while i certainly enjoy individual parts from the sequels (the development of hiccstrid’s relationship in 2, valka, them aging the characters, Bearded Hiccup etc etc.) i still think the first httyd really had the best story all together

#tbh I didn’t like the 3rd movie at all😕#the threat that causes the dragons to leave didn’t feel any Larger a threat than anything they faced before #like it didn’t feel warranted I guess (and they undo it in the epilogue making it feel extra pointless)#also - a more petty complaint - I hate the light fury #2010 photoshop deviantart ass looking dragon #original oc do not steal ass looking dragon #okay i’ll shut up now #httyd #how to train your dragon #my posts
