Neito feels the need to prove himself to everyone - he wants everyone to look at him and recognize how successful he is, mainly due to a childhood of everyone around him having very low expectations for him, so he wants to prove them wrong

Because of that, he’s forced himself into doing as much as possible - he studies in all his free time so that he can go into class and act like it’s easy and stay at the top of the class, he volunteers on some weekends at a local hospital, he’s on the soccer team and so he spends a lot of time at practices or games, and he joined the debate team to top it off

So basically, he has a full time schedule, and he is very tired. Not that he would ever admit it, he hides behind concoctions of coffee and energy drinks to make it appear like he’s fine

Even though most people tend to avoid him because of his “I’m so much better than all of you” attitude, no one can deny he isn’t amazing for pulling off everything he is. So far he hasn’t broke, so despite how tired he is, it seems to be working for him

The only people who really try and help him calm down are his roommate, Shinsou, and a friend from high school, Kendo - who are both very concerned about Neito, but he brushes them off saying that he’s fine

You’d think as a psych major he’d be able to understand that he needs to chill, but nope - his ego won’t let him

Now, you meet Neito in your Abnormal Psych class, when at the beginning of the semester your professor said that your only grade for the class is a project that you’ll be paired up for - and you ended up with Neito

At first you thought you were lucky, getting paired with the smart kid, but as soon as you two sat down together to talk about the project you quickly decided you weren’t so lucky

“Let’s just get this over with, I’ll do all the work, okay? I don’t want to fail because of you.”

Even though having him, who you already admitted was smart, do all the work sounded like a nice way to pass the class without doing any work, you weren’t gonna let him bad mouth you like that. He had no right to immediately decide that you were too dumb to even help out

“Well I don’t want to fail because of you, so I’ll take my half of the work, and you’ll take yours. I’m not putting my grade completely in your hands either.”

After a few seconds of glaring at each other, he dramatically rolled his eyes and sighed, “Fine, whatever, I’m picking what parts I want to do though.”

Truthfully he was happy you said that because he does not want to do a whole project by himself nor does he have the time to do so, but he doesn’t want to fail. So he’s just gonna hope that you’re smart

Throughout most of the project, you two just did your own work by yourselves - neither of you had any interest in working with the other

So other than the few times where he made sure to check in and go “are you actually working on the project?” you didn’t talk to him again until the day before the project was due when you met up in the library 

You both needed to make sure the other actually did their part and that your work would actually work fine together, and you weren’t surprised when Neito’s parts ended up being amazing work that would for sure get a high score. He was also very happy when he saw that your work was also amazing, he had worried a bit that he would have to redo a bunch of your stuff so he was glad he wouldn’t

But poor boy was exhausted, with everything that he has to do day by day on top of a huge project that he totally didn’t end up doing most of in the past week (the hypocrite) – and you could tell. Despite not knowing him well, you knew that Monoma tended to take a lot of pride in his appearance, so seeing him show up with dark circles under his eyes and messy hair was surprising

Even though he had been kinda rude to you before, you felt lowkey bad. He had obviously worked very hard on the project, and your grade depended on that. His did too of course, but still. So, you invited him out for coffee

“Seriously?”

You thought he was gonna make fun of you for asking, almost making you say nevermind, but the look on his face showed shock rather than humor, so you nodded your head, “yeah, you look tired. I’ll buy it, don’t worry. Just to celebrate us finishing this stupid project.”

He agreed, although he still looked kinda shocked, but maybe it was just because he was tired

So, you brought him to the nearest starbucks on campus, and you ordered your drinks – he got some fancy one with a lot of instructions, and once you got them you went back to the library cause there were a lot of people in the starbucks -  it is a college campus afterall

At first you both kinda just drank your coffee and went back to going over your project since you would have to present it tomorrow, but as the caffeine started kicking in Monoma started talking more and more about other things

Like he mentioned that he has to leave in about an hour cause he has soccer practice and so you were like oh youre on the soccer team?? How cool – and ofc, he’s not gonna miss a chance to brag about himself. So yes, he did talk about all of the cool things he does around campus, and despite how easily it could come off as annoying, he seemed like he was actually happy to be talking about it

However, you had to flaunt yourself too – so whenever you could you’d interject with a hard class you took or some volunteering or internship you’d done or your job, anything to show that you’re a hard worker too

And Neito liked that – you were fun. You were letting him talk about himself without getting annoyed, you were smart, you were nice, and you also were really hardworking

He totally didn’t go back to his dorm after practice and ramble to Shinsou about how awesome his project partner is

The next day, of course the presentation went great, no matter how you are at presenting Monoma is great at it and your actual project was really good so everything went perfect

You had pretty much that’d be it of you and Monoma, but at the end of class he came up to you with a proud grin on his face and asked if you wanted to come to his game this weekend

You weren’t busy or anything so you agreed, and lowkey you thought it be fun to see him playing. Even before you met him you knew this boy was pretty, and thinking about him running around playing made you a bit more flustered than you’d like to admit

So you went, and you followed Monoma’s instructions of where to go and all that, and soon the game started.

And your brain was right – he did look extra pretty like this. You couldn’t help but cheer for him as he scored goals, making him flash you a smile every time. Part of you wondered why you were doing this, you had only really known him for a few days altogether, and you disliked him for most of that, but you couldn’t deny you were having fun

Ofc, his team won, and you cheered like crazy. He came up to you after the game, ready to brag about how good he did, but you beat him to it, “You did so good Monoma!”

“I know, I know, thank you~”

Even though you should probably be the one treating him for winning, he said that he had to pay you back for the coffee the other day, and you went to get some fast food

Not healthy, but it’s a celebration, he’ll let himself eat badly sometimes

After that, you found yourself hanging out with him a lot more often, either studying or going to his games or whatever – you even ended up together in another psych class the next semester

Basically, you two had become best friends, and that was fine for a while, despite you thinking he was very pretty and had a gorgeous voice and you had started to respect him a lot

Well, it was fine for you – Neito had found himself falling deeper a lot sooner than you did. People generally don’t show him the time of day that you have, and he knows he wasn’t exactly the nicest to you when you first met but even so you not only defended yourself but were nice anyways

So yeah, long story short he loves you, he practically worships the ground you walk on tbh but he won’t ever admit that (at least not for a while)

It takes a lot of convincing from Shinsou and Kendo to even try asking you out, them saying “they’ve stuck around for this long, there’s a good chance they might like you too. Or at least I doubt they’d think it’s weird, if they can put up with you normally I’m sure they can handle this.”

So eventually, he did. Awkwardly knocking on your dorm room door one night dressed nicely, making you feel kinda weird when you answered in your pajamas, but he asked “y/n, would you like to go out with me tonight? As a date?”

Poor boy was trying so hard to sound confident but he wasn’t doing all that well, his voice coming out kinda wobbly. You were lowkey shocked when he said it but it was a pleasant surprise, no you had never really thought about dating monoma, but you were sure as hell willing to give it a try

So you said yes, asking him to give you a minute so that you could get equally as dressed up while your roommate helped you out, and soon you were on your way to wherever he was taking you

Of course it was a very fancy date, Monoma wanted to go all out for you, so it was a kind of overwhelming first date but you found yourself enjoying it greatly. He may have tried being all romantic and flirty, but there was still the goofy Monoma that you were used to under there

By the end of the date, there was no doubt about it, you liked him, so there were no objections when he asked if he could kiss you after walking you back to your dorm.

Once again, Monoma coming back to his dorm and rambling to Shinsou about how well the date went and how he even got a kiss! But Shinsou was happy for him

The next day he texted you to come meet him at the library where he officially asked you to date him, he wanted to do it there because that’s where you first became friends – how cute

Now Neito has another person constantly telling him to calm down, you support him in everything he does of course but when he’s tired you will make him stop studying so that he can nap with you

When he has matches you get to do that cheesy thing when after he wins he can run up to you and kiss you – its amazing, his teammates think it’s gross, but who cares

And you go to his debate competitions if youre allowed to, and hoo boy can he debate he always has the best arguments and everything you’re so proud like hell yeah that’s your annoying ass man

Neito is a French minor, and of course he’s gonna use that on you. He’s very good at French, like he picked it up quickly and he’s just got it down completely, so ofc he’s using that to flirt with you

But if you know French and use it back at him he will get very flustered (if you don’t know it maybe you should learn some just for this)

You guys go on so many fancy dates, not always expensive fancy dates, but things like you show up at a park and he set up a bunch of fairy lights and brought champagne or something

If you ever hang out at his dorm, which might be fairly often cause of how much he studies and all that, Shinsou will get annoyed by you two being cute

But he’ll also tell you a bunch of embarrassing stories about Neito so you love talking to him, Neito does not like it so much for that exact reason

he’s generally not big on pda but sometimes he’ll feel the need to make some big declaration of his love while you’re in public and you’re just like neito plz shut up - he’s romantic he cant help it

okay but you two have totally faked a proposal multiple times at a fancy restaurant or gone to bakeries saying you were engaged just so that you could get free food - but he makes the fake proposals so realistic that they lowkey make you tear up... imagine what he’ll be like when he does it for real

if you constantly wonder why seeing him makes your mouth water its because of his intense energy

he is SUPER persuasive. very few people would say no to him 

calm, cool, and collected most of the time but get’s ticked off by people who know how to get under his skin

but this guy will hold grudges for years to the point that he vividly remembers how people wronged him

can probably read people like the palm of his hand 

the kinds of people he's attracted to are the ones who are super direct and honest

in conclusion: i think at this point its pretty clear that i ship with tsukishima for legal reasons

just thinking about libras makes me tired

but i find that in terms of personality he's pretty similar with tsukishima which is why i think they'd also be really great friends

kenma likes having things to fixate on and his mind is very active which is why he loves playing games so much

he prefers it when things have a formula or a pattern for him to follow so it would be easier for him to make decisions

he prefers not to rock the boat and let things be 

at the same time he's a very sharp thinker and like our other libras, whatever he says he truly believes in

and since he's very logical and observant, others would believe in what he says

he's motivational in his own way

although he's more introverted, he's very talkative around people he likes

in conclusion: tsukishima and kenma have a groupchat where they roast tf out of kuroo

yakulev - (leo × scorpio)

angeri boi duo 

both of them bicker constantly and since they have very strong personalities the bickering jus never ends

except for when either lev accidentally compliments yaku or when yaku gets lowkey attracted by how intense lev looks

lev is super fucking clingy and yaku will be a complete tsundere about how much he likes the attention

both of them are hella blunt and honest so no need to beat around the bush 

yaku is hella competitive and will pick fights for the sake of picking fights

at the same time he's extremely tenacious and will stop at nothing to win

he's also very self-conscious of how others see him except for his height since lev mentions it constantly that at this point yaku doesnt give a fuck about it anymore

lev on the other hand is also very competitive but its more of the 'i wanna score a shit ton of points all by myself'

like he doesn't compete against a person directly but he likes achieving a lot of things on his own

unlike yaku, he could care less about what people think of him 

both of them are pillow huggers and neither of them like to talk about That One Time they ended up cuddling each other in their sleep during a training camp

in conclusion: tbh fire and water sign couples are really intense and i want more yakulev hc's

bokuto - virgo 

okay so my theory is that his moon sign or rising is sagittarius so his virgo-ness isn't as apparent

but some of those virgo traits do shine through

for example his moodines when he's not able to get his spikes through are because he's very conscious of how he performs

he loves being recognized for his achievements 

at the same time he's either really proud of himself or questioning it

Penalty Shots (A.I.) part 1

HIIIII GUESS WHO’S BACK ON THEIR BULLSHIT ? It’s me. This kinda just happened ? And it’s part 1 of a hockey best friends to lovers fic that you might possibly hate me for lmao. Thanks to @hearts-to-the-sky @myloverboyash @bloodmoonashton @ashtoniwir for making me write this. word count: 1320

“34 go to the box… again” the ref tells Ashton for the 4th time this period after he “unintentionally” tripped the opposing team’s number 21 again, this time unable to hide it from the referee. He slowly makes his way to the box to serve his 2 minute penalty time, glancing back to you to see your reaction which is, as expected, slightly pissed because he keeps going after 21. Ash knows you and him aren’t together, but he also knows that you used to hook up with 21, Caleb, on the opposing team, and he can’t stand the way the dude keeps looking over to you. If this was 4 months ago you would wait until everyone is out of the changing rooms and then meet up with Caleb to do it in the shower, but Ashton can’t think about that right now or he’s really going to murder the guy. The opposing team scores their first goal, and Ashton storms out of the penalty box nearly running over his own teammates. The coach yells at him more than usual and he’s forced to leave the rink and take a seat on the bench. Normally he’d be one of the loudest cheering his team on, but he can’t focus on anything other than you, and how you’re seemingly not even paying attention to him. He knows very well that you see him as nothing more than your best friend, and that you have strict rules about not dating people within your close friend group. Especially after what happened with Dave, but he can’t help it. He’s been in love with you for months now and it’s slowly driving him insane.

The buzzer goes off, meaning the second period is over and it’s time for the break. Ashton gathers his gloves, takes his helmet off and heads to the changing rooms with everyone else. Before he’s able to do that though you pull him to the side “What the fuck is wrong with you Ashton ?! I know that you like to be aggressive during games but this is unnecessary, you going after Caleb. You’re gonna lose if you keep doing that. You’re one of the best shooters on the team, but you can’t do that if you keep getting dumb penalties because you’re petty. Stop being so selfish and think about the rest of your team. Because you’re annoying everyone here with your actions.” You take a second to give him a once over “Now leave” and with that you give him a slight shove to the chest and turn around to go back to your seat in the stands. Ashton just stands there in the hallway for a second to gather his composure. “What’s taking so long Irwin?!” the coach yells from the changing room, so he turns and heads there to get his usual run down from the coach to stop getting unnecessary penalties. Coach Chance talks usual strategies, and run-downs for the next period. Ashton is completely zoned out, thinking about how adorable you look with your big scarf and beanie you’re wearing because it’s so cold in the hockey arena. He thinks about how you’re gonna hug him after the game and keep your arm wrapped around his waist while he says goodbye to his teammates, and how you’re gonna drag him to McDonald’s again because you’ll say you deserve to have junk food after the excitement of cheering for so long, and how he won’t be able to resist because of the way you’ll look at him. “Hey man, you good?” Cal shoved the top of his hockey stick into Ash’s side. “Hm? Yeah, totally. We goin back out?” he asks shaking his head slightly to snap out of his day dream about you. Everyone huddles around and Ashton joins in to do their hype cheer, and then head back out to the rink.

The last period is nothing different than the previous 2. Ashton’s team is better than the opposing one and the score is 6:3 by now, but Ashton can’t keep himself from fouling Caleb. Cal tries to stop him from being stupid, but he just dodges Calum all-together. And then it happens, Caleb comes up to Ashton, skatin along with him and says “she looks good doesn’t she?” he says while nodding his head towards you “Cheering on the sidelines. Too bad she won’t fuck you like she did me” and Ashton just completely loses it. He throws his stick to the side and tackles Caleb, pushing him to the ground. He can hear you yelling to stop in the distance but can’t help himself, so he leans over Caleb and starts punching him anywhere he can. They both take their helmets and gloves off and start wrestling on the ice. The ref and the players on the field try to pry the two apart, but it just escalates into a fight with all the players and it takes a solid 5 minutes, the coaches screaming their heads off and the medic storming onto the ice to break the fight up. Ashton and Caleb both get major penalty times and are out for the rest of the game. Caleb yells at the ref trying to tell him that he didn’t even do anything wrong, while Ashton storms into the penalty box and throws his stick to the floor along with his helmet and gloves. The other 2 teammates in the box try to calm him down but just give up after he rather aggressively insults them. He searches the stands for you, but is disappointed to not see you anywhere.

Of course you left. You love hockey, and the aggressiveness of it all, but you can’t watch Ashton beat someone up, and get beaten up. You pace up and down the corridor outside the rink to try and calm down your racing mind. Yes, Ashton has always had a problem with Caleb, but you naively thought it was just because he’s on their rival team and he’s one of the better players. This seems so much more personal though, and in the very back of your mind you know exactly why Ashton started the fight with him. You’ve known Ashton has more than just best friend feelings for you, for quite some time now. And you’ve never allowed yourself to seriously think about it because he’s your best friend and there are certain lines you won’t cross again. But over the last couple of weeks it’s been getting harder to ignore the fact that you’re actually attracted to him as well. And just when you think the two of you might actually get a chance to explore being more than friends he pulls shit like this and makes you question the whole thing again. Why does he have to be so fucking difficult ? You contemplate going back in to wait for the game to be over and yell at him, but you decide against it and head to your car to drive to your best friend’s house to tell her what happened since she couldn’t be here to watch with you.

The buzzer goes off again to signal the end of the game. Everyone gathers their belongings and heads to the middle of the ice rink to shake hands with the opposing team. Ashton tries to keep his composure while shaking everyone’s hands, avoiding Caleb at all costs. He doesn’t need to start another fight right now, even if you’re not here to witness it. Where are you ? Ashton quickly gets showered, dressed, packed and basically storms out of the arena to try and find you. But as soon as he gets to the parking lot and sees your car isn’t there anymore, he knows he fucked up really bad. You never leave before the game is over. Desperately he tries to call you but it just goes straight to voicemail. “FUUUCK”

This guy does very little in the one battle he’s in and acts like he’s some war veteran. They tell the scouts in recruitment that most will die and then he gets surprised and upset in his first battle when most die. The other characters have been through this multiple times now, he really doesn’t have the right to be acting so angry. Like Hange says, she has hundreds she’d like to get back. Maybe it should or shouldn’t have been Erwin, but he’s the lowest on the totem pole for who gets the right to say one way or another and is acting way too high and mighty

Floch is the Simon Cowell of the Survey Corps. He’s got a personality where he’ll speak his mind no matter what. Personally I think he was right to express his thoughts but I didn’t agree with him on some points and it was at an inappropriate time

No, saving Erwin would have been the wrong choice

He was right in chastising the 104th, not Levi

What he said was wholly correct, but reductionist. The value that Erwin brought was iron will, devious planning, and plenty of experience. Armin has demonstrated powerful will on his own, is a genius in his own right, and lacks experience. Armin has the potential to grow into a better strategist than Erwin could be, as experience is not an insurmountable obstacle, and it isn't like he has none whatsoever. While yes, saving Erwin would be better for the immediate future, saving Armin would be better in the long run, as he is the better strategist. Floch oversimplified the issue, and Levi's decision was the right one for the wrong reason

There have been a few interpretations of Eren’s closing words of the season. 42.8% believe he is pondering whether destroying their enemies across the sea will even be enough to set them free, while 24.4% believe Eren has come to the realization that there is no true freedom in the end. 16.7% think Eren’s words mean that he thinks destroying their enemies is the only way out of their hell, and 15.6% think he’s wondering if freedom is worth the price of all the killing.

TBH, I was really hoping we’d see Colossal Armin this episode just cause I wanna see how his design would look, even though I knew there wasn’t any good way to fit it in this episode. That being said, everything else was a nice sendoff before the final arc

Jean deserves credit for being the only reasonable person during the Floch argument and de-escalating the situation

It might have undercut the tone of the episode, but I still wish we got a cliffhanger like season 1 (and to a lesser extent season 2)

Honestly at this point I've lost interest in this series. Everything about Marley and war psychology is zero interest to me, it really feels like they're drifting from that the story is actually about (or what made it great to begin with)

This got long so I’m going to stick it under a read more ^^

1. If you could write any canon character, which would it be and why?

Hm. I’m not sure. I have roleplayed a couple of canons before, but I find it harder to keep the muse for them. I could probably do Elsa okay, I could jump between her locked in the castle personality and her open, welcoming character post-film, which might help, but the inconsistencies in her Over-powered Powers annoy me, so I think I’d add a few limitations in there.

2. Favourite Disney movie?

Maybe Aladdin because Robin Williams is of course amazing and so perfect in that role~ Ohh but there’s also Atlantis.. And Dumbo! Aw no... Let’s just call this my top three before I get carried away >w>

3. Least favourite MCU character?

I haven't seen the more recent ones, so, I can't take into account characters like Thanos or Dr. Strange or, whoever else they've been bringing in. So out of what I've seen, I'd have to go with Bruce Banner/The Hulk.

It seemed in the earlier films that they didn't give much attention to Banner. They were all over using the Hulk to make bits interesting, but Bruce was boiled down to "quiet smart guy who CaN TuRN inTo THE HULK" so, yeah.

And the hulk himself later did like a 180° change for me. In his stand-alone film I think Hulk says like 3 words, maximum. Then rarely talks in his appearances in the other avengers brand films. Cool. We had "Puny God" and that was a-okay. One short, memorable, funny quote seems perfect.

But then what was all that when Whedon got his hands on it? (I mean don't get me started on that, I am really reigning myself back here but) They start off needing ways to calm Hulk down enough to get him back inside and give control back to Bruce, fair enough. But then like... He winds up not letting go of Bruce's body even though he isn't enraged anyway? And suddenly he's emotional enough and smart enough to take- what was it a plane? And seperate himself off from everyone and look all solemnly at Natasha before he does it or something?

Obviously my memory of it isn't great, honestly I stopped paying attention after Natasha's "I'm a monster- not because I was raised in a heartless environment full of violence and raised to literally kill people, that bit's whatever- but because they took away my fertility and now I can't have babies." speech. And that's the last MCU film I watched. I didn't want anything to do with them after seeing what Joss Whedon did with the characters and the overarching plotline and... Everything. x') So I might have gotten some of the hulk stuff wrong.

(I did watch Deadpool though, that I enjoyed~)

4. If you had to create any new character, what occupation would they have?

Ooo good question.

I think something proactive, where they could seek other characters out, but.. I'd kinda like a bad guy~ Someone who lies so much for their job, they have a dual personality to work with. They can be your smiling friendly neighbour, wishing you well on your holiday, then turn around and grit his teeth because this poses a major problem for his mission, and he can't lose his target, so now he has to follow, but he can't do that as your happy neighbour, no, you know he isn't going on holiday, certainly not today, not on your flight, not to the same ski lodge you're going to. No, he has to make a new cover- maybe say his neice phoned him with a family emergency and he'll be leaving to go be with her a while. Then shed this identity, find out where his target is going, quickly pose as some other tourist who blends into the background and get to the lodge first, all the while planning out some plausible skiing accident he can set up.

Wow that got more detailed than I expected x'D I think I just reinvented hitman, whoops.

5. Favourite sport?

My biggest concern when I'm on my feet is not falling over so, obviously sports aren't really my deal. x')

I used to swim a lot when I was a kid, I loved that, but, don't do it now.

And I'm not really into watching sports either tbh. Most of it seems over-hyped. Most football teams (real football, it is not soccer. The hint is in actual football, the ball, is hit, with your feet. Picking it up and running with it and then sometimes kicking it does not qualify as football, come on USA. Your thing is closer to Rugby than Football.)

Anyway most teams aren't much better or worse than any other if you actually watch objectively, which makes it look like they both suck because they're too well matched to score goals more than once in a blue moon.

Rugby I don't really understand the appeal of either. Scrums are weird and it wouldn't be entirely bizarre to see a guy walking away from the game with blood down his face and an ear in his hand. You'd almost expect him to stick the ear on ice and be back in a few minutes with his bandages on.

Really the only sports than interest me are the gymnastic types. Ice skating is good for a while but it can start getting dull if you don't have people willing to break the mould a bit. (Which is why I absolutely love the free skate bit. Where they aren't being scored and they just do whatever the hell they want, omg I live for that)

Floor routines are awesome, the pommel horse and rings are usually a little samey for me but the one with those two bars at different heights, that's fun to watch~ there's a little more variety there.

(And I don't wanna hear anyone in the replies saying these aren't sports, every example there including figure skating is a separate event in the Olympics, so. There.)

6. What’s your dream car?

I don’t really have one. At this point in my life I don’t actually have the option to learn to drive so I haven’t really thought about it. My only criteria is, it has to have a nice face. x)

Since I was tiny I have always seen cars as faces. The headlights would be eyes, and usually the number plate would be the mouth, but some cars have other stuff like a grill that might be the mouth instead. So like...

This would be a grumpy car with a pig-like nose and frown.. Actually those look like jowels either side of the mouth part. It looks kind of like a bulldog. X’)

And this would be a happy car. That black part around the number plate it wide and smile-shaped, and the headlights- rounded on top and straighter on the bottom, like the little creases we get when we scrunch up our eyes laughing~

This car looks like someone just said something really stupid to it, and it is not impressed, and lets the silence hang not knowing what to say.

Hmm... this is a toughie.

I don’t remember which number it was or even the title, but the Shrek sequel where Shrek like, hates having kids so much he makes a deal to change time? And Fiona winds up as like a vicious warrior leader because no-one ever saved her from the tower, and rumplestiltskin is in it? What even was that...

9. Design your dream outfit using this game ?

I wouldn’t say this really is my dream outfit, but from the options on offer~

10. Favourite fairytale?

I’m not sure if this actually counts as a fairytale, but I love the story of the jolly roger. That classic skull and crossbones flag has a story behind it that a lot of people don’t know.

In a nutshell, a man (i guess a pirate) develops an intense crush on a young woman, who is about to get married. But just before her wedding, she dies. She is buried, but the man doesn’t take death for an answer. He digs her up and has sex with her body. When he’s done, a disembodied voice speaks to him, telling him that he has basically impregnated this corpse, and to come back in nine months.

Her extended family on her mother’s side comes from nobility, but again they don’t keep in contact. Her father’s family was also well-off and had somewhat of a business empire, but disowned him. MUN QUESTIONS.

Q1 :   if  you  could  write  your  character  your  way  in  their  own  movie ,   what  would  it  be  called ,  what  style  would  it  be  filmed  in ,  and  what  would  it  be  about ?          

     "Black Tea Banshee” About her life, like a biopic or something. It would be very artsy and consist of a helluva’ton of cinematic shots and stuff. Starting with her birth and up until her and her mother moved to Stormwind.

Q2 :   what  would  their  soundtrack / score  sound  like ?          

     Light of the Seven (it’s the music on my blog). Lots of piano, maybe a bit of violin.

Q3 :   why  did  you  start  writing  this  character ?

     I want to write weakness and illness and I want to write a character that is malleable enough to fit into almost any situation without stealing the spotlight, but one that also houses a lot of secrets and isn’t necessarily as she appears. She’s versatile but not conventional (well that’s the goal anyway) and her oddities and secrets make for neat-o possible future storylines & development. Plus I like the idea of a character who’s story relies on that of those around her. Makes for more social RP and incentive to meet new people.

Q4 :   what  first  attracted  you  to  this  character ?          

     I’ve had the idea of a character like this for some time, but just never had the opportunity to actually do it because I’d been busy with other ones. What I wanted most was a mystery/odd/creepy/quiet character with a lot of weaknesses. When I build characters and stuff I get VERY detailed with it and I try to make everything perfectly done and place every detail about them just right to make it both realistic and captivating. I used to be more obvious about that and try to have characters that were outwardly interesting.      Conjury is different in the way that you have to coax out any information or really for anything about her character, and that takes time. There are little oddities about her that seem like they would be so blatantly obvious, but it’s just that nobody’s ever asked (or asked properly). She’s also a very weak character, which I think breaks away from a lot of the various heroic/strong/capable characters around. Balances it a bit.

Q5 :   describe  the  biggest  thing  you  dislike  about  your  muse.        

     She’s quiet and doesn’t do socializing well, especially with strangers. This turns off a lot of walk-up RP because if someone does even one thing wrong or that she doesn’t like, she’ll just Turn Off or leave. Even if they’re great, she’s still a very stoic and indifferent person. It’s annoying for me as the player because it robs me of encounters, but I do appreciate that it’s part of who she is. It does make me a bit anxious though, I don’t want people to think I don’t want to RP with them. It’s also hard to have lengthy emotes (rip I like para RP) that aren’t too repetitive if your muse isn’t speaking much.

Q6 :   what  do  you  have  in  common  with  your  muse ?          

     Quiet and tired and small.

Q7 :   how  does  your  muse  feel  about  you ?          

     She wouldn’t like me if she met me. But because of the way I write her I gather she’d hate me for who she is :^)

Q8 :   what  characters  does  your  muse  have  interesting  interactions  with ?        

     Without sounding too Lonely™, she doesn’t really have any because there’s nobody I really RP with right now. Kierianne and her had some neat ones but haven’t had the chance to really interact much. SHE HAS NO FRIENDS </3

Q9 :   what  gives  you  inspiration  to  write  your  muse ?        

     I’m not sure tbh, sometimes I feel her and sometimes I don’t. It just comes and goes. Sometimes it’s a lot harder to RP her than other times, especially since she doesn’t talk much. There’s only so many ways to emote someone sitting completely still and listening, and that gets hard to do.
