my cooking skills are like. yes i can make multiple pasta dishes from scratch and made a really good bechamel sauce on my first attempt. no i dont know how to cook eggs

#tbf i dont like eating eggs unless its like. mini quiches or omelettes with japanese curry rice #neither of which i can cook. well i made curry once but the sauce didnt thicken up so it was just spicy water with carrots and rice #i did not know you were supposed to keep the lid on the saucepan while its simmering #and i didnt add potatoes because i couldnt be bothered par boiling them
