts that aside and realizes that some things, like family, are more important, and so he makes that decision to go see his brother and try and express his feelings in a different way. 

Blaine turns to go meet Cooper, and Kurt watches him go, looking so damn proud of his boyfriend and so, so hopeful...

Y’all know what happens next. Blaine and Cooper, a pair of brothers, sing a breakup song. Yet somehow, it works. Singing manages to communicate all of those emotions that were suppressed before, and opens the doors for real conversation between the two of them. They do successfully patch things up, with Cooper finally recognizing Blaine’s talent and Blaine trying to support Cooper in future endeavors. They are on a path to a close relationship, which is all both of them had ever really wanted in the first place. 

And if not for Kurt’s advice, this may not have happened. Y’all heard that right - Kurt Hummel helped Blaine patch things up with a member of his family because he knew how important it was to Blaine, and he knew how badly Blaine wanted this even if Blaine didn’t let it show. From all the bits and pieces of information we’ve gathered over the years about Blaine’s family, they don’t appear to be all that close, which is why it’s even more important for Blaine that he is able to reconcile with his brother.

So...what was the point of this analysis? I’m not quite sure. I suppose I just had a lot of feelings about Blaine, Klaine, family, and the way that Kurt shows love. Like I’ve said millions of times, just because Kurt is more subtle in the way that he shows love to Blaine, doesn’t mean that it’s any less powerful. Scenes like this, in which he handpicks Blaine’s own words and uses them to push Blaine towards something he was too afraid to admit he really wanted? Kurt helping reconcile Blaine with his family? This is Klaine at its best, and scenes like this are why I will always, always ship this couple. 

Kurt and Blaine are incredible, y’all.

actually same i have a kind of deep voice for a girl, so i don’t like my singing voice. like it’s ok but definitely not good. but it would be so cute to cuddle on the beach and just end up falling asleep together. or just imagine you’re sitting by the bonfire but you get cold so one of them gives you their flannel and then pulls you closer to keep you warm 🥺🥺

I'm kinda embarrassed by how long this list is but also kinda like fuck that, there have been very long periods of time where it was either sit and watch shows all day or lie down and stare at the wall in silence all day so I chose the former and it adds up and there's nothing wrong with that.

Glow (Badass ladies learn to wrestle, great 80s aesthetics and grrrrl power.)

Our Planet (Netflix version of Planet Earth, beautiful, cute, terrifying that we aren’t doing more to save us all.)

Bojack Horseman (Hilarious and “deep” critique of LA and celebrity culture for people who don’t care about LA or celebrity culture. Also very funny visual jokes about how if animals were also kinda humans, and lots of great jokes about cliches and tropes, puns, and weirdly rhyming and alliteration? I don’t know how to explain it just watch it.)

Father Brown (BBC, based on mystery novels about a priest who always meddles in police business and solves murders in his small English countryside town.)

Pose (The Ball scene in NY in the 80s, poc queer and trans writers and actors bringing their people’s stories to life. So much joy, so much beauty, but also NYC in the 80s so you will cry.)

Paris is Burning (Documentary made during the Ball scene Pose is based on.)

Sex Education (Such empowering representations of all walks of gender and sexuality, and actually very educational, like I would straight up show this in schools because everyone would be very entertained and would learn a lot more than they teach in a lot of schools.)

What Happened Miss Simone (Documentary about Nina Simone’s life, music and the activism the establishment/ government worked to suppress and used to blacklist her.)

Night on Earth (Low light camera technology has gotten hella good and they’re starting to learn stuff about animals’ behaviors at night that they’ve never been able to study before.)

Call the Midwife (Follows stories from the midwives that worked in the East End of London after the war, based on memoirs. Interesting look at the kind of life of poverty people led before there were many large hospitals or birth control, right as the British were implementing their universal healthcare program.)

The Great British Baking Show (Everyone’s so nice and everything looks so good!)

Atypical (Dramady about a high schooler with autism and his family, very funny and great representations of autism and how to be a good dude.)

Parks and Recreation (Just very funny and everyone knows it. Amazing ensemble cast, and they still keeps in touch through a group chat awww doesn’t that say something!)

Kim’s Convenience (Canadian comedy about family of first and second gen Korean immigrants that’s just a really solid funny modern day sitcom.)

Queer Eye (I feel like if everyone in this world could get a life makeover from these guys we just wouldn’t be here right now.)

Obvious Child (Jenny Slate accidentally gets pregnant and gets an abortion. It’s funny and it’s realistic, we’re not all Juno.)

Maria Bamford: the Special Special Special (Rad lady comedian not afraid to talk about her mental health and lack thereof and very vocal about the stigma surrounding mental health problems and I very much relate to. My favorite standup probably ever. I could make a list just for standup so message me if you’d like more suggestions.)

Monty Python (Flying Circus, movies, doc, ect. “The Beatles of comedy” is the cliche but it's true.)

Easy (Very unconventional non-narrative structure and editing, following random people in Chicago in a very real life feeling way. Different story each episode, but sometimes characters show up briefly in each other’s lives or return for a second episode.)

Everything Sucks! (High school nerds and lesbians and theater geeks in the 90s! I’m so sad this only got one season I rewatched it recently and it’s just so solid.)

She’s Gotta Have It (Revival of Spike Lee’s first movie, black girl magic, art world, gentrified New York, lots of sex.)

The Office (Classic, holds up very well, totally solid throughout, worth a rewatch. Also if you're a fan Jenna Ficher and Angela Davis are doing a rewatch podcast jsyk.)

Billy on the Street (Mindless game show for laughs, amazing gay comedian runs around New York yelling questions at them. I watch this with my dad and he can’t help but snort even when it’s “inappropriate” or “juvenile” so you know it’s good.)

Good Girls (Some lower middle class family ladies that are all about to be broke decide to rob the grocery store one of them works at, but they accidentally cross a gang that stored their cash there, so they gotta pay it back, and of course can’t help but get deeper and deeper into it. Very suspenseful like your heart rate will go up and stay up. )

Arrested Development (It’s just funny, as you've probably heard, but I'm telling you it just really is.)

The Laundromat (Tells the stories of a few of the people involved in the panama papers in different ways, explains in an entertaining way how money laundering works in a way that made it mostly make sense even to me. The rich get richer, and Meryl Streep is here to tell them to fuck off and pay their taxes.)

Russian Doll (She keeps dying and coming back to the same moment over and over and can’t figure out how to stop the cycle or why so kinda sci fi, very suspenseful, big cliff hanger ending, or rather no ending, and just found out season two filming is delayed because virus which is very annoying!!)

Dear White People (Show picking up where the movie left off, after a frat hosts a black face party and the ivy league college is forced to deal with racism.)

Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings (Stories based on Dolly songs. Very Hallmark channel, you will cry.)

Episodes (Show about two British writers making a version of their BBC show for American tv. Kind of meta, very funny, Matt LaBlanc plays himself and it's great.)

Dumplin’ (Fat girl grows up with a beauty pageant winning mom and enters one herself with the help of her late aunt’s Dolly Parton drag queen friends.)

Lunatics (Chris Lilley is the best character actor ever, all his shows are just him playing different parts and you seriously forget it’s all one actor, even when he’s playing teenage girls.)

Jane the Virgin (Prime time soap opera about a girl who is engaged and waiting until marrige and is accidentally inseminated with the only sperm sample of a man who’s had cancer so decides to keep the baby, very heavy on the soap opera cliches in a meta way but also that’s what it is. So good at first but after the first three or so seasons it gets too much tbh though.)

Zumbo’s Just Desserts (Australian Bake show but with just sweet stuff and pressure to be avant garde.)

Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee (Jerry Sienfeld goes out with funny people to coffee and lunch in fancy cars and they have funny conversations.)

One Day at a Time (Very very cheesy laugh track sitcom, like the kind of thing my grandma would watch, but it makes me so happy it’s doing a great job eplaining really woke concepts like queer pronouns and ptsd and addiction and white privilege to people like my grandma!)

Orange is the New Black (Good stories about very diverse characters, I’d say by starting it off about a upper middle class white girl it tricks privileged white people into watching and then encountering the more realistic stories of women who go to prison and how the system treats prisoners. Ending of season two is super solid and you can stop it there, season three is a really great critique of the privatization of prisons. I admit it goes on and on to the point that it’s stressful and after watching it spread out over years I can’t remember/ keep up with all the different story lines, though they’re all good stories to tell.)

Space Jam (Just saw while scrolling for more ideas this was added! One of the greatest sports movies of all time obviously.)

Bonus amazon prime shows, I try to avoid Amazon in general but these are just too good if you know a prime member who you can't convince not to give their money to amazon so they might as well give you their login (like yer dad).

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (A 1950s New York upper class Jewish house wife gets dumped and starts doing stand up, so funny, great actors, and they seriously transform NY back into another era.)

Good Omens (Mini series based off Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s satirical novel about the biblical apocalypse, very funny, very smart, very British, does the book pretty solid justice.)

There are other decent things that aren’t included, I’d say these are solid recs for a general list of genres all over the map without letting it get to a ridiculously unhelpful length. I feel like I’d be good at the “if you like this then you’ll also like…” so let me know if some of these are your favorites too and want personal recs for what to watch next based on a brain instead of an algorithm.

- I knew as soon as Hector went into the kitchen by himself that there would be some sort of something with Valencia, but for just a tiny moment I thought (irrationally, of course) that Valencia would be hiding in the fridge when he opened it. I don’t even know where that came from

- Sweet, lovestruck Greg is my favorite Greg

- Everyone helping Josh to get that Fett Regoso pic... I live for friends supporting friends

- HERE for Rebecca accepting Hebby

- Oh, sweet Nathaniel. Don’t worry. Your two or three episodes will come.

- Overall, I loved these two episodes! They were sweet and hilarious and reminded me just how much Rebecca is growing. God, I’m so proud of her. I’m proud of all of them! SMTM777 Ep.2 Commentary

EK is one of my favorites! It's good! Why is everybody in khh name dropping Yoo Jaesuk lately? Yaaaasss King No:el!!! So glad to see you. He wasnt at his full potential in this performance though. Too nervous. OLNL's voice? I've literally heard his rap before but never seen his face. I expected his voice to be more soft and high despite already knowing what he sounds like lol. Why did Milli look down like he had stuff written on his hand when introducing himself lol? Poor Milli. Feeling like Song Minho right now. I know there's the unwritten rule that Swings had to fail Milli straight out the gate but I'd have failed him for those sandals (put your damn feet away!!), saying he has 2 phones: one for business and one for dating/texting his gf, and for saying "everybody but you knows I did something new, like I did with your girlfriend last night" boy RELAX!! LOL Find some chill!! I didn't like his performance tbh but the aforementioned lyrics were cool. And yeah he's right, his rings probably cost more than any clothing I have while I'm out here trying to laugh at his sandals hahaha Awww Nafla felt bad. It's annoying that a bunch of old rappers participated? Who cares? If they good, they good. Worry about yourself. I do think it's a little much to come on more than 3 times but if it's dope I won't complain. If you whack and haven't improved? Now there's a problem. It's my DayDay!!! David Kim, I'll never get annoyed with him coming back on even though his skills are kinda cemented where they are considering his in his 30s now. It's all good. Black Nine should have chosen something different New Champ looked a damn fool. Suoer Bee is legit my favorite performance on the show between these 2 episodes. No. She’s off limits.” Yoonsan’s lips curved into an irritated pout, he sighed and sprawled his form out on the dance room floor. “I just wanted to tell you. Help me put in a good word will ya?” Hojung rarely got mad at his rather quiet and bashful best friend, Yoonsan was not the kind of guy to lash out at other about petty problems he faced. He could be grumpy and a tad bit less understanding at times but that was all there was to his tantrums. However, this was a different story, this time he was actually contemplating starting a feud. “How could you even like her? You don’t even talk to her privately? All you do is get that 3 seconds of talk time whenever she brings me lunch or something. Please don’t call it love, please don’t break her heart like this. It isn’t genuine,” Hojung pointed out, his brain frantically analysing the situation, trying to find a loophole in Yoonsan’s confession. Yoonsan only knew you from those moments that lasted no longer than a minute, he couldn’t possibly be attached to a fleeting silhouette. Again, his friend shrugged it off casually, like he wasn’t being fiercely interrogated. Yoonsan avoided eye contact, shutting his eyes as if he was completely serene. “Maybe those 3 seconds was all she needed to steal my heart.”

This cafe was your idea but the outing was San’s. He appeared awfully mismatched with the whole cheerful fairyland aesthetic but you found it even more attractive. The drive to Sungwoon’s place made you anticipated yet nervous for no apparent reason. After all, it was just your big brother and some of his close friends. Nothing else to it. For some reason, your hands shook as you closed the car door and walked into the house. “Go and get your brother.” Breathe. At first, San didn’t even look up from his phone when the door of Sungwoon’s bedroom opened but his head snapped up when he heard your melodious voice calling a greeting. A silly smile slipped onto his face as he bashfully waved back, trying not to garner Hojung’s attention. However, Hojung had already gotten a hunch on the interaction but he tried to brush it off. “Ahh, you know Dad won’t be leaving anytime soon. Join me, I’m winning anyway,” Hojung offered, holding up a game controller. He quickly went back to the game, yelling excitedly when you scored a goal against Taehyun and Sungwoon. San’s admiration for you only grew.

Love & Theft 4.6.17

Last night was so great I can’t. I didn’t have high expectations just bc it was a crappy rainy day and our last trip to Long Island to see LNT wasn’t the best. We got there early and parked and managed to find food within a close distance. A couple of hours before doors opened (at 7) we decided to go see if the venue was open (it’s a bar and music hall, so we hoped it’d be open as a bar and we could sit and grab drinks - i’ve been to other venues like that). It had been raining on and off all day, but mostly had died down, until we got to the doors and discovered them locked. It started downpouring. My sweatshirt is still soaked. We went back to my car and waited some more, then about an hour before, once it had cleared up, we walked back to the entrance. We met another Thefthead who was by herself, Kassie, who we’d actually met a couple of years ago at a show in CT. She came from PA for this show, so we swapped stories about traveling. She’s seen the guys over 50 times and I was v jealous haha but she was so sweet and we all got along and hung out the whole night. There weren’t a lot of people at the venue, and it was honestly a little sad. But the three of us did manage to meet two other enthused Theftheads from LI who we spoke with for a bit. It was honestly really fun and so genuinely nice to meet these people.

Since Eric’s fam is from NY, I guess he came a day early with Emily and Camden and spent time with them all. While we were waiting outside for the venue to open (the building and its door are on a corner), I noticed a woman in a car and was legit mesmerized by her beautiful hair, only to realize it looked like Emily. And then I saw Camden in the back seat. And then Eric, also in the back seat, leaning over to wave at me. I made a comment, “Oh it’s them,” since I was the only one to notice, and waved back at Eric.

We got in and got right to the front, which wasn’t hard with how few people were there. The first act was good, the second was v uncomfortable to watch, Stevie Monce was great!! I was mesmerized tbh. He also interacted with the three of us all chill between songs and let Jen know he liked her Prisoner Clothing shirt haha.

LNT went on at like 10:15 and I’m honestly dead rn as I write this after driving back home. Um I love Eric’s super cool new black guitar???? Also when Stephen walked out onstage he saw me and really casually just said “hey” like nbd before starting their set lol. Set list (not in order) from what I remember:

Runaway, Runnin’ Out of Air, If You Ever Get Lonely, Angel Eyes, Whiskey on My Breath, Candyland, Love Wins, Free Fallin’, Dust on the Bottle, Folsom Prison Blues, Every Breath You Take w/ rap, Fishin’ in the Dark w/ Fish & Drift Away (ft. Stevie Monce), It’s Up to You (I’ve never heard live before!!!!!!!!), and their new song Need to Breathe!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m pretty sure it’s the first time they’ve played it live???? It’s so good!!!!!

During the Drift Away part of Fishin’, when they have the audience try to be loud and sing along, instead of doing a guys v girls thing or left half v right half of room thing or whatever they just tried to get everyone to be loud, and I had like no voice left at this point but I was trying to overcompensate for the small audience size. I don’t even think I was the loudest person, but I was also v close to the stage and basically in front of Eric, so at one point he looked me directly in the eye and then fucking pointed at me and said “I think you won” l o l ok.

Also during one of the songs where Stephen roams around with just a mic and no guitar, he looked at me and pointed, and I thought he was motioning for me to move my hand/phone so he could go stand on the edge of the stage like he’d been doing, but then he came and took my phone to take a stage pic. He tried switching the camera around and accidentally set it to panorama and basically just had a little struggle and i’m not even sorry it was really funny.

Eric dedicated Runaway to Camden and he got so excited it was so freaking cute. During Runnin’ Out of Air Camden was singing and bouncing along and honestly that child is too adorable it’s ridiculous. You could see how much he looks up to his dad.

After the show we hung with the guys for a few minutes, and it was a weird juggle between them and the three of us lol. I gave the guys the little jars with positive notes I’d made for them - I gave one to Eric first bc he was the first one to walk up to us and just like, gave me a hug and thanked me for coming. He liked the little jar and gave me a hug for it. He then opened it and took out a pick and said, “I’m gonna put a Love Wins pick in the Love Wins jar!” and very daintily plopped a guitar pick in there. Stephen complimented the idea and said he’d take one out every day and read it. I told him once he’s done he can give them to someone else and he told me that was a good idea and gave me a hug.

Also, I… ok. So I had a dream a month or two ago that I was meeting LNT and Eric insisted on playing rock-paper-scissors with me, and I woke up right before we started playing. So. I wanted to see what would happen in real life. So I went to Eric like, “this might sound weird, but can I play rock-paper-scissors with you?” And he was immediately all for it, no questions asked lmao. Although before we started he was like, “Rock-paper-scissors-shoot, right?” to start. I told him yeah, and then immediately won. We hadn’t specified rounds, so I thought that was it, but then he was like, “Best of three rounds??” And I said sure bc um hell yeah???? So the second round we tied three times: first with rock, then twice with paper. I think he tried to trick me into thinking he’d pick paper again and expected me to pick scissors, but I managed to beat him paper v rock and he semi-dramatically tossed his head back and went “awww! no! ah I guess you really are the champion” and honestly that’s one of my favorite moments in life ever.

Eventually Eric had to go walk his fam out, but he was really nice and patient about making sure we all got pics and stuff before he left. I had my phone out with camera ready, but no one else seemed ready for pics in that moment? But Eric noticed and was like “Wanna do selfies?” so ofc we did. I feel bad for how much he had to crouch for me hahahaha. I did get a pic with him and Stephen in it after as well (and I JUST noticed after writing this that in the pic Eric purposely held up the little jar to show it ugh I love him).

Also before Stephen left I asked him to record a video for my grandmother bc she loves them and I can’t get her to come to a show and he was v enthusiastic about it and I can’t wait to show her. 

He also talked with us about the new name he and Jenna picked out for their baby girl and the debates over names they had. I liked the first name, but I think the new one (first and middle name) is so pretty. It was cool that he shared that with us.

It’s currently 3am and I have work tomorrow but I’m so happy I don’t care that i’m gonna hate myself later.
