All the different album variants count as the same album when it comes to sales. Adele's 25 debuted with 3m.

Tayfraud released not one but TWO albums, which all her fans bought to get the full 31 songs of the Poets era, yet still came nowhere close to Adele. She sold 2.6m. Take away the Anthology and she'd probably have sold 1.3m.
