Polycule Camping

The campgrounds were small, cozy, being a cleared area surrounded by trees on all sides. The only break in said trees was for the path they’d driven up but, besides that, they were completely disconnected from the outside world. The group had set up a fire within a stone circle, and had rolled over some logs to serve as chairs. 

After Silver became comfortable around the campfire, he looked around to see what the others were doing. On the log just next to him, Viktor was showing Serafine how to strum out a few notes on the guitar. She was pretty good at it, all things considered, managing to get quite a few cords before handing it back to Viktor so he could play a few songs as background noise. The beautiful twang of the acoustic guitar fit perfectly with the crackling of the fire. 

Across the way, Tawny was lounging back, looking up at the stars with a smile on his face. He had his paws folded in his lap and kept sighing in contentment. Mordecai, meanwhile, was going in and out of the camper, gathering all the food stuff needed and placing it on the plastic table they’d set up close by. He didn’t appear to mind the others not helping him, clearly satisfied with his own placement and organization of the items. 

Silver lay his head back, taking a deep breath to take in brisk the night air. In his mind, nothing could be more perfect than this: everyone together, relaxed, and just enjoying the night. 

Silver sat there for a moment longer, before standing and helping Mordecai with the food prep. He fell into Mordecai’s pattern easily, and, judging by the items and the general mirth around the campfire, the night was shaping up to be a great one.

I noticed you headcanon a lot of your Lackadaisy F/Os as trans or not entirely gender conforming in some ways. I'd be curious to hear where you'd place them on the spectrum, and how they prefer to dress or be viewed.

Mordecai - He identifies as a male that has some interest in feminine clothing. But, since he's kind of more connected to his soul than his body (they look the same so it's not about appearance), and doesn't put much stock on physical forms (he kind of hates his at times, actually, due to the vulnerability of it all), I could see his gender being a secretly very loose concept. He's just Mordecai, basically. As long as he's seen as Mordecai, I don't think he cares.

Serafine - Bigender potentially, as I can see her identify as both male and female in certain ways or at certain times. She prefers masculine clothing, but enjoys more feminine makeup.

Silver - He's a transman that enjoys more androgynous or masculine clothing/appearances for himself.

Freckle - I'd classify him as a demigirl who prefers feminine clothing.

Tawny - Your oc Tawny is, of course, a transman with a preference for masculine clothing and presentations.
